Elegant & Bright apartment in Hivernage 2 Pools and AC Comfort

Buona posizione per visitare la città a 10 minuti di taxi dal caos della Medina. Grande appartamento molto pulito e con tutti i comfort , proprietaria molto disponibile al telefono per tutte le indicazioni del caso.

In una camera il condizionatore era puntato sul letto ma abbiamo risolto spostando il letto .

J'ai beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. D'abord, la hôte est très communicative et très réactive. Puis l'emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville,Sans oublier les équipements de l'appartement. Merci beaucoup Madame Karima son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Marrakech. L'appartement était très propre , bien équipé et très agréable. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien situé. L'hôte Karima est également très sympathique , accueillante et disponible. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Les piscines sont propres. Je recommande vivement . Merci Karima !

Apartamento muy grande y bien equipado, con aire acondicionado y utensilios necesarios tanto en cocina como baño. Cuenta con piscina grande y tumbonas. A 10 minutos de la plaza central en coche, se encuentra en una muy buena zona, tranquila. Gente muy amable en toda nuestra experiencia.

Very nice and clean . Karima she’s wonderful easy communication, she offered what ever we needed in an apartment, very nice location , for sure I will choose her place again .

Fijn en schoon appartement op 30 minuten lopen van de medina. Fijme en snelle communicatie met eigenaresse. Parkeergarage onder complex, dus auto staat veilig . Carrefour op 3 minuten rijden (parkeergarage onder winkelcentrum).

L’appartement est situé dans le quartier de l’hivernage à 30min à pieds de la place Jemaa El Fna, il y’a un parking souterrain, il est bien équipé, fonctionnel et très propre, petit bémol pour la faible connexion wifi et le bruit du voisinage.

Large and clean property. Easy to find and in great location for exploring. We walked everywhere from this as a base. Property is large and spacious, family of four never felt cramped at all. Beds were comfy and warm. Very clean and tidy inside with lots of nice little touches. Just was very proactive and sent over lots of helpful information in advance and kept in touch during our stay.

Clean and perfectly located

The wifi was extremely slow. Almost unworkable. If this is fixed it would have got a a better if not the best overall score for me.

The apartment is in the new town, everything you need is within walking distance. Medina is not very close, probably better to take a taxi which is quite cheap in Marrakesh. The apartment is in a busy road but with windows closed it is quiet. Everything is in working order, tidy.

The elevator is activated by the magnetic key, so you have to go upstairs to pick up the key and then back down to use the elevator. But this is not the owner’s fault, just be aware of it.

Lägenheten är rymlig, fräsch och luftig. Vi trivdes väldigt bra och uppskattade särskilt de två stora poolerna, de egna solstolarna och att det fanns både tvätt- och diskmaskin.

Det hade varit trevligt med en affär i närheten.

Op loop afstand van het oude centrum als je van een wandeling houdt. Lekker zwembad !

Complex is wat verouderd, tegels los bij het zwembad maar het appartement was keurig

We liked this property very much. Perfect cleaning, perfect facilities including access to the water pool and sun-beds. Contact with the property owner was perfect as well. Karima is a very friendly and helpful person. This location isn’t placed in medina but there is a place for a car in an underground garage included in the price.

It’s very difficult to find minuses of the property. The only thing is the amount of sun beds. There could be up to five people in the property but they can use only three sun-beds.

Obiekt był czysty, wszędzie działa klimatyzacja. Dwie łazienki były ogromnym plusem. Do dyspozycji była pralka i detergenty oraz miejsce na wysuszenie rzeczy. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona. Miejsce parkingowe było przypisane do mieszkania.

Basen był nieczynny w godzinach 12-14. Niestety obiekt nie znajdował się w odległości 15 minut do centrum, a do placu Jemaa el-Fna szło się pieszo 45 minut. Na szczęście taksówki były tanie.

Propreté, accueil, piscine, proximité du centre et attractions

L'accueil, la situation (de l'appartement et du garage attenant), la propreté, l'appartement spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Au delà de tout cela, les petites attentions dignes d'un grand hôtel ( des serviettes pour la piscine, des chaises longues réservées...). La sécurité est appréciable également. Idéale pour les familles.

La propriétaire est super accueillante et réactive. Elle nous avait prévenu qu’il y avait une petite fuite dans le tuyau de la douche et elle a envoyé un plombier le lendemain matin. Parfait L’appartement est spacieux et très propre. Des petites attentions qui font plaisir comme du gel douche, du café, du thé et des petits biscuits pour le petit déjeuner. Les lits sont confortables et la climatisation dans toutes les pièces a été très appréciée. Double vitrage, très calme. Un gardien qui nous a réservé un taxi pour l’aéroport Et on a profité de la piscine avec 2 bassins et des transats. Tout le confort pour passer un bon sejour. Un carrefour à 10’ à pied et des restaurants dans le quartier.

Facilities were amazing. Had more than any hotel I've been to. Very easy to contact staff for help and advice. Made our stay very comfortable. Clean, spacious and bright. All shops were walking distance.

The only complaint I have is the staff for the pool, as they didn't allow my children in the pool with leggings and T shirt, which other hotels allow.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et bien situé. Appartement propre et joliment décoré. La climatisation est vraiment un plus. La résidence a une super piscine entretenue tous les jours par le gardien avec chaises longues privées avec la location de l’appartement. Karima la propriétaire est vraiment serviable et à disposition pour répondre à toutes les questions. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement et nous reviendrons sûrement prochainement.

Everything was fine. The staff were very nice and we had a very nice time. The only thing I would say is it would be good to have water in the room when we arrive. As we couldn’t drink the tap water. Otherwise everything was very good

The apartment is very large and very beautiful. It is very spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need. The host is very communicative and very helpful.

The property was very nice before arrival the host was in great communication. Upon arriving the the property the keys were easy to pick up, building and apartment was easy to locate. The host has left an array of snacks on the table and kitchen is fully stocked with tea, coffee, oil, basic seasoning. Washing powder and washing liquid provided. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Towels provided. Sofa bed and bed were all comfy, firm mattresses. View of palais de congres from the living room window. Two toilets which is great. Several cafes and food places nearby. Shopping centre with supermarket 10 mins walk away which sells beer/alcohol if needed. The train station also 10 mins walk away.

The was two pools, one very deep pool - my brother in law 6ft approx could not even reach the bottom and the other pool was very shallow - kids pool which came to the knees. I felt that should be clarified on the booking as my mum and sister who is 5ft can not swimming but does like a good dip and she could not use the pool without clinging to the side. Also for 5 people for 5 days only two toilet rolls were provided, we just picked some at the supermarket and when we picked up some food at the shopping mall. If you’re a light sleeper the noise of the traffic is quite loud in the morning, it didn’t bother us too much but just something to bear in mind

I came to visit Marrakech with my family. The host Karima came to greet us, very friendly and adorable lady. She gave us plenty advise of where to go, what to see, what restaurants to choose. The apartment itself was spot on, very beautiful, clean and modern, you feel like at home.it is in a very good place close to Medina and to new town, very good position. we loved Karima's apartment and we will definitely come back again! The apartment was fabulous. Bright, airy, spacious and it had all the cleaning facilities you could need. I have twin infants and Karima provided me with two comfortable and clean travel cots. The apartment had so much space for my children to roam around and the washing machine meant that I didn't return home with piles of washing! The kitchen was great as I had space to make my children breakfast and keep our ice creams frozen on hot days. The apartment is a short walk from a number of amenities and the city centre. We walked everywhere without and issues and we had two buggies with us! Thanks so much for all your assistance prior and during our stay, Karima!

The space within was large

Location was poor and the rooms had a very bad scent with the beds also having a bad scent. Along with this going in to the apparentment was the worst thing ever the lift didn’t work and the walk up the stairs very unhygienic

Everything was great . The location is also truly great but probably more so for domestic tourists. If you are coming from abroad this place is a bit of a long walk from the main traditional areas and taxis are double price if you are traveling with four or more people so if one of your reasons for booking this property is to save money by cooking, you might find yourself spending equal or more money on transportation.

The internet didn’t work well but the owner apologized and said they would change providers soon.
