It was an upstairs room in a family home

Very spacious accommodation which was nicely furnished. Lots of amenities, fridge, microwave, table and chairs.

No shaver point, no TV. Creaky floors.

Great size room and bathroom. Easy instructions to follow for getting into the apartment.

Tiny little thing, there were no tea bags.

Abbiamo trovato un benvenuto con pop corn. La stanza incantevole piena di comfort. Tutto pulitissimo.

Quiet location but one night makes assessment difficult but clean, comfortable and quiet

No toaster but nothing negative other than no street numbers or signs. Fortunately we found instructions to look for the two red pots at front of property.

Lovely touch of biscuits and coffee and tea and milk in the fridge.

It would be good to have a sink at the kitchenette as u have to use the sink in the bathroom to fill the kettle .

Pas d'évier, juste un petit frigo et un micro- onde, pas de plaque de cuisson.

Mooi ruim appartement, rustige ligging, een stuk uit het centrum van Ballina.

De houten vloer ziet er mooi uit, maar kraakt ontzettend bij iedere stap die je in het appartement zet. En de toiletpot zit los. Voor een appartement bij een particulier was in- en uitchecken zeer onpersoonlijk.

Close to the Quay and walking distance to town centre

as it is a loft room it gets very warm and was unaware how to ise ceiling fans

Lovely location right on the quay walking distance from the water on a quiet street. Everything exactly as it looks in the pictures. Note that this is one room with two double beds and a couch. Bathroom was lovely. Super clean. There are steps to the second floor and the family is beneath. Very helpful host. Beautiful property.

It was very comfortable, you could see the concern in every detail of the studio, it is located in a very quiet area, and Mrs. Anna was very welcoming. Honestly I’d comeback, comfi, cozy, beautiful, 100% recommend

Estudio perfecto para 2/4 personas. Muy limpio. Camas muy cómodas. La ducha del baño, espectacular, mi hija dice que se podía dar una fiesta dentro de ella por lo grande. Tiene todo lo mínimamente necesario de cocina. Y los detalles que te deja Ana en él son de agradecer. Las indicaciones y facilidades que te da Ana para llegar son muy detalladas Totalmente recomendable.

Tener que estar tan solo una noche.....😂

Fabulous host, the extras, such as snacks, toiletries, and the whole space was very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Excellent location

We could not connect to the WiFi. The host did leave us the password and did try to assist when I sent a message with the issue. However myself or my son could not connect.

A little warm but we opened the skylight to let in some fresh air. Option of a tv would have been nice

The vibe it was very cosy and nice and aesthetically pleasing, not 5 minute drive into town and smelled nice, some light refreshments also provided which were very pleasant after the long journey there :)

I booked at the last minute due to an issue on our trip, so I wasn't expecting anything to be ready. But the host was already running to put all the lovely little details (milk, snacks, water, etc. The place is super spacious. I was with the idea that there was a bed and a sofa-bed and we were happy to see there were 2 beds and a sofa. The location is great especially if you're heading north or east, as it's not in the town that can have bad traffic sometimes. And it has an amazing restaurant and a bar at 5 minute walking, so I, the driver of the trip. Was able to have a drink or two!

I liked how clean how quiet and how convenient the place was to locations

This is a lovely apartment. Modern, cozy, cute, comfy, clean, relaxing, with anything we could ever want or need. It is in an excellent, safe location. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved our stay in there!

Owners downstairs had friends over and were laughing and shouting until after midnight. Then we were woken at 7 am by barking dogs downstairs. No television in room also.

Perfect for our needs

Beautiful studio, perfect for our overnight stay in Ballina. Everything we needed and lots of little extras to make our stay comfortable. Very tastefully decorated to create a calm environment. Great location to explore the town, just 20 min stroll into town. Thank you for having us, hopefully we'll be back again.

House was lovely and warm, clean and comfortable, we only stayed one night but if we had a longer stay it would have been perfect location for visiting the town and local areas.

Maybe a toaster and TV but as we only stayed the one night we didn't miss the pack of TV as we were down to visit family.

Séjour d'une nuit à Ballina. Le logement est très mignon, bien équipé et spacieux. Nous avons été ravis de découvrir un petit déjeuner avec petits gâteaux, fruits et boissons chaudes. Des petits mets salés sont également proposés. Les informations fournies avant l'arrivée étaient très claires.

The studio was exactly what we hoped it would be and more! The bed was so comfortable and cosy giving us great night sleeps. There is a fridge to keep food fresh and a microwave to heat food up which came in handy. The shower space is really big which is something we appreciated. The bathroom facilities were extremely clean and provided everything we required. The studio was nice and large and felt very homely. The owner Anna was very friendly and helped us settle in. She was always there for us when we needed any questions answered. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the accommodation for anyone visiting Ballina.

We didn’t dislike anything. There isn’t a TV so if you want to watch TV or streaming services please bring a laptop or tablet divice. The WiFi is excellent and we had no problems streaming. Also there isn’t a stove but there is a microwave and fridge. Please make sure you purchase microwavable food during your stay.

Maison calme, possibilité de se garer derrière. Chambre à l'étage de grande taille et décorée avec goût. Les lits sont confortables, la douche géante.

Personne pour nous accueillir. Difficulté pour trouver les clés. Le coin "cuisine " se résume à une bouilloire, un frigo et un micro ondes. Pas d'évier pour faire la vaisselle donc obligation de la faire dans la salle de bain. Pas de plaques de cuisson.

Only one large room, but well furnished and comfortable. Friendly communication with the host.

L'emplacement, les petites attentions laissées par la propriétaire, la taille de la douche.

La chasse d'eau des toilettes très longue à se remplir, compliqué à 4. L'espace cuisine manque d'une plaque de cuisson et le grille-pain était absent alors que mentionné dans la description. La literie très molle. L'isolation phonique.

Le logement était très agréable et vaste. L'interaction avec les hôtes via Booking s'est parfaitement bine passé. Séjour parfait

La taille de l'appartement. L'appartement était soigneusement décoré. Nous avons aimé les petites attentions fruits petits gâteaux... Il y a des pubs sympas pas très loin.

Le lit était trop mou. Nous savions qu'il n'y avait pas de cuisine mais nous avons trouvé que les équipements pour faire par exemple la vaisselle n'étaient pas pratiques il y a car lavabo dans la salle de bain. Heureusement la propriétaire nous a rapidement donné une bassine et de quoi faire la vaisselle. Le parquet grince.

There was nice thoughtful touches in the room such as tea making facilities and snacks. Also a couple of minerals and milk in the fridge. Lovely powerful shower. We will stay again.

Anna was an absolutely amazing host. Thought of every little touch and even gave us a lift over to the wedding venue. The room itself had everything you need and was very spacious. Thanks for everything Anna!

Beautiful apartment with a lovely wood floor and large walk in shower. Close to the quay and a pub serving great food. A problem with the internet was resolved by the host.

The beds are a little tired.

Home away from Home.Lovely studio. Well equipped and very comfortable . Will return again ..fabulous welcome pack which was thoroughly enjoyed after a 2 and a half hour drive..

No negatives...would have liked a TV but that was just our preference

There’s nothing not to like

Lovely location on the Quay. Room was spacious, warm and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spotless. A travel cot for our 6 month old was kindly provided to us, a lovely gesture. I am from Ballina myself and would be happy to stay there again when visiting family.

The studio is perfect!! Everything is very comfortable and feels like home.

A lovely, spacious, cosy and homely room! The beds were very comfortable, fans were provided for air conditioning, plenty of toiletries, snacks and tea and coffee to keep us going! Anna was a lovely host and helped us settle in to our stay at Ballina, was happy to answer questions and gave us extra information on how to make the most of our exploration of Ballina! She went the extra mile to give us a wonderful experience and was very hospitable,friendly, accommodating, welcoming and helpful! Myself and my mother will always remember our wonderful stay here! We would love to come back!

Tidy, quiet and spacious room. Bottled water and crisps and fruit provided which was a nice touch. Host is downstairs and you have the top floor of the property to yourselves but they were quiet and kept themselves to themselves whilst being friendly and welcoming.
