المكان نضيف جدا و سعره ممتاز بالنسبة للنضافة و الراحة

المكان كان هيبقى 100 في المية لكن اوقات بسمع صوت ناس في الطرقة بيتكلمو او بيلعبو بابجي بصوت عالي و مزعج و صحيت من النوم الساعة 7 الصبح بسبب الدوشة

They cared for all my needs well. Got amazing dinner during sunset looking at piramids. The stuff was very welcoming

Service people are nice

دي المرة الخامسة اللي اروح فيها المكان ده، المكان نفسه حقيقي جميل ونضيف وحلو جداً وكل الناس اللي فيه متعاونين ولذاذ اوي، بيسمعوا اي شكوى وبيشتغلوا عليها ومهتمين فعلا براحة النزيل

اللوكيشن، للأسف المنطقة مش حلوة، بس فعلا المكان نفسه حلو اوي يستاهل يكون في منطقة احسن من كدة بكتير من كتر ماهو مميز

It was a very good hotel, the owner is an extraordinarily good man, it's a shame that the employees leave much to be desired!! They don't speak English at all, they are rude and when we left they made me take the garbage out of the room!! I advise the owner to take drastic measures, it's a shame that such a hotel and such a man are overshadowed by the employees!

كان فندقًا ممتازًا، وصاحبه رجلٌ في غاية اللطف، ولكن من المؤسف أن يكون الموظفون دون المستوى المطلوب! فهم لا يتحدثون الإنجليزية إطلاقًا، ويتعاملون بفظاظة، وعندما غادرنا أجبروني على إخراج القمامة من الغرفة! أنصح صاحب الفندق باتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة، فمن المؤسف أن يُطغى سوء الموظفين على فندقٍ كهذا وصاحبه

It was clean which is the most important . The ladies for cleaning are doing a good job .. no any insects Hanukkah. The place is very near to everything . Near to main haram street a lot of shops and cafes less than minute walking I like the staff hospitality especially Mr Mohamed from reception. I will repeat the visit again and again

The only thing i want to have a drink in the roof but the drinks are so expensive . Small cup of Turkish coffee cost 70 EGP (1.5 $ ) I think it’s expensive for the guest and for the hotel .. also I skimmed through the menu and I found a normal mix grill plat cost 600 EGP which is very expensive That’s why I think having drink or meal from the hotel is not a good choice as you have many restaurants and coffees very near with high quality and 50% price less

Everything was perfect Good view, clean rooms and good service We will be back again in next time!

Staff were very friendly and helpful

It is a smaller hotel located on the 12th floor of a building and so there aren't facilities like swimming pools.

Once I checked in I was shocked. No A/C . Room was very cold. I paid the receptionist whole the money of my stay and I departed the hotel. I didn't use even single night. They insist to pay ,so I done. It was tricky one.

The staff were great and extremely helpful! The view of the Pyramids from the terrace was impressive.

1. The place is not very easy to find. Luckily, we were with a great local driver who wouldn't leave until he was sure the hosts had met us. 2. It was really cold in the room. Goes without saying that there's no central heating in Egypt, but December nights can be very cold, so equipping the rooms with some kind of heater would be a nice idea. 3. The hot running water would stop and to resume soon at the degree when it's very cold. So having a shower was quite a challenge.

The breakfast was average and I liked the view of the pyramids from the rooftop.

No sign outside the building to represent the hotel. Some of the staff were really rude to us and it’s not even a proper hotel. Seems like a 2 star to me. Lied about a lot of the amenities such as the safe, heater and slippers etc. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The bed was really uncomfortable and hard. Also the hotel was kind of hard to find.

The staff at Sun 3 Pyramids Inn were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. There were no downsides to mention – we had a wonderful experience!
