You couldn't get a better location - Just a few minutes walk away from bustling shopping centres, Dontonbori and the nearest metro station. Quiet, modern decor. Friendly staff, always greeted me as I came in and out.

Hotel staff kept speaking to me in English when I spoke Japanese. Marks and scuffs on the wall. Awkward shower head placement makes it harder to get yourself properly clean! Air conditioning was not strong - lowest temperature was 20c which made it uncomfortable to sleep in some nights.

Close to main attraction areas

Rooms are small, noise from other rooms

Staff were exceptional. Made us feel so welcome and room was immaculate.

Location and staff.

Perfectly located, comfortable bed, good soundproofing

Small room

Great location but a bit small

Location

There’s is a pub on the first floor. Is imposible to sleep at night because of the noises wouldn’t recommend if you need a place to rest

Rooms are small

Konum ve hijyen iyiydi.

Oda inanılmaz küçüktü

My room had an issue with the bathtub, which caused the bathroom to flood. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to move us to another available room.

Good location, super close to the shopping street and Dotonburi

The area itself felt unsafe, like a party area. We saw rats in the streets nearby. They have a bar on the ground floor which was super noisy until 3am (kept us awake). The room was also the smallest room out of all our hotels in Japan.

The location was super close to train station, shopping and dotonbori, you can just go back to hotel to rest whenever you need to, there are also plenty of restaurants nearby

Theres no laundry and microwave

richtig geräumiges Zimmer vor allem für Japan!

The service was impeccable, very friendly and informative. When needed, the staff is super responsive and the location is spot on; we are next to everything.

The property is near the tourist spots. Such a convenient place.

The hotel facade looks fancy but the rooms, at least my room, is really small and old. The bed felt hard too.

A good hotel option for the price close to Dontonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping area and walking distance from the Osaka Metro. Lovely staff who are very helpful and complimentary vending machine tokens for drinks. The larger rooms which we upgrade to if we are staying for more than 3 days are spacious and comfortable - the smaller rooms are more budget friendly but bear in mind they are small if you have lots of luggage

Nothing really but if you have not travelled to Japan before, you can't check in before three (though they will hold luggage) the small rooms can be quite small (we upgrade to larger room if we stay for more than 3 days) and there is no onsite onsen or laundry so bear that in mind if that is important to you

I have stayed here three times and the location in Shinsaibashi is great and hard to beat, close to two metro stops and lots of eateries and shopping. The hotel doesn't have laundry facilities to keep that in mind if that's important to you, but the staff are lovely and even held our luggage free of charge for 5 days while we travelled to Okinawa with just backpacks until our return booking.

nothing really - if you are looking for extras like onsite onsen or laundry they dont have it - but its a great location and very neat and tidy hotel.

Molto centrale.

Simple bed and room

No clue how this is a 4 star hotel!!! Very small room and amenities however the worst part of this hotel is the pub down stairs. My fiancée and I booked 3 nights here however left after 2 and had to pay to stay somewhere else just to get some sleep!! The pub is so loud and the hotel seemingly has no sound proofing. On the third floor and could hear every single conversation from patrons of the loud pub downstairs from intense yelling, swearing and ordering drinks until their 2am closing time. I get the area is filled with bars like this but not having any sound proofing is ridiculous!!! When we informed the staff of our departure he just said yes it is noisy. I was told I could get no refund and the small apology that was given was not sincere and when I asked for the contact information of someone higher up to file a formal complaint I was met by the concierge calling someone and laughing then informing me I am unable to do so and can only leave a review. So here it is. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

There is an ‘Australian Pub’ at front of hotel and at night the loud noise was disruptive for sleeping (no fault of hotel) I was in room 608

-The location of this hotel is excellent! 5 minutes or less from the Shinsaibashi-juji (I think that is how you pronounce it) there is literally food 20 steps from the hotel enterance. -They had an AC machine. -24 hour staff. -The price of the room in AUD. -They give you a drinks token. -10 minutes walk to a subway. -The staff speak English.

Nothing, I expected a small room. The mattress was slightly firmer than what I usually sleep on but I don't care.
