Reviewed Jul 24, 2026De villa is echt top en komt overheen met de foto's. Lekker groot zwembad en goed en een mooi buitenverblijf. Het ligt ook niet aan een drukke weg terwijl Canggu wel een drukke plek is. Supermarkten op loopafstand is ook wel handig. Andy de host is ook echt een aardig persoon. Heeft ons goed ontvangen en we konden hem altijd berichten we iets nodig hadden. Er was een probleempje met het toilet en dat werd gelijk door hem opgelost. Echt een superhost. De hygiëne is ook heel goed. Alles was schoon en de schoonmaakster Jenni was echt superlief en maakte alles op en top schoon. Canggu is misschien niet de plek voor ons, maar deze villa is het zeker waard om nog een keer terug te komen hier. Al met al een top villa

Some minor damage / wear & tear. No microwave was a bit of a problem as we have a baby. More cutlery, plates & bowls would be better as if 6 people stayed, there wouldn’t be enough for 6 people.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Ubytovanie pri prichode bolo čisté a voňavé. Veľmi dobrá lokalita, na skútri 4 minúty k moru. Kúsok od rušnej ulice s mnoznostvom reštaurácii ale zároveň skryté v pokojnej ulici cize žiaden hluk. Veľmi príjemný a ústretovy personal. Andy nám zabezpečil všetko čo sme potrebovali. Boli sme tu ubytovaní 6 ľudia a vila bola neskutočne priestranná. 2 izby boli samostatne z vonku vstup a jedna Master bedroom mala vstup zo spoločnej obývačky s kuchyňou. Vybavenie bolo dostatočne, všetko potrebné aj na varenie ak mate chut si tam variť. Bazen bol čistý a voda prijemne tepla na kúpanie.
Nemáme žiadne zápory, my sme boli neskutočne spokojní a ak by sme sa niekedy ešte mali vrátiť na Bali určite by sme zvažovali opäť túto vilu.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025De villa was fantastisch! Erg genoten van alles wat de villa te bieden heeft. Er stonden 2 bedjes voor de kinderen klaar en Andy was er altijd wanneer we hem nodig hadden. De schoonmaakster is ook echt een super vrouw!! Ik zou iedereen villa zoja aanbevelen.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The property is just simply amazing. The decor, the bedrooms, the pool just everything wow! I honestly can’t think of a bad word to say about this place. Me and my friends had the best stay here, the staff were amazing and attentive - shout out to Andy who messaged us every day to see if we needed anything :) the location is just a quick grab ride into the heart of Canggu and 2 mini marts a couple minutes walk up the road. The villa was so clean and so well maintained, you must stay here! Thank you so much Villa Zoja team, we will be back!

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location between Canguu and Pererenan, only taking 10 minutes by car to be in the hustle and bustle of Canguu. The host, Andi was more than happy to answer all of my questions. We travelled with 2 young children, so we hired a pool fence and pram; all of this was installed before our arrival at the villa, making it a seamless and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again when visiting next.

Reviewed May 31, 2025The best villa we stayed in during our Bali trip. This is fairly new villa, very comfortable and clean. Lovely pool which has sunlight almost all day. Good location in Pererenan. You have a market and food places in a walking distance. It is close to the beach by scooter. The staff are AMAZING people. They really made sure we are well taken care of. <3

Reviewed May 4, 2025The whole villa was so spacious and we love the outdoor area & pool - it was perfect! Villa also had good facing, there were lots of sunlight! Plus points for the mirrors haha Rooms were so big, toilets were huge and everything was in great condition! Thank you Andy and team for being so responsive and ready to help, even when we experienced a blackout one night!
It was quite secluded, somehow the grab / gojek riders couldn’t find the villa even though the location tag was correct. Not sure why but it happened more than 5 times when we ordered food in - would help if there was some sort of light on the “villa zoja” signage and clearer indication of where the villa is
