Reviewed Jul 2, 202620 минут от аэропорта на такси, примерно 30 MYR. Охрана по периметру всего комплекса, строгие дядьки. Надо заранее отправить фото паспорта хозяину для регистрации. Район отличный, в 5 минутах ходьбы куча кафе, рекомендую тайское и китайское ) Очень вкусно. Супермаркет рядом большой, любые продукты. Grab вызывается легко, в приложении есть этот ЖК и все его блоки. В самой квартире 3 кондиционера, работают хорошо, кровати удобные, есть мини балкон для сушки вещей. Вентиляторы потолочные отлично помогают. Холодильник большой. Бассейн в комплексе работает с 8 до 22 часов, весьма удобно. В зоне бассейна есть мини маркет, яйца, хлеб и всякие мелочи и снеки. Банкомат рядом есть, там где кафе и ресторанчики. Место тихое, никаких пробок и шума от дороги. Район очень обжитой. Ключи взять легко, они на входе в мини сейфе с кодом. Выехать можно в любое время суток, ключи просто в мини сейф вернуть и все. В целом, однозначно рекомендую.
На плите для приготовления всего 1 комфорка. Но работает хорошо. Тарелок как-то маловато. В магазине за 10 USD можно купить целый комплект. И не было кастрюльки, чтобы что-то сварить. Даже яйца не сварить, только жарить. Хозяину надо инвестировать 20-30 USD, чтобы кухонной посудой более полноценно квартиру обеспечить.

ESTA MUY CERCA A PIE DE BARES Y RESTAURANTES Y EL ANFITRION LO EXPLICO TODO PERFECTAMENTE Y ESTUVO ATENTO A CUALQUIER DUDA O AYUDA QUE PIDIERA POR LO QU TODO PERFECTAMENTE AL PUNTO QUE SIN DUDA REPETIREMOS.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2025Not too far from the airport for an overnight stay. Lots of restaurants, street food stalls and shops really close by. Good air con and fans in each room. Good check in details provided by host.
When we arrived there was water all over the floor in the bathroom and the toilet roll was soaking wet so not sure if someone had been in there just before we arrived to clean but left it very wet. There were also food items in the fridge that were half open so maybe from previous guest? Funky smell of cooking oil. Swimming pool was not in use due to maintenance which was a shame as this was one of the reasons why we booked it. Couldn't help but feel like security didn't think we should be there. Always watching our every move. Mattresses very hard.
