Sa pool erea, lalo na sa shower erea mapanghi po xa for 4 days and 3 nights naming stay everytime na mag swiswimming palapit palang sa shower erea maamoy mona yung panghi niya, at yung tagalinis di xa ganun kafriendly to remind the gues kung anu yung bawal sa erea, parang ikaw na gues ang magpapakumbaba sa kanya.at pet friendly pero d pala pwede dog sa pool erea and that was the verry important to us,lalo na sa mga anak ko na gusto sa pool everyday,

The host and admin staff was very rude ! I was traveling with my service dog. even though they said pets welcome they don’t specifically say big dogs or small dogs , just pets . But my dog is not a pet it’s a well trained service animal ( military dog ) the host Gabby was very rude and calling me names and also disrespectful towards my 3 month pregnant finace and telling my finace and me to get out and she don’t care even if my finace have a miscarriage and loose the baby . When this occurred we had three security guard’s as our witness . My finace was stress and we had to go to the emergency as she had a lot of pain in her tummy as she was very stress and nervous . I love the Philippine people as my fiance is also Philippina . At the end we end up moving to another unit that was hosted by another lady who was very nice and kind . It’s a good place but the people are very evil and cunning and disrespectful.

The room was so cute, super comfy bed, the view from the balcony is incredible. The location is good for being near the sea. Easy to get around the city! Pool was closed but looked great. Communication with the host was easy

Practical location, comfortabel stay recommandable becuase of the good quality-price. Swimming pool was exceptionally big, a must for swimmers. I had a nice stay.

Manila is not an easy city, with a lot of social and environmental issues.

Condo unit is clean, modern amenities (like good Wi-Fi and appliances), and location. We also appreciate a responsive and helpful host Gabby and Ana and building security, and thoughtful extras like kitchenware, extra toiletries, and laundry facilities. Having a nice pool and balcony view.

Comfortable apartment, spacious and very well-equipped. You immediately feel like home. The view from the balcony is really nice, and Harbour Square, with all its restaurants and cafés, is just a few minutes walk. Excellent communication with the host, who was very friendly and responsive.

Hello, we liked how it’s easy to check in. It was looking like it’s clean upon entry but then a cockroach welcomed us so you know right away that it just looks like it but it is not. We had the same experience in a hotel a week prior so it’s still traumatic for us. Then we tried to use the washer but it looks and smells dirty, the tub itself is already run down but still spinning. After cleaning the filter, I thought it can finally be used but then the nasty smell was still there so I didn’t use it. We just went to sleep because we didn’t had a choice. After all, this will all go away in the morning when we leave.

Pet friendly with a great pet fee. I was allowed to bring two cats ♡ Location was good too and the facilities are modern and up to date. Lobby was luxurious and comfy. Host/staff were also helpful in answering inquiries. Really bang for buck!

The bedroom ac was noisy which kept us awake at night. We turned it off the next night for some peace 🥲 TV remote in the living room was hard to navigate and we saw some baby roaches

Great location , including a small supermarket and a bank just next to the entrance. Easy access to taxi or grab; one can also use the very nice swimming pool and fitness room. The studio is equipped with all one needs.

Comfy bed. Cold A/C, and fast internet. I moved to Manila to escape the tremendous stress and anxiety of the US. Staying here has started to bring me some relief. Gabby, the owner, is very professional and responds to all my requests. I plan to extend my stay here.

I have heard many horror stories from Americans living in condominiums in Manila. So I was very skeptical. I asked my host many questions. She responded to my concerns. The bed is high quality. The aircon is strong. The unit is clean. I have a second reservation. We will see if everything continues to go well.

The place was nearest to key location. The place is very clean and its complete with what we need.

Checkin was only possible at 3PM, not at 2PM, as noted on the booking page, which impacted the rest of our tightly scheduled day. Also, we were not able to use any facility within the building while we had to wait, so we were just left seated within the lobby for an hour. Next, the room itself is not good. It smells, there is no hot shower and also, there is only one working outlet and no outlets by the bed.

The place was great, very cosy and amazing views as well. Gabby was very professional, very hospitable, very friendly and helpful. She's customer service is second to none. I highly recommend her place. You will surely love her accommodation.

This fantastic condotel is clean, offers all the facilities you need (and even a few extras!), and provides excellent value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is superb, and the location was perfect for me – close to the port and easy to get to from the airport. Business travelers will also appreciate the condo's LAN access, ergonomic chair, and optional extra monitor for dual-screen productivity.

Excellent stay! The appartement is lovely, the pool is great, the kids area as well as the gym, the view, the location, also very clean and well maintained. It was truely perfect! I'm also very thankful of how kind and nice Gaby is!! The internet was also really strong and I could have meetings during the stay.
