The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The host was extremely helpful and willing to provide clear guidance before and during our arrival. Communication was excellent, and all instructions were easy to follow, making the whole experience stress-free. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well-located, and exactly as described. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Athens and enjoy our stay.

There was nothing significant that I disliked during my stay. If I had to mention something, the sound insulation could be slightly improved, but it did not affect my overall experience.

The staff were pleasant and helpful overall and answered any questions that I had promptly. The location puts you in the middle of Monastiraki, which is a great neighbourhood for sight seeing. The train station is nearby and it is a close walk to nearby neighborhoods. The acropolis is approximately half an hour to the base (then you have to walk up). There are many shops and nearby restaurants menu, which are open late.

The location can be difficult to find, even using Uber and online maps. The instructions for entry were not as straightforward and required clarification. See photos for details of the actual entry way and the garage door that lifts up down. The photo of the unit I had booked was not in keeping with the unit that I had received. I would suggest that since there are multiple rooms, it would be helpful for visitors to have the exact photos of each room and layout. Although the kitchen did include a stove and mini refrigerator, as well as a kettle, a microwave would be very helpful, especially for travelers. It’s also located in an alley and not well marked (see photos), which feels a bit unsafe at night.

We only stayed one night, so the location was convenient for us to go out in Athens and catch the train in the morning to head to the airport.

The shower has no door so the water splashes everywhere, the windows were completely covered in rust so be careful not to touch them (there's one in the shower). The building itself reeked of cigarette smoke and was also under construction during our stay.

Very old building poor construction (old doors with no safety) Coffee machine with one capsule (better not to provide at all) spare fire detector left on kitchen bench, establishment was pretty clean but there where footprints from shoes left on the bathroom floor

Great location, very central - plenty bars and restaurants. Perfect area.

Could do with a soft chair such as an armchair for relaxing in to read or watch tv.

The location is amazing.

When i arrived it wasnt very clean, there’s a bag of rubbish on the kitchen counter from the last guests i guess and the toilet wasnt cleaned.

The apartment was really clean and perfect for two people. The location is good and you can reach nice restaurants and sightseeing spots by foot. The check-in was really easy and we even got some nice tips for restaurants from the hosts.

The only downside to the apartment was the small fridge. If you are planning to cook there you need to plan the groceries pretty good so you can fit everything

Great location for a city break and very clean

The shower sprayed everywhere making the floors very slippy.

Apartma is close to tourist attractions, bus/metro stations, all the popular squares (Psiri, syntagma..) and national park. The host is very kind and helps you with everything. He gives best tips for where to eat, where go to market etc.

In this one apartma especially (Iris apartma) you have only one window which dont have view on street but in the middle of bulidings..if this doesnt bother you than no problems, aparmant have everything; kitchen, big bathroom, iron, hairdryer etc..

Clean, comfy, true to pictures! Location was great, with minimart and cafes within reach while being quiet enough for good night sleep.

Room description was a lil misleading - said there’s washing machine but it was not for customer use just for their own use.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly welcoming, the space was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring Athens. The nice bathtub was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the center of Athens.

I absolutely adored staying in Manos’ place. The location was PERFECT for a first timer visiting. The apartment was safe, comfortable, easy to find and in the most perfect location to all of the local shops, restaurants, tourist spots etc. The bathtub was a big plus and the recommendations that Manos sent us were all great and very useful. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Our stay in Athens turned out to be perfect! We were 4 guests. The location was GREAT as advertised. Everything was conveniently located to the apartment, dining, shopping, and a short walk to the larger city community where we took the red line "Hop on hop off" city tour bus which was the way to go to get around and get acquainted with many highlights of the city for first time visitors. We really enjoyed the local activity happening below the apartment as well people strolling and street musicians entertaining the crowds. The bath was a huge plus after a long day in the city. We had a fantastic experience and would recommend Manos place to family and friends!

Great spot in the heart of Athens. Great location right near the Acropolis, making it easy to see all the main sites of the town and come back and drop off items before easily heading out again. Manos provided us with the best recommendations of restaurants and bars, which we checked out and were amazing. Locate right near the Monastiraki markets as well, which is the hustle and bustle of the town. Can't recommend this place more, great location and that flat itself was super modern and clean. Kept cool during the warm evenings and was just such a beautiful place.
