Sorry. I don't care for a bath down the hall. But everything else was perfect and it was impeccably clean.

It felt a little strange that I was in someone's spare room that had been sitting room. The bathroom is upstairs which was always available & free but I wasn't sure who else was needing it. I hadnt studied the reviews too much to expect this. Not a problem per se, just not what I was expecting.

It was such a cozy and homey stay, nicely decorated and everything was well thought

Das Zimmer war an sich gemütlich. Sehr zentrale Lage.

Hellhörigkeit: das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss liegt leider sowohl an der Straße, als auch direkt neben der Eingangstür zu dem Haus, wodurch es für mich persönlich immer wieder etwas unruhig war... Zu wenig Möglichkeiten Klamotten zu verstauen oder Handtücher aufzuhängen im Zimmer. Spätester Check-In, den ich je hatte: 17:00 Ich konnte zwar vorher mein Gepäck ablegen, aber trotzdem...

Было очень холодно, но стоял обогреватель. Комната быстро нагревалась, но до туалета было холодно идти 😅зашла как-то в душ после кого-то и уже не было горячей воды. Кровать короткая, ноги мои свисали😅мой рост 176 см.Очень поздний заезд.

This spot was so lovely - it exceeded my expectations! It was spotless, and much more pleasant than the pictures showed. It was a small room, which wasn’t a problem for me, but might be for some, and, of course, sharing a bathroom can be tricky. The location was lovely - not so central that you got noise, but a very pleasant and short walk to absolutely everything. Brenda was so accommodating and kind.

Staff was unfriendly and check in was too late. Live in host made us uncomfortable during our booking and was situated right on top of our room and made a lot of noise. The room was also very cold and poorly heated.

The location is very good, it’s in a more residential area, yet still just a few minutes away from the main points of interest and amenities. The property is a shared house, and the available space is actually a converted living room set up as a rental room with a double bed. Despite that, the room is a good size, and the bed is comfortable.

For the first time, I faced accommodation rules where check-in is only allowed from 5:00 PM and check-out is as early as 10:00 AM. Given such a large time gap, you expect the place to be clean and well maintained; but not really, the floor clearly had not been vacuumed, there was hair on the old bed linen, and the lack of proper cleaning extended to the shared bathroom on the first floor.

Habe nur ein Bett benötigt und nach Möglichkeit alleine. Es war sehr liebevoll und fast persönlich eingerichtet, gemütlich in jedem Fall. Ruhig, obwohl mein Zimmer direkt unten an der Straße war. Innerhalb des Hauses auch ruhig.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Dublin Express and the Conference centre. The host had thought carefully about all amenities and I had everything I needed.

The room is a little tired and the bed is quite old and soft. Everything is clean but the room has a bit of a fusty smell.

Getting access to the keys and room was straight forward. Very clean and well organized. Wifi instructions were provided in the room.

No wash clothes provided. But I was able to find it in the shower room, so all is good.

As promised it pretty much felt like staying over at a friend's place. Everything clean & comfy. At night the area was surprisingly quite. I had a good sleep.

Little stool or hook in the bathroom for guests to put their clothes & stuff while in the shower.

Sehr zentral gelegen, sauber und gemütlich. Das Zimmer war im EG Badezimmer im ersten Stock. Online Check in per Mail ohne Probleme, nette Kommunikation.

La habitación es muy acogedora, cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder descansar y relajarse. El estilo de la casa está muy bien cuidado y en todo momento se encontró limpia. Personal muy amable y atento.

Perfect location for holiday in Dublin. All main attractions were within walking distance. Shops, train station and restaurants 5-10 minutes away. Comfortable bed; coffee, fresh water provided; hairdryer. Brenda was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble. I really enjoyed my time in Dublin. Thank you!

Very convenient to walk into the city centre. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and room quite large.

Shared bathroom and the floor in the room above was very creaky meaning that if a person was walking around a lot it was quite disturbing.

Easy to access location by bus (although hard to find by taxi). Bed was comfortable and curtains did a great job of blocking the light.

I thought from the information on Booking.Com that it was an en suite room. Look at! The first line says - Toilet, Bath and Shower. Only further down does it say 'Shared'. I took this to mean that there was ALSO a shared toilet and shower. OK I might have read it with insufficient care, but I think that the first reference to toilet and shower neds to be omitted to avoid misunderstanding. Anyway, I managed well enough and was otherwise well pleased.

The room was a downstairs converted living room with a very comfortable bed, sofa and widescreen television. Like many big cities, Dublin can be an expensive place to stay, so i thought it was great value for money. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I was not inconvenienced with the check-in process. I was away at a concert between the designated check-in hours, but was still allowed to leave my luggage, shower and change, even though my room was not ready as I arrived two hours before check-in time. The whole process on collecting keys was very straightforward. Nice kitchen facilities used for breakfast.

One bathroom means that there can be quite a wait. There may be little that can be done about this due to the structure of the guest house.

This place was perfect for my needs. As I was attending the theatre that was very near by. Also very close to the bus ways services. Was very clean and tidy. Would recommend this accommodation place.

While my room was clean and tidy and had the amenities that ya need to wake to. I felt the room was crowded. Had a couch and a decent size coffee table. These could have been reduced in size, and the large floor standing lamp. Make these smaller or eliminate these, to give a little space and movement. That is just my opinion.

Really close to the river and other local amenities, right next to a small Tesco which is great. I went to a gig at the 3arena so it was a close 20 minute walk from that so really ideal. Lots of bus stops nearby. 10/10 location and good facilities in the room. It is a ground floor room and the exterior windows were heavily tinted for privacy, nice touch.

As it is on the ground floor and next to the front door, when other guests come in at night etc or just generally you can hear it quite clearly, this is t the end of the world but just something to note. Also the TV wasn’t connected to anything so couldn’t be watched. Aside from these two things it’s absolutely perfect.

The room was very clean and cosy, and so was the toilet. The toilet was upstairs which wasn't very convenient, but I'd say this is a good compromise if you want to sleep near the city center with a budget. It wasn't cheap, but I must say I was happy with what was provided during the accommodation.

The host was very friendly! Location is great, near everything - especially the museum EPIC! Easy to walk to several places but bus stops and train station close as well. Grocery store just next street. I was travelling alone and the rooms was okay for one person for several nights.

January is a cold season, the buildings are not very isolated.

The bedroom I was staying in was big enough with a comfortable sofa and a large bed. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and spacious. Close to the centre; around 10/15min on foot.

I can't think of a negative point. Everything was great.

Bathroom was shared and you had to go upstairs to get to it. No hot water at the sink and there were no towels to have a shower.

The place is very comfortable, in the city center and in a distinctively quiet place. Tesco supermarket is in a proximity, very convenient. The house is clean and tidy. I adored the shower with the filtered water which lives your body soft and relaxed. I slept as an angel 😇
