The location was amazing, a couple of mins away from restaurants and the beach. Nadia’s communication and Tips made our stay in agadir so memorable. The apartment is very safe with a very pleasant security guard & Mohamed at the concierge who is always willing to help . Also the ocean view from the balcony was a great start and end for the day ! I would highly recommend this apartment if you’re planing to explore Agadir.

Already broken chairs at the dining table, dirt around the skirting boards , all dishes dirty and unwashed , the staff samira or Nadia whoever came to open the door for us also very rude and condescending, they also charged us nearly £200 for cleaning fee claiming we smoked inside but we never smoked inside but outside the terrace so this was a clever thought of little scam from Nadia for charging us £200 for cleaning

The property is luxury, spacious, and very well equipped. we really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach and local amenities. Our host had good communication.

The main road is very noisy which made sleeping in the master bedroom a bit difficult. The mattresses were also a bit too firm for our liking. Overall we were still really pleased with our stay.

Key Issues ​This apartment was clean and tidy, but unfortunately, our stay was highly compromised by the actions of the owner and the camera surveillance. ​Major Issues Experienced • ​Invasive Surveillance: We discovered the owner had installed cameras that were actively monitoring our movements throughout the stay. These devices were sending videos and notifications directly to her (the owner lives in Italy). This made us feel as though our right to privacy and freedom was under constant surveillance. We even took photos of the cameras as proof. • ​Constant Monitoring: In addition to the cameras, the owner's caretaker, who lives directly above the apartment, was checking on us and monitoring our movements on a regular basis. • ​Unauthorized Payment Demand: The owner demanded extra money from us, which we were required to pay in cash. This was an unexpected and unauthorized charge after booking. ​Positive Points • ​The apartment itself was clean and tidy. • ​Agadir is a beautiful place to visit, and it was a lovely destination for our first trip there. ​Conclusion ​While Agadir is beautiful, the feeling of being constantly watched and the unauthorized cash demand prevented us from truly enjoying our stay. Very spacious apartment in premium location

Perfect location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms away from street perfect for sleeping with comfortable beds and pillows. All we need at kitchen provided.

Master bedroom not suitable for sleeping because of 0% sound proof. Feel like you sleeping on street. It was not problem for two couples but if you are more than 4 it could be problem.

very nice , and clean, a lot better than picture, host is fantastic, very helpful will definitely come back , right on beach front 2 min drive to cable car point, shops and bank next door, 24 hour security on site, 3 very large bedroom and 3 bathroom, I fully functional kitchen, living room is very big nice and clean with sea views. washing machine with washing powder as well. If I can describe it in 1 word, it's fantastic, 10 out of 10

The apartment was modern, location was ideal. The host was very helpful, always reponded.

It was not clean at all!!! I had to clean as soon as we got there. The washing rail for drying clothes was very dirty, cob webs and all. In the description it states there is a dryer built in the washing machine but there wasnt!!! I wish I took pictures. The towels were dirty with marks. The vacuumed cleaner had hair stuck in the tube, was dirty The one shower was not working well. Generally it was not clean, that is my only complaint I was not happy!!!

It had good locations, night shift security guard was very kind and helpful. I think his name was Hussain.

It was very dirty, floors were very sticky. Toilet had a disgusting smell coming from it. All night you are kept awake from the traffic and noise from the main road, even with the shutters down. Wifi barely worked or stayed connected. Lift was very small and didnt cater to my disability. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and only one was given. Had a lack of towels and had to contact the host.

The view from the apartment is absolutely stuning.

It is really hard to sleep while you listening to the neighbors havin s*x and shouting (most likely s*x workers). Also the gate openere at night was always sleeping, we had to wait like an hour to park in the private garage. Besides that it wasnt that bad.

Nice looking very clean and well furnished. Communication was good. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather. Not charged for late check in. 24 hour friendly security guard. We had lot of gap between check out and flight departure. Were offered to leave our bags with the security guard for free was a big plus.

Beach wasn’t far but didn’t realise at the time of booking that we would need to walk down stairs for about 40 steps and same upstairs to come back. Had I known that I would have avoided this property. Didn’t realise that there was €300 fully refundable security deposit for damages. I spent lot of time to check if it has been refunded to my credit card but couldn’t find any debit or credit entry and had to speak to Bank who couldn’t find credit and debit entries and suggested to check with property owner. Property owner was quick to respond and wrote that the amount was guaranteed on credit card but not taken as there was no damage. Not owners fault but I think when someone goes on holidays spending time on such things and remaining worried on return for about 10 days is not worth. It wasn’t clear at the time of booking that we would have to pay a refundable safety deposit as it was written somewhere under house conditions that I overlooked.

Beautiful, modern, and clean apartment with all necessary requirements to make it a home from home at the best location in town.

The property was amazing. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, Marina and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment had all the amenities you would require and even more. Th air conditioning worked very well in all rooms. The huge tv had Netflix, Prime and hundreds of channels in different languages. The wifi was brilliant throughout the accommodation. There was also a garage under the property which was really helpful. I have no negative comments on this property it was just outstanding in every way. Thank you for the excellent quality of accommodation and customer service you have provided. We will definitely be returning to your properties. A special thank you to Nadia for her excellent communication via WhatsApp from the day we booked till we left .

Host Nadia was very easily reachable, helped us to book airport transport to the apartment. Local host Samira was already at the property waiting for us to arrive and showed us around. I really want to give credit to the 24hr security which felt very safe and the very tall guy helped us couple of times to get a taxi on the street.

The only downside for me was the suite bedroom next to the main road which was pretty noisy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment during my holiday, and overall, I had a great experience. The host was incredibly responsive and promptly addressed all of my queries, which made the booking process and my stay much more enjoyable. One of the highlights of the apartment was its spaciousness. It had ample room to move around and relax, which was a welcome feature. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional. It was evident that the host took great care in maintaining a pristine living space. The Seaview from the balcony was also a delightful aspect of my stay. It provided a scenic view that added a touch of tranquility to my mornings and evenings.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences that I feel are worth mentioning. Firstly, the bathrooms were relatively small compared to the overall size of the apartment. While they were functional, a bit more space would have been ideal. Another aspect to consider is the apartment's location on a busy road. The noise from the road persisted until late at night even with all the windows closed, which could be bothersome for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful environment. Nevertheless, it is important to note that this noise did not significantly detract from my overall enjoyment of the apartment. In conclusion, despite the small bathrooms and the noise from the busy road, my stay at this apartment was thoroughly enjoyable. The host's responsiveness, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, and the Seaview from the balcony all contributed to a wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others, as the positives far outweigh the minor inconveniences.

The host was approachable and easy to contact. If I had any issues, she always responded straight away. The apartment was beautiful, and the space and facilities were perfect. I was so happy to have a washing machine (as a busy mom of three, I really don't want to come back with a suitcase full of dirty laundry!). The beds were so very comfortable, and the shutters that came down over every window allowed for a good night's sleep. The location was fabulous (it is right next to a busier road, and some people may find this noisy, but I was so busy every day that I slept through it all). They had all the modern necessities, too, like netflix, Air Con, and WiFi. A perfect base for a fab holiday-thank you:)

The only thing that was missing was a tea towel for the kitchen and some plastic bowls and cups for the children (I have 2 toddlers and glass and ceramic is frightening).

Honestely it was perfect, the host is great, Nadia and Samira have been very helpful and kind with all the query i had. In relation to the flat, it's cosy, clean, safe and well decorated. Bed are US King size which is pretty rare in Morocco and my sleep was so confortable. The location is perfect a few yard from the beach, access to the main boulevard is also convenient.

As a professional host myself I felt like I'm coming to refugee camp not a luxury accommodation. If you don’t finish everything requested online you can’t enter – even if you have no internet connection or a suitable device. I gave an occupant list data at least 3 times even in writing at the apartment. I’ve entered my credit card details 3 times on 3 different web sites which is unacceptable. And they were bombing us with emails and instructions (at least 14 of them), and they charge for a too many amendments. I’ve never experienced as Genius 3 traveler to pay extra for water and electricity in luxury accommodation. Under the line - a super complicated check in. We were waiting for host representative more than an hour and she did a key handover in 5 min. No explanation how important stuff in apartment works. The master bedroom is faced toward the street and super noisy – even if you put down the outdoor shades and draw the indoor curtains. Air-condition controls were not working (broken display), no instruction on this was given. So I waked up boiling at 2 AM and used 1 hour figuring out how I should cool down the place. The place was not clean so my daughter’s white socks were dirty till breakfast. When you pay so many amendments you expect you should get a royal treatment – not a refugee one.

Everything! The host was just amazing so attentive, always reassuring and great communication, it was my 2nd time to agidir first time in this apartment I won’t go to any other apartment, Nadia was amazing no words can explain how comfortable she made my stay. Thank you Nadia hope to see you soon

It was secured with 24 hours security guards who also are so thoughtful and caring which made us feel secured and having the beach 🏝️ stone throw away is just a bonus
