Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Der Austausch mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Der eigenständige Check-in und Check-out war super einfach und der Security Mitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Betten sehr gemütlich und die Wohnung war sauber. Die Nähe zum Flughafen, der KIP Mall und diversen Cafe's und Restaurants war ideal. Als das WLAN am Ankunftstag nicht funktionierte, kam am nächsten Tag jemand vorbei, um es einzustellen.
Die Klimaanlage war voller Schimmel und hängt auch noch direkt über den Betten. Das ist für uns ein no go! Haben wir leider erst am vorletzten Tag bemerkt. Die müsste dringend gereinigt werden. Ansonsten hat uns Ablagefläche für unsere Sachen gefehlt, daher behielten wir das meiste im Koffer. Wir haben die Wohnung für 3 Personen gebucht jedoch waren z.b. nur 2 Handtücher und 2 Suppenteller vorhanden. Es wäre ideal, wenn die Wohnung mit dem nötigsten (Handseife, neuer Spülschwamm, Toilettenpapier) ausgestattet wäre, so dass man für wenige Tage nicht selbst alles einkaufen muss, was man im schlechtesten Fall nicht selber aufbraucht. Der Pool war sehr schmutzig und wir fanden es nicht angemessen, das andere Badegäste in ihrer Alltagskleidung in den Pool gingen Bsp. 4 Männer gingen in benutzten Boxershorts schwimmen, 2 andere Männer in kurzen Hosen und Shirt. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht einwandfrei und ist sehr langsam. Zum arbeiten und telefonieren reicht es nicht aus.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Nothing, this is not a hotel, just a very basic residential building. There was no reception or lear guidance how to check in. Thanks to my Taxi driver who helped me calling the number in the booking and getting information in local language.

Kemudahan di dalam bilik air ada yang rosak, paip tak diselenggara, air bertakung lama di sink di dalam bilik air. Bantal yang tidak mencukupi. Lantai yang tidak disediakan karpet atau alas. Iron yang tidak selamat untuk digunakan.

Instructions from owner was not clear, and communication was very poor. Had issues checking in as we couldn’t find the door from carpark to the lobby and owner refused to answer the call and poor in comms.

Extended my Chk out frm 12:00pm to 2pm due to my work started at 6pm. I paid Rm25/hr , total of Rm50. A bit too high for a client who stayed for 3 nites & 4 days. Wish for better rate in the future. Thank you.

the host really need to constantly check damages and fix it instantly. The room was spacious but the shower head was loose , the sliding door to balcony stuck, tv is not even working no internet as advertised . So it s a quite turn off . Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Location near Sepang Circuit. Food is not a problem. In this area u can find all sorts of food from breakfast, lunch, dinner , supper where McDonald's & variety of fast food. There are two petrol stations and beside it there is a mall. Very convinent.
When there is no lobby or reception, it is a bit difficult if we have slight errors such as the wifi doesn't work, the battery remote u have to take it out put back in to make it work the cencors.Those battery must be ages by the look of it. It looks like they have been crushed by somebody's boot. It will be like no point having Smart tv in the room wifi is connected but no internet. When i text no response at all compared to when arriving. I understand the concept of self check in, u even put do & dont's in your PDF details during the stay. And even the damage fee . Truly understand the policies and your terms. But it was not fair when guests checked in due to having any inquiry, totally no response. During check-out, also guests have to take trash, clean the dishes if any is used, again i understand on your side of terms & policies yet we as guests got a set of bath towels nicely folded at the end of each bed. The odour on both towels is very bad. During check-out guests need to drop the key access card back to the mailbox , which is very fair to both parties but again the soon we sent the picture , the handler responded in a few seconds. I asked why no response regards the wifi issue. I got ghosted again.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025This place is a very spacious studio apartement, enough for the whole family to take their own spot. It has also ,got a kitchen , utensil etc. The room is clean, and it is also equipped well with 2 ceiling fans, so the scorcing heat of Sepang is still bearable. The best treat is to have a big supermarket just at the other corner. there are also some food stallers and food sellers around. a very convenient stay.
1) The access to the area is a bit confusing at first. There were so many entrance to the complex. The owner should have told us the picture or map to guide us through. There was no such thing that I recalled. After quessing and searching, we finally manage to get to the entrance. Please do it better the next time. 2) the place is a bit far from KLIA airport. 15km is a bit far. but with Grab, the transportation issue is solved. 3) I cannot access to the pool or any apartment facility. dunno why.
