Nous avons eu deux draps et 2 serviettes pour quatre personnes, pas de machine à café. Nous avons dû demander à une charmante dame qui nous a fourni le nécessaire, Dommage pour un si bel appartement

Je tiens néanmoins à souligner un point positif : la personne qui nous a accueillis était très agréable, sociable et sympathique.

Séjour malheureusement assez décevant, surtout au vu du prix payé. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous. Location de l’appartement beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de ce logement. La propreté de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer : beaucoup de poussière, un nettoyage qui semble avoir été fait très superficiellement et, surtout, une des chambres avait une très forte odeur de cigarette, ce qui était particulièrement désagréable. L’appartement ne correspond pas vraiment à l’impression donnée par les photos. Il ne faut donc pas forcément s’y fier, notamment concernant la qualité générale du logement et la vue. À ce tarif, nous nous attendions clairement à de meilleures prestations. Autre gros point négatif : aucune place de parking, et se garer à proximité a été une vraie galère au quotidien. Cela a rendu notre séjour beaucoup moins pratique.

il faut faire une maintenance des équipements de l'apartement de façon régulière, comme l'état des toilettes et le mitigeur de la doche par exemple

Las chicas de la limpieza y la ubicación

Hasta las 17 horas no pudimos disfrutar del apartamento que estaba sucio, sillas rotas, no había vajilla, gracias a las chicas de la limpieza que se portaron de maravilla. Y la ubicación es magnífica para la playa y el paseo marítimo.

I paid my hard-earned money expecting to receive the standard of accommodation and service that was advertised and promised. Unfortunately, what we received did not match those expectations. My children were frustrated and uncomfortable, and as a family, we expected the property to be clean, well-maintained and professionally managed. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we were checking out without feeling that anyone had genuinely cared about the problems or made a serious effort to resolve them during our stay. The location was amazing and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The living area was absolutely gorgeous as well. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The water from the shower did not drain fast enough so had to turn shower off from time to time so there was no overflow.

Lokalizacja z widokiem na plażę i ocean. Przesympatyczny i bardzo pomocny Pan na recepcji.

Lokalizacja przy dosyć ruchliwej ulicy, ale apartament na 3 piętrze daje pewien komfort i oddziela od hałasu Niewygodna kanapa w salonie, nie jest przystosowana do spania dla 2 osób. Byliśmy w 6 osób i był z tym problem. Przydałby się zestaw powitalny tj. herbata, kawa, środki do zmywania naczyń.

Our apartment was spacious with wonderful balcony on the second floor. Although there is busy traffic noise below, this didn't interfere with sleep quality as main bedroom positioned to the back which is very quiet. Plenty hot water and shower pressure extremely good. Washing machine and dish washer a real bonus. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Codes to enter rather than a key work well. Lift is excellent when having heavy luggage. Kitchen utensils supplied, pots etc ample for a short stay, with expresso coffee machine supplied on request. We will definitely return to these apartments when returning to Agadir as the location is superb, very short walk downhill to the Corniche and beach.

The apartment was very clean, no complaints but the surfaces were needing a more thorough wipe down. We asked for a mop as the shower tray spilled over flooding the floor.

Très peu de vaisselle, 2 chaises pour quatre, la lumière se coupe par moment suite à une mauvaise installation, pas de torchons, nous avons dû acheter des bols pour déjeuner, pas de clim dans les chambres, un volet roulant ne marche pas, ect.......ect......c'est vraiment dommage !

This apartment was a good place to walk straight to the beach, marina and the promenade. We liked the amenities such as free parking, full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for our family. One of the showers had a fantastic multiple shower-head setup. Check in was smooth.

Our first floor apartment was very close to the noisy road outside. We had a balcony, but it was not enjoyable to sit on because of the noise from the street. The back bedrooms were quiet but one of the bedrooms stunk from someone smoking cigarettes outside of the apartment. It was hard to figure out where it was coming from and there was no way to air out the room because of the frequency of the smoke. Our apartment didn’t look like the one in the listing but was similar.

Needs a good clean all walls are dirty sofa have manny of stains showers are really bad isn’t a place to go if you have OCD other then that it’s good views and location & staff are very nice helpful and respectful which made me stay there

The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern very large ideal location to all amenities beach restaurants and shops.

There was nothing’s to dislike

Nagyon szép szállás , csodálatos elhelyezkedés. Reggeli nincs , de ez apartman ez így van máshol is. Közelben van több reggeliző hely is korrekt áron.

Néhány aprób dolog nem volt működő képes a szálláson. Picit kellene vele foglalkozni hogy tökéletes legyen. A beígért parkolóhelyet sosem kaptuk meg.

Great localisation of the apartment.

Air conditioner did not work everywhere in the flat. In the evening there was no water in taps. Flat should be renovated. The shower was owful.

Die Unterkunft war groß, sauber und perfekt gelegen .wir hatten die schönste Aussicht!! Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem.

It is a wonderful suite. Quite large. Really enjoyed the deck n the location as well as the multiple washrooms. Very confortable

The apartment is really nice and clean. Close to the beach and tge centre. I like the fact that from the apartment we can see the beach. The staff that welcomed us was polite and very helpful. He gave us good information about the local area.

It was not cleaned for the 7 nights we were there. They came in and change the bin when requested but that was all.

Location was great, the place was spacious and the view from the balcony is stunning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good wifi.

Not good value for money If you enjoy paying hotel prices to stay in an apartment that comes with none of the things an apartment is supposed to have, this is the place. It looks like the pictures, but it doesn’t offer basic amenities you need in order to enjoy your stay. Let’s start with the kitchen: No dish soap. No tea towel or paper towels. No olive oil, no salt, no pepper… nothing. No utensils - not even a spatula or basic cooking tools. One pan that looked like it survived a medieval battle. Four forks, one of which was bent. No mugs for tea. We literally drank tea out of bowls like we were in a student dorm, not a £160-per-day “apartment”. Laundry? •No laundry detergent. •No dishwasher detergent. •No hairdryer (although one was brought afterwards) Only ONE roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We ended up going out to buy toilet paper. Bathrooms: Master bathroom: •No shower attachment — you’re basically pressure-washing yourself like a car. •One set of dirty towels for the whole room. I shared a towel with my partner. Second bathroom: •Liquid soap. That’s the full list. •No shampoo, no conditioner, no shower gel. •One set of stained towels for a second couple because apparently towel-sharing is part of the experience. •There were coackroaches in the bathroom.... and a bad smell from the sink. And the extras: Nightstand drawer and wardrobe doors require the strength of a professional wrestler to open. Bedroom: Lamp is decorative only, plug broken. No carpet or beanbags vs picture TV remote without batteries & no working netflix Kitchen furniture sticky enough to trap flies. Sink surrounded by water-gunk residue, never cleaned. Noise & Windows: The apartment is situated on a busy street with constant traffic, and the single-glazed windows might as well not exist. The noise comes through exactly as if the window were fully open. Zero soundproofing, zero comfort for the room on the road side.

Wouldn't let me stay with my partner, was told to contact the manager and had no answer or reply. Lost out on my booking

Apartament foarte murdar, bucataria unsuroasa si lipsita de cele mai elementare dotari, baile necuratate, prosoapele care ar fi trebuit sa fie albe erau gri de uzura si murdarie, paturi inconfortabile cu lenjerii patate, canapeaua din living cu miros neplacut. Cel mai deranjant a fost insa traficul de pe strada, care se auzea de parca am fi dormit in mijlocul drumului, dat fiind ca ferestrele nu izolau fonic deloc.

This property is absolutely phenomenal. The beach view is incredible and it’s a very nice and clean apartment.

The property was spacious

I checked in on Monday as a party of 5 and did not receive towels till Thursday. I had to beg for them at that. I was told on Wednesday that there was an issue with the washing facilities. This would have been ideal to know at the point of check in (especially as I messaged a week before to request clean towels). I was only told this on Wednesday. I had to ask for toilet roll multiple times and resorted in buying my own as I was not supplied any. Batteries of both remotes were not working so using the TV was impossible. I did end up buying my own batteries as the night staff told me they could not gain access to the storeroom where the batteries are stored (odd!). The apartment was also dirty. Aircon did not work properly so overall, would not stay here ever again. Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Picture and description says one thing about the beds and it is different in the apartment. The seats in the balcony are sooo uncomfortable so basically not able to use them. I had high expectations for this property but was bitterly dissatisfied given the price. The location makes it very noisy, could not even have a chat on the balcony as the cars and motorbikes were soooo loud. Do not recommend.

only 1 ac and the rooms where so hot at night we had to sleep on the sofa where the AC was. the toilets were beat down and no such house keeping service. not enough soap or body soap and locks were almost faulty.

- Sehr zentral (Hauptstraße laut, aber in den Zimmern merkt man nichts von) - Mega sympathischer Nachtdienst (Yousef Z) der immer ansprechbar war und durchwegs korrekt, kann perfekt englisch, immer hilfsbereit. - Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern.

The house is missing many important accessories. The towels were not in good condition and even some are torn. A big leak in the shower. I talked to the owner and he did not do anything. My wife had to wipe all the shower. the water was out to the room. We were not able to take a shower that day.
