Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay there. The Zell am See-Kaprun Card was also perfect and helped us a lot during our stay. Thank you Jana & the cleaning team for everything!
In August, the weather can be quite warm, but opening the windows at night made the apartment comfortable and it was absolutely fine.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Ubytování je naprosto perfektní. Nádherný výhled na město a jezero, kousek od sjezdovky. Obývací pokoj s výhledem je velmi prostorný, stejně jako plně vybavená kuchyně. V domě se nachází i sauna, takže ideální na relax po náročném dnu na svahu.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2024The view which was very dramatic, a delight, and ithe light changed constantly as the mist, clouds or sun moved across the lake and mountains beyond. The 2 bathrooms were excellent and the flat has a very spacious living area. Walking into the town was fine and pretty with all the lights on at night. The pull back up the hill felt easier after a glass of wine.
Kitchen felt rather cramped, which was a shame as the space is so big. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped for cooking. A bit basic. No colander, measuring jug, water jug, garlic press, cafetière, salt or pepper grinders. Stool to reach high shelves.

The smoke alarm went off without any obvious reason. Firemen came out and the landlord stated we would be charged for the fireman’s bill without any wrongdoing. Finally our argument was accepted but it caused stress. Also the landlord asked for cleaning charges whereas in our reservation this was clearly included. Again she realized this but made our stay somewhat unpleasant. The kitchen oven is very slow for cooking.

We had a great time in the apartment, which had everything we needed The apartment is Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and with a great view of the mountains and sea. I highly recommend staying here. And sure we will come again.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2023nice view, the space of the apartment which can equipped a big family, the location is quite and their are parking space
there is no Air conditioning neither a fan to cool and opening the window for the whole day allowed the insects to enter.
