De kozijnen zij aan vervanging toe, 1 kozijn ging niet helemaal dicht en waardoor tocht en geluid binnen kwam. Eén deurklink zat helemaal los (geen schroeven).

Se puede mejorar la limpieza y en el apartamento entraba un fuerte olor a basura de los exteriores que hacía la estancia desagradable. Faltaban algunos detalles como microondas.

Das Badezimmer gibt es her,dass es mehr Aufhänge Möglichkeiten geben könnte. Gut wäre auch gewesen, wenn im Wäschepaket ein normales Handtuch dabei gewesen wäre.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The location was very good, near the centre and train/bus station. Clean and nice bedsets and towels. There was also parking outside the house!
It said it was a microwave there, but that missed. We bought food when we saw it in the decription. But the stove functioned well too, just some more time.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, spokojne i czyste otoczenie. Cisza w mieszkaniu i na dzielnicy. Bardzo czysty i komfortowy apartament, możliwość regulacji ciepła w pokoju. Wszędzie blisko. Pomocni właściciele, kontakt smsem.
Gdyby była kawa/herbata na miejscu, byłoby miło. Bardzo trudne do otwarcia drzwi frontowe, zarówno od zewnątrz jak i od wewnątrz. Niekiedy utrudniony kontakt z Właścicielem, konieczność oczekiwania na odpowiedź zwrotną w razie problemów, choć dostaliśmy oczekiwane wsparcie, trzeba uzbroić się w cierpliwość.

Es fehlte ein Kaffeevollautomat und ein großer Topf zum Kochen. Wir waren zu 5 und die kleinen Töpfe waren einfach zu klein.

Arrival instructions need improvement (in english) -Entrance is on the right side of the house - email with code needs directions for finding lockbox "Refer to pic #21 in our listing" -2nd bathrm window needs to be frosted, (you can see into shower from the bunkroom & house across street) -need 2 towel BARS to hang & dry bath towels -no m/w (as per listing)

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Ubytování bylo skvělé – v klidné části města, přesto s výbornou dostupností do centra. Vybavení apartmánu bylo naprosto dostačující, nic nám nechybělo. Oceňuji také plně vybavenou kuchyň, která nám umožnila pohodlně vařit během pobytu. Vše bylo čisté a ve výborném stavu. Zvlášť bych chtěla vyzdvihnout majitele – jsou velmi příjemní, komunikace s nimi byla rychlá, jasná a vždy ochotná. Foto je pořízeno při našem odchodu! Toto ubytování mohu s radostí doporučit.

Normally no parking possible cliseby at public roadside between 10 am and 16 am. For us not issue as we spent only 1 night here. No sufficient lightcovering curtains, so no dark sleepingrooms.

There was no microwave, which would’ve been handy. The kitchen had only basic equipment, so cooking was a bit limited.

The front door was too rough to open. It would be nice to have a small text explaining how to sort garbage. Other than that everything was perfect

Reviewed Jan 20, 2025The property was very clean and well heated. It was well located. We were very comfortable here as we were not used to the cold of Norway! Kitchen was well stocked and there were also spare blankets if needed.
The light in the living room was on sensor mode so kept turning off unless we were moving a lot. It made relaxing or doing slow paced activities very difficult with the light constantly turning off. We asked the host in a message bu they did not send anyone to look at it.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2024The perfect example of how to destroy the charm and authenticity of old family houses for profit! The whole house has been turned into flats with the coldest and charmless renovation possible. Probably our worst rental experience: first, the check in was not possible before 4pm. that is unuasally late. I wrote to the owners to ask for the possibility to check in earlier because our flight landed midday, and I did'nt even get an answer. Then, the instructions to get the keys form the keybox were not clear and we lost time and money on finding the keybox. When we arrived at the appartment it was really cold, as all the heaters were off, and it took a long time to get the apartment to a reasonable temperature. This is really unacceptable, when you know you have guests arriving you heat up the appartment! especially when the late check in gives you all the time in the world to do so! Finally, the absolute worst about the appartment, was the lighting in the living room/dining room/kitchen which was motion sensitive, meaning the light would turn off after 15 seconds of no movement in the room! this was so uncomfortable, to make the light stay on you had to constantly move an arm up in the air. Even eating was not enough movement to keep the light on.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2024Very dissatisfied. I was turned away at 24:00 because the front door was accidentally locked. The hotel didn't settle it, then asked me to go straight to find another hotel. And the staff did not apologize, nor did they make any compensation! Terrible experience in Stavanger.

Toilet big white button had brown stains Stuffy (I am guessing new paint smell)/needs aerating Pillow uncomfortable I didn’t need the rooms since I was on my own, but one of the bedrooms was not done/ready One of the towels that were put was not clean/had stains

I thought the pillows were awful, too big, and no options for a flatter or softer pillow. When we arrived, the clothes washing machine had a load of laundry in there, and towels were still hanging to dry over the shower. This was unfortunate.

Reviewed May 7, 2024Such a wonderful and comfortable apartment. My son is normally up early, but in that bed it was very hard to wake him. :D We were sad to leave.
No kitchen towels and no lid on a pot. Could have used them. But that is just a very minor thing.
