La ubicación está a buena distancia para las visitas turísticas. Teníamos dos habitaciones interiores y el hotel nos hizo un upgrade de una de las habitaciones a exterior. Es un buen hotel de 5*

Las habitaciones interiores no tienen luz natural, si vas sólo a dormir no pasa nada pero si quieres estar en la habitación durante el día hay que tenerlo en cuenta. La comida en los restaurantes está buena pero por debajo de las expectativas de un hotel de esa categoría.

Returning Home And Having To Leave The Most Gorgeous Hotel In The World.

The 7th floor it’s the worse that I trying in all my hotels trips experiences. Why ? Because there, the rooms are nice, bathrooms also have a good design even if need some refresh cleaning…!a lot huge stains . The major point it’s that I trued two differents rooms in same floor (7th) and when you are already out form the lift, the smell come from canalisations so smell very stronger ..!! The air conditioning and don’t work at all !!! So in the rooms even with ten cleaning air smell very very stronger and bad…!!! They tuck I time to change the room for last night and it was better but still … The location area ? For my humble opinions and its personal , it’s very bad location..!! Makati area more convenient…

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good value for money. Swimming pool with a view to the bay is a must.

There was a used handkerchief on the bedroom floor. The shower smelled like mold. The lock did not seem to work. When I raised with the hotel the issue of cleanliness and the lock through a text message using a number with which they had contacted me for the check in, they did not answer. I did not raise this at the counter though.

The dining area which is fantastic during sunset. Our room was awesome especially the person in charge cleaning our room. I loved the hot chocolate at the lobby. Overall Staff were cheerful, very polite, neat and very helpful. Concierge & front desk A+ 👏Kudos ♥️♥️♥️

Property was beautiful and had lovely inspirations for its decoration. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and treated us very well.

Unfortunately the suburb itself showcased the extreme wealth disparity in the surrounding area, at no fault of hotel itself. Otherwise it was beautiful.

The hotel! The pool!!! The room was spacious!!! And the bathroom was SO INCREDIBLE!!!! The staff was SO NICE!!!! Great hotel with great people !!!!! Recommend it!!!!

Quick service, friendly staff, amazing food

This hotel fits well with the MGallery brand hotel because the design is interesting and clearly not a boring cookie-cutter hotel. The executive lounge (for Accor Platinum and Diamond) is on the ground floor in a large atrium which is quite nice, and the rooms look good as well in gold color scheme. It's not the best hotel to get a suite upgrade as Accor Diamond because they don't have many of them, but the price is quite competitive by Manila local standards. I would recommend this hotel particularly to guests who do not need extra space.

Ruby Wong is a neat speakeasy in the Admiral Hotel. They have a compact menu of well-executed Cantonese food and very creative cocktails. They also have live jazz music on Fridays and Saturdays (but not during Holy Week). Our server, Jessica, was very attentive but we had to follow up with the bar to chase down a few delinquent cocktails. Overall, it was a great night at this speakeasy.

Visited for a dinner buffet at Admiral Club. Leaving this review here since this is the link staff provided us with. Loved this buffet. While dinner offering wasn't as sizeable as bigger hotel buffets, the selection was very good when it comes to taste and presentation. It sowcased their focus on flavor and not just variety and it was fairly evident. Loved the meat section, I think this is the buffet's best suit. Their pick-and-cook format worked well for us, ensuring fresh preparation of proteinsand can we say a good watch as the chef sizzled them. If you have kids they're going to love the burger patties. The sauces that came with these were also a standout, particularly the mushroom gracy and wine sauce. To be honest, seafood options weren't extensive but how deliciously they were prepared by the chefs made up for it. The scallops particularly were memorable. Baked fish were topnotch. Dimsum and noodles were good, most notably their laksa. It was hearty and tasty which could be quite hard to pull of in a range of soup offerings. Great job on the Asian options. I'd come back for the honey chicken. I'm hard to impress when it comes to Japanese and Admiral was not an exceotion to this and could be better. Pastas were simple, just the way I like my pastas. Smaller items were nice and made our experience more interesting as well. The cheeses, while not so many, were good along with the nuts and drizzles. Their confit station was a standout. Bread spreads were a delight with things such as apricot butter, truffle butter and yes even muscovado. Pastries and desserts had such a variety especially for a smaller buffet. Some faves were the egg tarts (not super eggy, good job), fresh cuts of fruits, and their ice creams with endless flavors (kinder bueno was such a treat!). Drinks were nice. Tea options and coffee are okay. Loved the ambience, very cozy for a city hotel. Let me also note that the food were displayed well with just the right decor and leveling (I could be very particular about that). Come earlier and you get an elevated view of Manila bay at golden hour perfect for pre-dinner drinks that reminded us of sunsets at Rima in Shang Boracay. The place is clean, unpretentious, and not crowded. Staff were as attentive as they could be given their number. What lovely and accommodating folks they were, always asking how our food were and always made sure we got everything we need. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Parking was included and sufficient. We recommend this if you want a quick getaway with just a little sprinkle of luxury. Looking forward to going back.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The rooms are incredible - book one with a sea view. The pool area was so gorgeous and relaxing, and the buffet dinner and breakfast was so varied and delicious! There were so many small touches throughout the hotel that made it so comfortable and accommodating. One of the best places I have ever stayed!

Все номера категории делюкс имеют вид из окна в подвал (атриум). - фото №1 4. Персонал ведет себя по хамски и занимается вымоганием денег за любые действия. - фото №2 Руководство еще хуже чем персонал. Друзья, даже не думайте здесь бронировать.

Très bel hôtel avec chambres luxueuses et confortables et belle piscine sur le toit. Magnifique vue sur la baie de Manille. Très bons repas et cocktails.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et la chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2. Le quartier de Malate et la localisation sur les quais qui sont assez bruyants.

L'emplacement est central mais n'espérez pas vous balader le long de la jetée ...au bord d'une grosse route très passante! Et accès à la plage fermé (sauf sur un morceau)

The art deco design of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. I had my party at Ruby Wong Godown and my guests were all so impressed: from the beautiful decor to the food!

Checking in is supposedly at 2pm in their website & email but the rooms were not ready until 4pm.

The room is well set and maintained specially the cleanliness. Kudos to the housekeeper for doing a great job which also shows that we can fully trust the hotel.

It was an amazing experience for our people and it has been extra special celebrating our annual top performers at admiral club. The ambience is so refreshing and the staffs are super nice. Until our next event!

Absolutely nothing was too much or too hard. All with guest memories like finely tuned computers. I cannot say enough about this team of people that work so well together. The bar itself needs to be experienced to believe. I will return to this hotel for a stay anytime I go to Manila without a second thought. Well done to all involved

The location was good, the room was clean and the atmosphere is nice. The room may not be that big but the service is awesome. I like how the housekeeping attendant "Alex" who assist me in my needs.

The premium (and more expensive) room facing the bay are actually worse because of loud street noise all night...or maybe poor noise isolation ? In the room, the showerhead is damaged with water going in all directions. The mini fridge does not keep the cold. The main mirror was not clean correctly. All are “Minor” items for sure, but when you brand yourself as a 5-star…

We reserved an executive twin room but they gave us a King room and pulled a small extra bed as the second bed. This bed was as hard as a rock and meant that one of us slept on a great bed and the other on a very uncomfortable one. Our reservation was very clearly for a twin room and so they absolutely failed.

Really good food and ambiance at El Atrio of the Admiral Manila, Mgallery. My regards to Renz for an amazing service and hospitality.

I came here with my fiance to see the sunset and everything from start to finish was amazing. Renz was our server and he made us feel taken care of. He mentioned it was happy hour which was a great deal. He was very professional and kind. I wish we stayed here!
