Room was clean however the staff of the building, especially at the front desk, did not know how to handle the booking conflict properly. We already showed them the guest authority and the email from the owner stating that the first booking had already been cancelled, but they still did not accept it. If we had not gone to the admin angrily, they would not have settled the issue. We arrived at 2:00 PM, but we were only able to check in at almost 6:00 PM.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Einrichtung, Größe und Lage entsprachen voll meinen Erwartungen. Positiv war auch, dass ein späterer Check-out nach 12:00 Uhr gegen eine faire Gebühr möglich war.
Ich habe das Zimmer sehr kurzfristig gebucht und die Schlüsselübergabe im Vorfeld nicht genau abgeklärt. Daher hatte ich keine Anweisungen vom Vermieter und das Sicherheitspersonal war nicht informiert. Nach drei Stunden Warten in einem Café in der Nähe erhielt ich die nötigen Informationen, und nach einer weiteren Stunde war das Zimmer auch bezugsbereit. Ich vermute, dass die kurzfristige Buchung hier einfach der Grund war.

Reviewed May 6, 2025Clean, basic, value for money accommodation near Mall of Asia. Host is responsive and helpful. Room is clean with all your basic needs (except flat iron or steamer). MOA is a drive away but not recommended to reach it by walking.
Like any other Shore units I stayed, small roaches can be seen. Spotty wifi and 5g around the vicinity. No comforter provided. For guests from abroad, thin sheet is not enough.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2024The apartment was clean and fully furnished. There's free wifi, and the bedroom was reasonably big to move around. The bed was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a hot and cold shower. The location is close to SM Mall of Asia. You can take a short taxi ride or take a 15-minute walk over to the SM MOA. The landlords (Roland and his wife) are also understanding. I was grateful they let my son stay with us for 2-nights.
We also enjoyed the swimming pool to wind down at the end of the day, but you have to pay a little extra.
