Convinient Studio 25 min to city

The apartment is not as bright and comfortable as shown in the pictures. It felt a bit like a scam. The cooking pot that was provided was dirty with black stains. Since it didn‘t come off we only had one other tiny pan to use which can only cook one serving at a time. There were only 1 pot and 1 pan. Very inconvenient. The baking tray also had left over dirt on it from the previous guest. Disgusting!!! The cutlery was also dirty!! We gelt grossed out and didn‘t want to wat out of those plates. There was also no warning that the hot water was very limited…we had to find out in a unpleasant way. The neighborhood didn‘t feel safe for women (there was also an incident with the police on our last night, unrelated to us). Over all a lot if things that were inconvenient and unpleasant.

N/a. We had an excellent time. Some properties are falsely advertised with photos. This accomodation is exactly how it is presented and it was superb. It is everything you need for a safe, comfortable stay. Cannot recommend enough.

Everything was so good!

Looked like the photos except bedding was different. Very clean. Basic apartment with essentials. Host had good communication. The area is quite residential, about a 10 min walk to the train station, supermarket, pharmacy, gym etc. Other than that there is not much else around but it’s quick and easy to get into central Stockholm on the train. Close to nature.

Hot water lasts for 5 mins which is disclosed in the ad but is still difficult to live with if you also need to wash dishes. I stayed here solo for work but if you were a couple I think it would be hard to both have enough water to shower. A kettle would be great. Also would have liked to have a microwave to heat food. No access to a washing machine during a longer stay despite there being a washing room on site. Host charges for fresh towels or linen. This was not ideal for a longer stay and is not mentioned. Nearby construction sometimes caused the apartment to shake a lot which started at 6:30am and was not nice to wake up to. I unfortunately had some terrible neighbours during my stay. There were several instances of suspicious activity involving police visits, ambulances, drugs, domestic disputes etc which is outside of the control of the host however is worthy of noting that the environment felt unsafe during my stay.

It was well clean & good everything

Communication we didn’t like. We arrived and waited more than one hour outside then we contacted customer support & get password & key to enter apartment. Communication & guidelines was so bad.

Det appartment is in absolutely perfect condition, nothing to put finger on, it’s exatly like the picture promised, even better. It’s hot water enought for 1 bedroom appartment, and heat up really quicly. The window can be opened both ways. The area is a privat neighborhood, it felt safe to walk to shop an railway, and quiet aswell.

We had this big issue about this building randomly shaking at early morning. We had terrible terrible sleep and contacted host about cencelling our booking (we spend 1 night out of 3). Host was unable to help with building shaking so he agreed on refund, but said we have to contact Booking about it. Booking does ignore my request even tho host "agrees" on refund. This all looks like a scam, I think host knows Booking will ignore me in this case so hes happily playing the nice guy here. Never renting trough here again! Now I'm contacting authorities about getting my money back the hard way.

The studio had everything we need and it was great for the price.

It's a bit far from the metro and the room smelled as if someone had smoked inside.

The location even tho very isolating was pretty, but it should have been better curated, so it doesn't just look like a wild patch of woods. The studio, even tho it's not as nice as in the pictures, is pleasant enough and well decorated. Costumer service was always prompt to respond.

The bed mattress's cover was really badly stained. I only saw that on the day that I left. Had I seen it before and I wouldn't have been able to sleep o that bed. The location is also bad, it's not only 25 minutes away from the city. It takes around 35 minutes if not more to get to the city by public transportation, which is how most tourists can do it, and the location is very isolated, not safe for a woman on her own. The pots were very stained on the outside, these should be changed more regularly. The pillows were too small and too low, and one of them was also stained, with what looked like an old blood stain, which was absolutely horrifying. The showers are way too short, even for someone who is into sustainability like me. One can save water and still have a decent shower, I have been doing that my whole life, it's possible. Five minutes of hot water is beyond senseless, no one can take a decent shower with only five minutes of hot water. This type of information should be in your accommodation's description. Had you done that and I wouldn't have booked, so I understand why you don't do it, but it's not fair to not disclose that prior.

The apartment is exactly as described in the listing. It is well connected, the metro is 10 minutes away from the apartment. There are shops in the area. All amenities such as towels, personal hygiene products, dishes, and utensils were provided. All household appliances were in working condition.

It was accessible, shops near.

Upon arrival I was greeted with no electricity or water. When i tried to turn on the water heater, it started leaking. The host was unresponsive for a long while until I contacted customer service. Then I finally got an answer. The problem was being resolved slowly, so out of fear and anxiety I was forced to stay in a different place for the first night. Later I was given a new apartment which I came back to the next day. It was the same - only everything was working. Thin walls.
