The owner cancelled on us after midnight, less than 18 hours before we were due to check in, supposedly because of 'maintenance' issues. He never responded to any of our messages, never informed us there might be an issue and never apologised for the inconvenience caused. Disgraceful way to treat guests who were excited for a holiday.
