عند الدخول ورؤية المكان، اتضح لي أنه غير مناسب للسكن بالنسبه لي ، لذلك طلبت استرجاع المبلغ، وللأمانه تم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل . هذا الشي يُشكرون عليه بصراحه

تجربه سيئه جداً . المكان غير نظيف ولا يوجد ريسبشن وتسجيل الدخول يتم عن طريق الهاتف فقط . كذلك طُلب مني الدفع أونلاين قبل أن أرى الشقه والمكان من الداخل وهذا جعل الوضع غير مريحه

Les nuits étaient très bruyantes, mais ce n’est pas la faute du propriétaire. Nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par des cris d’adolescents puis par quelqu’un qui a sonné à notre porte à 22h30 puis à 01h du matin…

Great place to stay, especially for families. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and mall just downstairs. Everything was clean and comfortable. Ahmed was an amazing host, always kind, quick to respond, and happy to help with anything we needed. He made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

The stay overall was pleasant for one week. The location is very good and convenient. Housekeeping staff were cooperative and helpful. Security services were satisfactory. The apartment is located within/near a shopping facility, which is very convenient, including Park Mall and Lulu Hypermarket, and pharmacy under the building and variety of restaurants

The apartment requires renovation and more regular maintenance, as some areas show visible wear and damage. The kitchen utensils also need to be renewed, as some pots were scratched and not in good condition. Parking is not free as stated on Booking; however, it would be beneficial if the property could find a way to include the parking cost within the overall price for better convenience and transparency. Outdoor parking feels unsafe, and guests are often required to use the mall parking, which costs around 200 EGP for approximately 12 hours, adding unexpected daily expenses. Better organization or inclusion of parking in the price would improve the experience. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was interrupted on the last night of the stay, which caused inconvenience. Stayed in Tower A, where the above issues were noticeable.

had a had a pleasant 5-night stay at Rate LOFTS by Elegant Hospitality. The location is excellent, especially for visitors to AUC, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Housekeeping maintained the room well throughout my stay, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would happily choose this property again when visiting Cairo.wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

The person who helped us check in, Ahmed, was very pleasant and helpful! Overall decent. Some of the security personnel were not nice but most of them were nice.

PLEASE PROVIDE WIFI TO GUESTS!! If I'm coming from a different country I don't always have internet so it's difficult to do anything without WiFi in the lobby.

Everything was cool .

The only thing I don’t like it the parking garage the tenants has to pay the parking garage, which is almost 250 Egyptian pound a night but after negotiation, the owner pay it for me . after wasting one hour negotiation .

This was one of my best stays in any accommodations and in the country of the world. I'm well travelled. The overall hospitality was phenomenal. Before we stepped in, the property had been thoroughly cleaned and tidied. The decor was lovely, and the city view was breathtaking. One of the biggest bonuses was a massive supermarket called Lulu Hypermarket, located just on the basement level. You will also find all the famous restaurant chains such as kfc, Pizza Hut and hardees , and next to the accommodation. The property management showed great flexibility too - one of the guests in the party had her flights initially cancelled, but she managed to join us. The property management happily allowed it without any extra charge.

À votre arrivée contacter la personne sur WhatsApp qui a du vous envoyer un sms 48h avant , sinon la sécurité ne vous laissera pas passer . Tres grand Appartement en duplex avec terrasse. Situé dans le nouveau Caire , se déplacer avec un Uber pour 5€ jusqu’au souk El khalili ou au bord du Nil . Grand résidence avec un mall au rdc et au sous sol . Accès au RDC à Loulou Market super marché pas cher avec beaucoup de choix si vous avez oublié vos produits de toilette ou pour achat p’tit dej et goûter . À côté de l’immeuble KFC , pizza hut ou dans la résidence en terrasse petit resto pas cher pour le soir . Un grand merci à Ahmed qui vous donne son numéro WhatsApp et qui est au petit soin pour des serviettes en moins ou autre .

The lady approaching on WhatsApp isn’t giving all details an when I showed my concern about sending my family passports on WhatsApp she lied saying they have a problem in filling the form while I rechecked the form and found it is working and I just need to fill in the form for each person. The overall service from the remote contact isn’t trustworthy, she isn’t giving all details about the unit. She didn’t know where to park or how much does it cost me and left these matters to me handle by myself. Even the security in the building garage doesn’t know so I stayed like 30 mins searching and asking for the parking spot and every one is giving opinion. The WhatsApp contact kept just defending not helping, saying it is mentioned that there is no parking slot dedicated to the unit. The signs for the building aren’t easy to find and I kept searching for the building. No clear instructions from the service provider. The apartment was duplex while not mentioned in the unit description. I wouldn’t make the reservation as it isn’t suitable for having kids.

Non c’erano asciugamani per entrambi gli ospiti, non c’era kit di cortesia di alcun genere. È presente una macchina del caffè a cialde, ma non le cialde, neppure a pagamento. Non c’era l’asciugacapelli. Non c’è un posto comodo per mettere valigia e propri oggetti personali, per attaccare il telefono in carica sul comodino devi per forza staccare le lampade.

The appartement was amazing. Big and clean. The staff is amazing and they help you super fast. The location was good. A big mall just next to the building!

Only acces to a market if you go to the parking from the hotel but we would've liked a bar where we could have a cold drink at the pool.

L’hôte super à l’écoute, serviable . Un numéro à contacter a été mis à notre disposition en cas de besoin. Appartement, super grand et magnifique avec étage. Point, très avantageux, c’est qu’il est situé dans un mall. Donc Market à proximité boutique etc et très sécurisé j’ai vraiment aimé cela. Il y a une Pharmacie un supermarket des magasins des restaurants etc

c’est assez bruyant le soir du à des fêtes dans le mall. Et aussi même si l’appartement était assez propre, il manquait des ustensiles nécessaires type casserole pour faire à manger et il y avait des petites zones de moisissures dans la salle de bain. Sinon rien à dire.

Loved the location, host did try their best to help

The big bed in the big room was very uncomfortable there was a deep in the middle my back was hurting all week they refused to change the matress. The oven wasn't working I was told that a call out was made but no one came to fix it. More cutlery needed like cups saucers pans. Sofa was very uncomfortable too

It’s not easy to locate. No sign showing the address or location. There is no cleaning service. The sheets and towels need to be changed. The available ones are old and thus looks dirty even if clean.

The unit’s Location is near from everything you could need. Safety also is very high as the security is everywhere and keep asking you questions if they don’t see you before.also the staff is very kind and nice espacily Mr.Ashraf and Ahmed ( the supervisor of the house keeping)

The apartment definitely needs some maintenance as it’s a bit old. On our second night, we had an issue with the water supply. When I reported it, I was told it was a general problem that would be fixed in a few hours, but it wasn’t. After checking with others, I found out it wasn’t a general issue. Eventually, building management sent someone who identified a faulty battery in the main meter. The technician came around 3 a.m. and finished fixing it after two hours. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep that night because he kept knocking on the door several times. The power sockets are also quite outdated, and some don’t fit standard plug converters. The internet connection is not reliable. it works through a mobile device that needs to be moved between rooms, and during peak times, it’s very slow. In addition, there was a large tent in the open area with loud live music, which made it difficult to sleep at night (likely due to Ramadan events). Overall, it wasn’t a comfortable stay for my family, and we wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
