Apartament jest sprzątany przed przyjazdem lecz pozostaje jeszcze zajrzeć i sprawdzić np odpływ pod prysznicem. Warto aby wynajmujący zwrócił uwagę na pełna czystość. Reakcja była szybka i następnego dnia miał się ktoś pojawiłć ale nie mieliśmy na to czasu i po całodniowy wyjściu w góry prysznic byl niezbędny. Kontakt przed przyjazdem również utrudniony. Odpowiadaja najwcześniej kilka dni przed przyjazdem.

Dårlig utstyrt kjøkken. Dårlig luft (fikk ikke tørket klær, da det var så fuktig luft). Elendig sofa. Flere av dørene var veldig harde å lukke. Veldig lytt fra etasjen over.

The sofa wasn't very comfortable to sleep, quite okay for 2 days but not for more than that or too much people.

Poor communication about how to enter the property first time. We were outside in the rain at gone midnight looking for a door number and the key code pad. No heating in the bedrooms. No hanging space. No microwave. Sofa only seats 3, but the apartment can sleep 6/8. No communication about restricted business opening times on public holidays during our stay.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Whole apartment was great, even though it is located in the basement the temperature inside was good. It was well equipped and clean, and pretty spacious even for a group of 8. Self check-in was easy and fast. We had a great time here. I can sincerely recommend this apartment for a stay in Stavanger.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, w łazience szampon, odżywka do włosów i płyn do mycia, suszarka. Ogółem bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, była również pralka i suszarka na mokre rzeczy.
Było dość chłodno, byliśmy w zimie, mieszkanie jest w piwnicy. Właścicielka dobrze się zachowała, chciała Nam donieść koce co uważam za duży plus.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage. Es ist auch deutlich heller als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist zwar eine Kellerwohnung, das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört.
Es gab leider keinen Staubsauger oder Besen usw.

Eigentlich nichts erwähnenswertes (Kleinigkeiten gibt es ja immer, wie nicht genug Haken für Handtücher im Bad, kein Schrank in dem Zimmer mit Doppelbett)

Reviewed Jun 20, 2025Modern apartment in basement with some parking lots in front of the house (first come first served?). Good kitchen equipment and perfect walking distance to Stavanger center.
Cleaning has to be improved (we found balls of black hair and nobody in our family has black hair), carpets have definitely not been properly vacuumed. Ventilation in the bathroom is a joke - not enough power to blow out wet air. Even with 24/7 running humidity stays high and it smells wet.
