Wild Atlantic Haven, cosy home nr. Ballina & Beach

This was our second stay at this lovely holiday home, and once again, we had a brilliant. The cottage is exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished throughout, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The beds are super comfy, too! There are lots of thoughtful extras provided, including tea, coffee, milk,and more. We were also delighted to receive a lovely bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates on arrival - a lovely touch! The location couldn't be better for exploring the many amazing tourist spots around Mayo & Sligo We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back gold 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Barry ist ein super netter Gastgeber.Alle Wünsche ( z.B.die Heizung etwas früher anzustellen) wurden sofort erfüllt. Es gab Wasser,Kaffee,Kekse und als besonderes Willkommen Sekt und Pralinen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von Ballina, so dass man in jedem Fall für jede Aktivität ein Auto benötigt. Auf der anderen Seite kann man die Region Majo von dort aus sehr gut in Tagesausflügen erkunden.

Es wäre schön,wenn es einen Fön gäbe.

Es war einfach alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die ruhige Lage war perfekt für uns.

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation in beautiful Mayo! We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful. The prosecco and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch! We had a great stay!

Not that I didn't like but a back door would have made us spend more time in the garden but didn't really bother us!

Love the bungalow, we've stayed here before both Barry and Barbers were attentive. We have family here so it was very convenient for us.

The place was so clean and comfy. Tea coffee biscuits and sweets was nice touch.Ideal for ppl with pets. Has a lovely inclosed garden my two dogs loved it. It was very warm when i stayed an loads of extra bottled water was provided. Still and sparkling. Barry was very invormativate about what there was do in the surrounding area. Loads of beaches and scenery within an hr.

Perfect cottage in a quiet ideal area. Very clean, everything you needed was there in a well stocked kitchen. Welcome gift waiting on arrival too

Only a very small thing would have been another sofa or chair for sprawling out in the evening

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a real home away from home. The location was perfect, with plenty to see and do nearby, while still being peaceful and quiet. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. We would happily stay here again!

We loved the peaceful location and it was a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside of Mayo.

It was In a great location in an estate with other cottages but really quiet and peaceful , everything was spotless clean it was a beautiful and bright place to stay with absolutely everything we needed and more !

We had a couple of issues, the TV was left on Ukrainian and hard to figure out how to change it to English. there was a storm and we had no heat or hot water one of the nights we contacted the owner and he explained how to fix it the next day There where stains on four of the pillows, there was another problem too which the owner never got back to me on, which I was very disappointed about. Things happen! Am being nice not mentioning it, I just wish he had addressed it,as we had a good trip overall.

Great location, clean and tidy. Everything you need in the cottage and a great enclosed garden for the dog. Owner Barry was very helpful and gave good recommendations for places to see and eat.

The house is located in the small village of Bonniconlon. It's ideally positioned to get a feel for a real rural Ireland setting. And close enough to get into the larger towns like Ballina and Castlebar/Sligo, etc. The house has all the facilities you need to keep comfortable and make it your homestead. It's cosy, warm and allows you to dine in and relax after a day out. We've stopped in the home a couple of times now and I can recommend it. And the hosts are easy to deal with and accommodating, ready for your arrival.

Foot path into village to local shop and pub, only 2 minutes away. We were at a fundraiser and won a prize. There are plenty of local walks around gorgeous trails, beautiful scenery of the countryside. The property has everything a visitor would need. A home away from home. Fully enclosed garden for your dogs, if you have furry friends. Great dog friendly accommodation. Ballina, Belleek Castle, Foxford Wooling Mills, and Enniscrone beach are only a short drive away.

We are return visitors as this property is just perfect for us. It is lovely to arrive in February to a warm, welcoming home..the daffodils were a lovely touch. This is such a good place to stay, convenient for lots of attractions, local shop is handy and there are lots of places to walk our dog.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Barry's place. It wa quiet and restful and the garden at the back was great for my dogs. Everything was easy to find in the house and it was a lovely place to return to in the evenings. I could recommend it to anyone.

Make sure your Sat Nav deals with eircodes! Mine didn't and it took me a long time and much searching to find the place!

I did this booking for one of my work colleagues. He stayed for 5 nights and loved the place. Very comfortable and cosy.. We did try to extend booking at the last minute but unfortunately was already booked. Barry the Host was extremely helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions asked. I would 100% recommend Wild Atlantic Haven on the feedback I got.

Size, cleanliness of property were top class. Instructions given on check in, hearing water etc as well as check out instructions. Would definitely stay again.

We would give this place a rating of 12 out of 10! Cosy, clean, comfortable cottage with every amenitie you could possibly need. Fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, the list goes on! Really location an oasis of peacefulness, yet only a short drive to the shops and coast. Perfect base for exploring The Wild Atlantic Way. We will definitely book to go back and stay for longer next time

Quiet location in a residential area of this small village. There is a large, fenced grass yard with a sitting out area for BBQ. Host was very responsive in answering questions regarding the operation of appliances, etc.

This was a return visit, which speaks for itself really! It particularly good place to bring a dog, lots of space outside the front door to walk a dog as well as the fenced in garden. There are lots of positives, like the extras in the kitchen, tea/coffee/milk etc. the shop in walking distance and 10 min drive to Ballina.

Beautiful cottage in an amazing location with everything you need supplied by a friendly and accommodating host great for visiting all the local tourist spots in the west of Ireland only a short drive to a beautiful beach and also had amazing full fibre broadband. We had a great time and definitely will return.

The bungalow was beautiful, clean, cosy, and Barbara was an outstanding host. We were there for storm Darragh and without electricity for a while, didn't phase my kids, they loved the place, and I would highly recommend

We liked everything about this charming cottage, it was perfect for our needs. Super clean and comfortable, situated in a peaceful location. A short drive into the town of Ballina and the coast at Enniscrone. The host was very helpful with recommendations on places to visit and restaurants etc.and ensured we had everything we needed, including a nice refreshment pack upon our arrival. We will definitely return again next year and would not hesitate to recommend to others who plan to visit the area

We are a family of four. We really enjoyed our time at the wild Atlantic Haven. Great credit to the owners who ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. They left a nice refreshment welcome pack in the kitchen. There is not a single point to criticise, but a lot to praise. It’s clean, cosy, comfortable with very good amenities. All furnishings are in excellent condition. Handy location for Enniscrone and Ballina town.

Immaculate cosy cottage with very well thought out amenities. Peaceful location with a small village and grocery store nearby. The location is within easy reach of the Atlantic Coast/Enniscrone Beach and the vibrant town of Ballina. Will definitely be back.

The cottage is set in a nice rural location. Only a short drive to Ballina Town and Enniscrone Beach. The accommodation was warm, homely and spotless. The beds were very comfortable which afforded us a good nights sleep. fully equipped kitchen with dining table for four. The Wifi connection was excellent. We are a well travelled family, I can honestly say this holiday rental in Bonniconlon offers good value for money and is without doubt one of the best we have stayed at during our visits to Ireland

Location for Bonniconlon was amazing. House was a great size and really comfortable for 4 of us. Had what we needed for a short, 3 day stop over. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lounge all good sizes.

It was noisy on the 3rd night. Unfortunately, a nearby neighbours dog was barking for the best part of 30 minutes which kept us up.
