V's Boutique House

I loved how safe I felt, and then the amenities were top tier, and the bathroom was very clean and modern. They even had essentials for us so you could just show up (toothbrush, cotton pads, face wash, etc). The location was also great it was walking distance to all the action and the walk is safe. Walking home was prob one of my favorites because you got to really enjoy the culture and see the decorations of the store fronts and the vending machines along the way and we even stopped in some small stores and bought the best priced souvenirs.

Nothing I wish I could have stayed longer. Oh I couldn't figure out how to use the AC remotes. I had to use Google translate but maybe instructions would have been nice. The room had TWO ACs which was great.

Loved this accommodation. The staff were so accommodating, keeping our bags before we arrived from a courier and on the day after check out. The house is absolutely lovely would highly recommend

It was very spacious for being located in Osaka. It was easy to find and access the keys/property. Directions were clear from the host.

It was difficult to contact the host at times and the door code instructions were not available after we had checked in.

There is no washing machine and it could have a few more kitchen ustensils, for example drinking glasses and cups.

Location was excellent, very close to everything - train, restaurants, shopping and convenience stores. Felt very safe for two female travellers and the apartment was much bigger than expected. Host extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Highly recommended! Thanks 😊

Loved the location! Very central - right beside the Kuromon market so that you have access to lots of food and cafes. A 15 minute walk to Dotonbori in one direction and a 15 minute walk to Shinsekai in the other direction. The theme of the room was also cute - so many adorable ramen noodle details. very clean and facilities were well laid out.

We stayed in this apartment in Osaka in December 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Kuromon Market, close to the subway, and surrounded by plenty of shops and services. The apartment itself is tiny but very charming. We stayed in the “Ramen” room, which was fun and nicely decorated. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was so convenient for getting to kuromon markets and dotonburi area, must spend at least two days just exploring the local area by foot, if only to be able to eat everything you want to try. The apartment itself had everything we needed, good size bath and shower and huge living space for a hotel room.

There isn't really a view from the balcony, just another building, so we kept the curtains drawn the whole time but that's the same for any other building in this area.

Location was excellent! Close to Kuromon Market plus close to Namba Station, easy access to airport. Also not far from Takashimaya and Dotonbori. Rooms were cute and clean. The instruction booklet left for us in the unit were very thorough and clear. Also, there was a coin laundry nearby.

V’s boutique house always my first choice when I come to Osaka. The third time to stay here. The location is the best! It’s easy to go to either the tourist attraction or the metro station. Vikki and her colleague are also really helpful and friendly. I will come back here definitely!

The location was fantastic, and the facilities/decor were excellent! Very comfortable and spacious. The self check in was easy and the host was responsive when assistance was needed.

There is some street noise but this didn't bother us at all, and the host supplies disposable foam earplugs in the room anyway so don't see this as a real problem.

La casa era meravigliosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, arredata con cura in perfetto stile giapponese, in una posizione centralissima e vicinissima a due fermate della metropolitana. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Un po' di rumori dovuti a delle macchinette e al combini sotto casa, ma dopo le 23 tutto si placa, niente di insopportabile :)

The host was so helpful, we were able to store our luggage both before check in and after check out! She even helped us call over a taxi. The room was adorable and clean, with a guide on how to use the appliances inside.

Very convenient location (close to everywhere we wanted to try in Osaka and to the train stations(Namba or Nipponbashi -if you want to venture out like we did for a day trip to Nara). Specious apartment with kitchenette and lovely bathroom. Self-checking and check-out - no hassle. Great place to stay if you want to enjoy Osaka!

Amazing location very close to Kurumon Market and 10 minutes to Dontonbori, and a convenience store just downstairs. The room has a fridge, microwave and cooking facilities and bathroom has a shower and bath. The tatami space is cute and gives you so much room. Viki and staff are lovely, very responsive to all messages and went out of their way to help me unasked. P.S. Make sure to go directly across the road to the izakaya Superjap for a very fun night!

Well located. We arrived early and were able to access our room straight away. Bathroom, toilet and little kitchenette were great. Little bar across the road is a must visit!

The room was small and with the thin mattresses on the ground it was hard to move around and have space for two suitcases.

바깥 소음이 좀 잘 들려서 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 밤에는 조금 추웠습니다. 히터를 틀어도 되지만 너무 건조해서 히터를 틀진 않았습니다.

Perfect location for visiting the major sites. Steps from the Kuromom market and fantastic restaurants. Walking distance to Nippombashi and Namba stations.

It was really great, near stations and really comfy ! Host were super cool, kind and answered every question really fast!

Kinda too much noise outside but they let you know and give you earplugs so it's fine! It's really a sweet thought !

Süßes, kleines 1 Zimmer Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und in einer unfassbar tollen Lage im Herzen von Nipponbashi, fußläufig zu Dotonbori und unzählige Restaurants und Bars. Subway ist ebenfalls vor der Haustür.

Nous avons aimé la jolie décoration, un logement neuf avec un système domotique à la pointe. C'était spacieux. C'est très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, 2 stations de métro assez proches et des quartiers emblématiques pas très loin. Dotonbori à 10- 15 mn à pied. Des petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Vikki a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos demandes et nous a permis d'envoyer nos valises en takkyubin en avance.

Il manque un équipement de base au niveau de la vaisselle, pas de verres, pas d'assiettes, pas de couverts, juste baquettes, bols et tasses. C'était très minimaliste. L'insonorisation extérieure est très fine.

L'appartement était très bien situé, dans un bon quartier animé avec pleins d'activités et de restaurants à proximité! L'appartement dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont également disponibles si les nuisances sont trop importantes. Par ailleurs, des cartes de la ville sont mises à disposition. Les thèmes des chambres sont superbes et l'amabilité de Vikki est pour perfectionner le tout!

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de salle pour laver son linge, mais comme dit dans les commentaires, il y a un magasin à proximité !

Süßes kleines Appartment direkt im Zentrum, mit Balkon ( Wäsche kann dort getrocknet werden) eine kleine Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Tatamimatten sind super gemütlich. Und das Zimmer einfach schön dekoriert. Vikki ist super freundlich, sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir durften unsere Koffer nach dem Check out noch in der Unterkunft lassen und später abholen.Wir wären gerne noch länger dort geblieben.

Fantastic location in Osaka. Clean and fun apartment right next to Kuromon Market and close to several stations. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I forwarded my luggage from the previous hotel and when I checked in my suitcase was already in the apartment. This is a self check-in apartment, but the instructions were very clear.

Läget är toppen. Nytt och fräscht. Traditionella tatamirum där man sover på golvet. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal!

Not possible to wash laundry, but there is a laundry mat really close by so it’s okay!

Ideal location within Osaka. Local subway is a 5 minute walk away or Namba (bigger station connecting from airport) is a 10 minute walk away. I found the 24 hour supermarket next door to be cheap and handy for late night / early morning drinks and snacks. Property was spotlessly clean and decorated to an authentic Japanese style (which I loved). I previously read comments about the property being loud at night, but personally never heard anything (ear plugs are provided).

The fridge was too cold (froze everything within!)

Petit hôtel situé juste à côté de Kuromon Market et pas loin de Namba et Nipponbashi. Accueil parfait et chambre très propres et confortables.

It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We loved the location, an easy walk to Doutonbori and next to the Kuromon market.

We loved the room. The only suggestion I have is to have thicker futon. The futon was very thin so sleeping was not the most comfortable. Also there was no A/C in the hall or elevator so it was very hot outside of the room.

L’établissement est très confortable et possible sa propre salle de bain et un petite cuisine. La décoration est sympathique.

Il est bien placé mais le quartier est assez bruyant. Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’équipement de cuisine.
