Fantastic location, modern and spotless throughout, with a lovely pool, two saunas and relaxation areas. The complimentary Sommercard was a huge bonus and gave us access to loads of activities, including gondolas, the lake boat and lido. The free coffee downstairs and on-site parking (at an additional cost of €15 per night) were also great.

The room was extremely warm with no air conditioning, so we had to leave the patio doors open, which unfortunately let insects in at night. The kitchenette was also poorly equipped for self-catering, and the bathroom/bed area felt a little cramped. The patios are close together too, so privacy is limited. Staff were accommodating, but the service felt quite functional rather than particularly friendly.

Excellent location. * Grocery store nearby. * Bidet/shattaf in the bathroom. * Very good and diverse breakfast.

No daily room cleaning. * If you request cleaning, they only take out the trash; they do not clean the room. * Check-out is very early at 10 AM, with an extra charge for a one-hour delay. * Not allowed to stay in the lobby after check-out. * Overall, the hotel is good, but the cleaning service, early check-out, and reception service could be improved.

💯 recommended Beautiful hotel, very helpful and professional service! Best location you can get!

Every thing is perfect 🤩

This new hotel is very well located in the center of Zell am See, but in a quiet street. Bedrooms have all the confort needed with great amenities, in our case it was a 1 bedroom family apartment with kitchen and 2 baths. The balcony was spacious and even had a partial, view on the lake and mountains. The buffet breakfast had everything we could ask for, salted or sweet, hot or cold, and was regularly sourced. Personal was very friendly, and accomodating espcially with the parking. The Sommer card offered was a big plus, with free access to a great beach club nearby and all mountain lifts. Highly recommended, we would come back with pleasure.

We liked everything about this hotel

Personal muss man besonders loben

We had a great stay. The location is excellent, everything is very well connected and the property is easy to reach. Having parking available was extremely convenient, especially when travelling by car. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable, and everything about the stay felt easy and well organized. A great base for exploring Zell am See and the surrounding area. We would happily stay here again.

The only thing we missed was air conditioning. It was noticeable during our summer stay, although obviously this would not be an issue during the winter season. Other than that, we genuinely had no complaints.

Mili i uprzejmi pracownicy, dobre śniadania, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obiekt zadbany, pokoje czyste, często sprzątane.

Location

Not clear, they ask money to clean, there were insects in the room and toilet.

Location, short walk from the lake and good sized rooms. Breakfast was brilliant with a large variety. Staff very friendly and parking great.

No air conditioning

Bardzo wygodny apartament. Bardzo czysto, wyposażony jak mieszkanie. Blisko do jeziora, troszkę dalej do centrum.

Trzeba czasem poświęcić i 15 minut,żeby znaleźć miejsce.

Kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten, mit Bar und Waschbecken. Sehr großer Balkon. Zimmerreinigung 2 mal innerhalb einer Woche. War in Ordnung. Lage war perfekt. 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Frühstück war auch lecker. Von allem was.

Albergo pulito, stanze nuove, bagni profumati, piscina piccolina ma carina. Posizione dell'hotel spettacolare.

Ubicació ideal e instal.lacions i habitacions molt ben equipades.

Great location, beautiful design and a very comfortable, fully furnished room. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The receptionist who was working during the day on August 20 was not professional. Her attitude and tone of voice came across as rude.

Centrally located and spotlessly clean! We opted for a family apartment room which was brilliant, having two small children it was nice to have a small kitchen to do dinners in the room. Breakfast was lovely and we used the small onsite pool during our stay which the kids loved.

Only small niggle was that ahead of arrival after prebooking parking it would be good to have directions direct to the car park. Instead we had to pull to one side on the road of the hotel whilst I went in to check in and then turn around to go to another street behind the hotel to find the car park.

Ubytování blízko centra i jezera. Pokoje modernĕ vybavené. Bohaté snídaně.

Nad ránem hluk od silnice.

Great location, very confortable. Great breakfast and friendly stuff

Sauber

Location the staff

Brak dostatecznej ilość miejsc postojowych i brak alternatywnych racjonalnych opcji postojowych w okolicy.

Time.

Everything was amazing, hotel location is very close from ZELL me see lake . Center downtown and Arabic restaurants . Room is very clean and nice . Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming . The rooms bathroom has shataf .

Great pool, lovely balcony with nice view in a good area.

Toilet was dirty from caked on pee on the outside. I cleaned it myself as was too tired to deal with reception. I am sure they would have attended to it if I’d asked as the staff was very helpful in dealing with another issue.

Goed ontbijt

Geen airco, slecht uitzicht

Reception staff were great. Really welcoming and helpful with recommendations. We ended up a with a free upgrade which was amazing. The room was spot on and super clean. Location is perfect for any activities

No AC in the rooms. Being on the ground floor we couldnt leave the doors open, so stuffy at night

Great location

Room lacked AC or good ventilation

Frühstück und Lage top👍

Das die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert sind😏

Clean and modern, free coffee facilities in foyer

No receptionist available from 8pm-7:30am unless you ring a number. Also the rooms really need air conditioning in them we were baked.

Room size was decent, good location that was walkable to lake and main restaurant area.

Walls/floors are so thin that every door closing can be heard. Between that and traffic on a main street nearby it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

Perfekt läge, fin och fräsch lägenhet. Blev uppgraderade när vi kom fram.

Synd att det inte fanns air condition. Gick såklart att öppna fönstren, men trafiken utanför störde lite.

Stort fint rum, bra spa, fantastisk frukost.

Every thing

Nothing at all

Mycket bra frukost. Gott vatten i kranen.

Čisté a milé!

Very good location, modern appartment, parking garage. Breakfast is very good!

There were many small issues in the appartment. When I told the hotel staff about it, they simply ignored it.

Szczotka do butow

Pokoj od strony ulicy gdy trzeba otworzyc okno dosc glosny

Lication , spacious apartments. , helpful receptionists

No washing machine

Swimming pool, free coffee machine available 24h and quality of breakfast

Parking space available only at cost

Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert!!

Really well designed and comfortable bedroom with kitchenette, great location, friendly staff

Nothing it was great

Superfräscht, centralt och trevlig personal

Lite väl dyrt, men som sagt höll allt bra standard

selber gekocht.

Küchenbereich keinen funktionstüchtigen Abzug. Besteck unvollständig, keine minimale Grundausstattung, was z.b. in Schweden absolut üblich ist, keine Klimanlage.

Zimmer, Ausstattung und Lage sind sehr angenehm

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really clean and great facilities

Excellent Location, but the Room Was Too Hot The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Lake Zell, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was extremely small and there was no air conditioning. The room was so hot that I could not sleep comfortably. The hotel does provide a fan, but unfortunately, it was not enough to cool the room. Overall, the location is excellent and the bed is comfortable, but the heat in the room and the lack of air conditioning significantly affected my comfort during my stay.

Great location. Superb breakfast and coffee.

Gentleman who helped us to check out could be friendlier and more interested to help us. Its super important- first five minutes and check-in and last five minutes and check-out. And if at the checkout there’s a staff member who barely does his job, it takes away much of the great work that everyone else has done during the stay.
