Beautifully furnished with all modern appliances. Perfect for a family stay.

Construction work on adjoining properties but villa management did warn us and we were happy to stay at the property. Minor inconvenience but a necessity if area is to continue to develop.

Krásna a čistá vila, skvelá poloha kúsok od pláže a raňajkového baru. Do mesta potrebujete skúter ale to nie je problém, vo vile ponúkajú aj prenajom skútrov a servis prania. S výmenou uterákov taktiež žiadny problém, každý deň čerstvé a voňavé vždy boli nachystané. Vila ponuka aj svoje masáže takže nemusíte ani ďaleko. Pri príchode nás čakalo ovocie na stole čo bolo veľmi milé privítanie.

Villa was spacious with all amenities you could want, and staff + host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was great.

Super flot Villa med gode faciliteter. Super sødt personale og de var meget nemme at komme i kontakt med når vi havde brug for det. De fixede altid vores ønsker.

Desværre oplevede vi under hele vores ophold var byggeri lige ved siden af Villa (fra kl. 08-18 hver dag) som gjorde at vi ikke fik den ro vi ønskede. De var dog søde til at anerkende dette og refunderede os nogle dage. Men ønsker du ro i disse timer så vil jeg anbefale at man finder et andet sted indtil byggeriet ved siden af er stoppet. Ellers ligger Villa i upcoming område og bliver helt sikkert fedt når området er færdigbygget.

Huge oversized villa, well equipped with everything you need for a good holiday. We really enjoyed the quieter location and privacy without hearing the hustle and bustle of Bingin Centre. Everything was oversized, modern and comfortable.

We LOVED the pool area, it is a perfect size as well as the bedrooms and living space. The housekeeper was so lovely and ensured we had a pleasurable and relaxing stay.

Newly renovated villa, perfect location in Uluwatu, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, quiet and perfect for families and couples. More than happy about this booking and overall value ! We had great time, and it really made the difference in our vacation here.

The villa was in a great location. It's absolutely beautiful with so much space and the beds were all very comfortable. The host/staff were so helpful and always on hand for whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic place to stay in Uluwatu! It was exactly what we wanted - a modern, clean, private, quiet, convenient villa (with a great view from the upper levels). Good off-street parking for a car or bikes too. The villa was cool with plenty of air-conditioning, the pool was soooooo refreshing and clean, and the rooms were large with comfortable beds. Walking distance to local eateries (loved The Cashew Tree!) and both Bingin and Dreamland beaches (or a very short Grab ride). As a family we usually took Grab cars when we ventured further and never had to wait very long. Tommy (the Property Manager) was awesome, great communication from the outset, and very helpful for local information. Good value for money too - we stayed in 2 other villas in other locations this trip, but this Aviela Villa in Uluwatu was the best quality. Thanks Tommy!

This villa is perfect. We had the best sleep ever, waking up for a beautiful view and very fresh and clean air. Villa was very clean with a very fresh feeling. We felt like at home, and loved the second floor balcony and could sit there all day long. The villa management was great, we will be back!

All is perfect

This is a very nice and clean villa and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff is super friendly and helpfull and took god care of all our wishes. Especially the villa manager Ajus did a super job to help us with all our needs. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone who is looking for accommodation in this area :)

Incredibly stunning brand new property, far exceeded our expectations! We really appreciated the high-end quality finishes. Our host Ajus was fantastic to deal with, great communication and so helpful in making our stay very comfortable. Nazim was lovely and kept the villa clean every day which was also much appreciated! We prefer walking, beware its a little bit of a climb to get to the main part of town, otherwise its a short ride to cafe's etc. I'd recommend this villa for guests with older children, as the balcony and pool are not to code for young ones.

The drains in the bathrooms get that terrible smell, so you need to open up the windows. There is also a lot of construction going on nearby, although that was not an issue for us. There are no ATM's within walking distance and the convenience stores don't have much available other than a few snacks and drinks so it's best to place a grocery order with the lovely host Ajus.

The villa is brand new and excellently situated. Everything is stylishly designed, including a charming and functional kitchen, a lovely living room with ample seating for six on large sofas. The bedrooms are immaculate, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathrooms are gorgeous, and the pool was fantastic too. The staff was extremely helpful, assisting us with scooter rentals and arranging an in-villa massage.
