The location is about 20mins away from KLIA and KLIA2 which is very convenient if you are catching an early flight and are looking to stay somewhere near the airport. The suite itself is also near to a lot of eateries (e.g. Chinese foods mostly, beverage shops, etc.) within walking distance, as it's just opposite the Xiamen University, where you can see a lot of students hanging out there. The room is clean and comfortable, but nothing much to comment, as I am just there for less than 8 hours stay.

The mailbox lock is not working, ants in the toilet, soundproof not really good

Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the last-minute cancellation of my accommodation booking. I had already made full arrangements to travel to the property, and the sudden cancellation just hours before my check-in time has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans. A situation like this does not only warrant a full refund, but also fair compensation for the losses, time, and effort affected due to this unexpected change. This is particularly frustrating as it is the second opportunity I have given this property owner. Following a previous unpleasant experience in December, I had hoped for improvement this time. Unfortunately, not only was there no improvement, but the situation has worsened with a same-day cancellation. While I do appreciate the owner informing me about the drainage issue beforehand — rather than discovering it upon arrival — the timing of this cancellation is unacceptable and has seriously impacted my trip. I sincerely hope Booking.com will take this matter seriously and ensure that more reliable and responsible property owners are maintained on your platform to protect customer trust and experience. All need to improve… Last minute cancel the reservation say will fully refund the amount I pay but from 21/02/2026 until Today 25/03/2026 I still dint receive any refund from the hotels😡😡😡😡

Clean, security is good, wifi good, water pressure good, with bidet good...a lot of shops and restaurant, very near to erl, aircond good....it's a must in hot and humid country, bed comfy.

Your heater switch needs repair, and the water shower tap also needs repair. The washing machine got bad smell after i wash my cloth...maybe need service. everything else is excellent.

The hotel I booked and paid for was not the one I received, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service, lack of cleanliness, unpleasant odors, dirty cups and glassware, the absence of basic amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels, a broken iron, the lack of a washing machine as expected, and the unresponsiveness of the service, as my request for blankets and towels was delayed.

We stayed in a suite and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience. One of the air conditioners was blowing warm air and could not be adjusted, with an orange light constantly on, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. The towels also had an unpleasant urine-like smell, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the WiFi was not working during our stay. We informed the staff, but no solution was provided, which made things even more frustrating. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and we hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Very bad response from the organizing staff and they hide the deposit requirement and property also in very bad and un higinic conditions, as a hotel accommodation they don’t provide basic bath arrangements and towels also very bad and stinky

They didnt give a clear instructions how to find the parking spot, and the parking spot is a bit far away from the lift as i have to bring my disabled sister. They labeled the wrong card to enter the parking and late respond to my whatsapp. The room is a bit dusty

Saiz bilik sangat okey..besar. My kids love the pool so much. Sgt2 children friendly. This is one of the reason i come back every year.

Masa nak check in, having difficulties with the automatic door. Mcm hampir rosak pun ada kerana ada mcm kesan pembaikan dr belah dalam. Hanya tampal dgn selotep saja. Staf pula lambat respond dekat wasap sebab x bagi full instruction mcm mana nak guna card utk keluar dr parking. I dah 2 tahun pilih bell suite utk bawa anak2 bercuti but baru tahu ada new system utk kluar parking apa semua. I stuck dekat parking almost 1 hour utk figure out how we need to scan the card. Wasap staf tak reply. call x angkat. And i terpaksa naik sendri ke GF cari guard utk bantu kami. Nasib baik guard sgt2 friendly. And then dalam list facilities ada mention mesin basuh. Tapi tak ada yg mana buat kami agak kecewa. Kami ada anak kecil jika ada mesin basuh 1 privelege utk kami yg stay 2 malam. If there is no mesin basuh, i ok je utk book bilik lain. And salah 1 katil ada pepijat ya. Katil yg anak i tidur pulak tu. Mohon pihak bell suite utk ambil kira respon saya ini. I love sgt dgn Bell Suite sebelum ni. Hopefully next time klu i dtg lg ada byk improvement on the basic stuff. Thank you.

The stool for the kitchen island is a bit too tall to sit comfortably and the shower was a bit moldy

The host was extremely irresponsible. A deposit of RM200 was collected and was supposed to be refunded within 24 hours after check-out. However, it took almost a month for the refund to be processed, and that only happened because I followed up again. If I had not chased, the deposit would have been forfeited. Please make sure to request your deposit immediately after check-out.

The host was excellent — they replied promptly, even with our last-minute booking, and made the check-in process very easy.

The unit’s cleanliness was quite disappointing. The bed wasn’t properly maintained, and there were many bedbugs that made the stay uncomfortable and difficult to rest. It’s a serious issue that needs immediate attention, as it really affected the overall experience despite the host’s good service.

Location is near to airport and multiple dining places around. price is reasonable.

Nearing to my stay date, gomain is very insistent on putting down a deposit before check-in instructions was given. My arrival time was 4-5am, understood that the team does not operate 24hrs thus I informed that I would like to pay cash on the day itself in the afternoon as I have bad experiences with deposit transfer. However, gomain team was not considerate and keeps pushing for transfer as without it I cannot check-in. My fear was indeed correct, upon check-out when I received my “deposit” it was not RM200, the team pocketed some of the deposit and return the remaining. When confronted the whatsapp was radio silence. The room condition is as per price range. Upon check-in you can tell it is run down and maintenance is done but barely. The bed linens are stained. Please ensure that you snap photos of all the defects and stain upon your arrival so that gomain team is aware and will not claim that the damage is done by you. After the first night, the following nights multiple pest like cockroaches are found in random spots, which I can still tolerate knowing that the apartment is run down. No essential items are provided, only towels. FYI to those who are booking in the future.

beds are not high, i liked it, comfortable to sleep

Firstly, I had to wait 1 hour to check in. no one replied me in whatsapp and my calls for 30-40 minutes, and then they texted something like wait, then came. The room is not as in the photos, don’t have a carpet and water in the rooms. Also the most important thing, that they had to gave me back my deposit 200rm to my bank account, but now they don’t reply me, and I can’t take back my deposit. Rooms are not clean, especially the blankets, pillowcases and smell bad.

The view is amazing, can see the firework too. Bed is cozy and got 2 aircond and 1 fan.

The management group lied. They charged us a deposit which was NOT listed in the booking. It was a refundable deposit but they have not returned it as of yet. There was no washing machine which WAS in the booking. The towels provided smelled like wet dog. They would not respond on the Booking.com app and would only talk to me via the WhatsApp. When questioned about the washing machine, they never responded. They provided the absolute bare minimum for cooking and said that only light cooking was allowed. Overall, this was the worst stay I’ve had so far using Booking.com.

Masa nak ambik kunci byk buang masa dgn menunggu staff turun,kemudian staff tidak mesra.. tuan rumah tidak memberi amaran berkenaan penutupan kolam renang.sehingga bulan October.. bilik Ade 2 katil Queen, 1 katil Queen dah lekuk ke dalam..tidur dlm keadaan kurang selesa..wayar seterika dah kembang ms nak guna nmpk Ade spark..

Never mentioned about deposit.want to check in as 200 depo. Take reply long to refund after check out. Then pay us only 168. No reason to take our money

Non ci siamo... l'appartamento aveva un letto in meno rispetto a quanto richiesto. Le lenzuola dei letti erano macchiate. Ci hanno dovuto assegnare un nuovo appartamento nel quale le lenzuola erano nuovamente macchiate. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa ma non è stata fornita risposta. Il letto aggiuntivo corrispondeva in realtà a un divano rotto: presentava un lato più alto dell’altro e delle viti scoperte nel mezzo pericolosissime. Abbiamo dovuto coprirle con degli asciugamani per permettere a nostra figlia di dormirci.
