Reviewed Aug 9, 2026the host cancelled our booking 4:00am ,few hours before the check in time, although we confirmed with him everything once we made the reservation a month ago and he asked for the national IDs and sent them and all was confirmed. he didnt even try to appologize for ruining our vacation he sent us a message through someone working in the resort to offer us other properties with triple the price we booked with !! which is sooooooooooooooooo rude and unacceptable.
