Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Sehr interessante Lage in altem Stadtteil, der sich gerade mit Leben füllt. Sehr nettes Personal und tolle Dachterasse, die allerdings gerade in Reparatur war - sobald sie wieder benutzt werden kann sicherlich ein Highlight.
Manche Zimmer haben nur Fenster zum Innenhof, beim Buchen darauf achten, ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße zu reservieren.

The property is located in old town area and there are not many great areas to eat and visit. The location felt a little unsafe at night.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Un hermoso hotel, cerca de la estación de metro república, en un barrio con historia rodeado de casonas antiguas bien conservadas y una hermosa fuente, su personal muy amable y detallista, cuando llegue de mi tours, por el cumpleaños de mi hija me esperaron con un pastel de celebración, muy agradecida. Lo recomiendo mucho. Sin duda volvería.

Rumorosa perché le stanze sono tutte rivolte verso le scale di entrata. Non ci sono tavolini, sedie o altri modi per poggiare i bagagli e le cose. Noi avevamo un solo comodino. Il bagno funzionava male.

The rooms were small and not able to open two luggage with free space to walk. It was very noisy at night and some friends complained that they couldn't sleep well. Overall, we didn't have a very good stay.

O local é mais residencial, então para encontrar bons renstaurantes, você terá que andar um pouco, mas acho que nada que afete a experiência.

O anuncio mostra fotos do entorno (um chafariz por exemplo) que dá a entender que é no pátio do hotel, mas fica na rua próxima. Nos primeiros dias pareciam ter poucos hóspedes e o café da manhã era extremamente simples e sem variedade. O recepcionista nos avisou da hora do chá e da hora do vinho, mas não percam tempo. Os motoristas de aplicativos comentaram que não é uma região muito segura para caminhara noite.

The shower and sink were clogged, and the water would not drain. The rooms were really small, with only 1 bedstand and hardly leg space to get off the bed.

La habitación presentaba filtraciones de agua en diversos sectores del baño. Además, tanto el baño como las instalaciones en general se encontraban descuidadas y evidenciaban un importante desgaste por antigüedad. Nos asignamos una habitación en el primer piso con vista directa hacia la calle, lo que resultó muy perjudicial para el descanso. Durante toda la noche se escuchó fuertes discusiones, gritos y disturbios en el exterior, situación que incluso requirió la presencia de Carabineros. Sin embargo, alrededor de las 5:00 de la madrugada los incidentes Continuaron, con nuevas peleas y gritos. Debido a estas condiciones, fue imposible descansar adecuadamente, convirtiendo la estadía en una experiencia muy desagradable.

Reviewed May 25, 2026The location is great (downtown Santiago) & the bed is really comfy. Breakfast was light but filling and the wine in the evening is a nice touch.
There is a lot of noise from the street at night. If you have a street facing room, suggest ear plugs or request another room (I was woken up every night). There isn't a lift, so expect to carry your bags up stairs to your room. We booked this hotel because of a recommendation about the wine tasting in the evenings. Whilst this happens, it's quite sparse and the nibbles are minimal.

A localização é afastada das atrações, o box do banheiro é minúsculo e a água do chuveiro não fica morna: ou muito fria ou muito quente. Tivemos um problema com a pia do banheiro, que o sifão começou a vazar no nosso segundo dia de estadia. Falamos 4 vezes com o pessoal e o problema só foi resolvido 3 dias depois, o banheiro ficou alagado todos os dias.

Location and area wasn’t great but I felt perfectly safe. The boutique hotel was only a few meters/yards from the Republica metro stop which got you quickly and inexpensively anywhere in the city.
No in-room safe.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026La ubicación nos pareció muy cómoda para trasladarnos a cualquier parte en Santiago, cerca del metro. Muy seguro caminar por la zona. La habitación muy limpia y ordenada, el staff siempre fue muy amable para ayudarnos en lo que ocuparamos. El desayuno delicioso, muy tipico Chileno (Marraqueta, aguacate, aguacate, huevo, queso, jamón, fruta y café). La arquitectura del edificio por fuera super lindo, muy de la época de los 50s y por dentro esta todo remodelado y moderno.
No tiene una gran vista, se ven los techos y los aires acondicionados. Pero vale la pena escoger habitación con ventana para recibir aire fresco en la habitación.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026This area is more European style, but with a lot of graffiti. Entrance had a nice feeling and more modern than normal hotels because it has an automatic door. Once you’re in though you are very safe. Tourists just have to be careful at night past 8pm but as always in many cities, you have to be vigilant anyway. I was here for one night and it’s very close to the airport which is amazing so I don’t have to worry about a morning flight. I recommend visiting the Ocean’s Pacific which is a restaurant that has a marine or some under the sea theme and it was mind blowing and it’s 8 mins from this place.

Nos hubiese gustado saber que el hotel no dispone de ascensor (en nuestro caso no fue importante pero como viajábamos con maletas grandes, hubiese estado bien saberlo). Encima nuestras habitaciones daban a la calle y al lado del hotel hay una plaza donde por la noche se forma bastante jaleo. Cerrando las ventanas ayudada a bajar el ruido pero no mucho.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel de 4 estrellas no fue del todo agradecido.A continuación, detallo algunos de los problemas que encontré: - No hay aislamiento de ruidos, lo que se traduce en una falta de privacidad y descanso. - La hora del vino que ofrecen es inexistente, ya que no había nada en dicho horario. - El desayuno es muy básico para un hotel de esta categoría. Debería haber variedad y abundancia de productos para consumir,en cuanto a lo dulce, solo había un queque, lo que es muy limitado. Debido a estas deficiencias, no volvería a alojarme en este lugar.

Only negative would be the window to my room was right to sidewalk so I could hear people standing outside my window talking.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026This a well appointed hotel that is comfortable and affordable. The strawberry juice at breakfast is lovely.
What a weird place. The front door is permanently locked and reception have to buzz you in. When I arrived, the place was totally dark, the only sound being from the prodigiously leaking roof. There were a series of dirty towels and buckets on the floor to catch the water. There are no signs for reception, but after some time I found it in the basement. The receptionist was on the phone the whole time I was checking in, although that was for the best as she had to ask for help in processing a debit card on the card reader. In the morning, I found the small breakfast buffet laid out next to the buckets for the dripping roof. On the first morning, I was offered some scrambled eggs; the next morning, there were no staff, so no eggs. It really feels like it's a nice hotel, but all the staff have had to go away at short notice so they've got their weird cousin to cover. The location is mostly comprised of once beautiful, now very run down buildings. It is covered in graffiti and absolutely awash with stinking piss. Also, I cut my hand twice on the toilet roll holder in the room - it's sharp!
