Location is not bad, the area around it is like a compound ,from the door to the hotel its like 8min by car and the breakfast was okay and rooms looks like the picture

We were very unhappy with our stay at this hotel, especially as we were on our honeymoon. Although the location is beautiful and convenient, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. We repeatedly had issues with the room key, which stopped working almost every time we returned to the hotel. The Wi-Fi in our room was also extremely slow and unreliable. We reported it to the staff, but no one came to assist us, and later we were told it was outside working hours and would be handled the next day. The bathroom toilet flush also worked only intermittently. We were also disappointed with the service when we ordered food and asked for room delivery, but were told to come downstairs and collect it ourselves. What disappointed us most was our final evening. We were simply trying to relax and watch a movie in our room during our honeymoon. The TV was not loud, but because we were in a connecting room, the neighboring guests could hear it and complained. The hotel called us and asked us to lower the volume, so we turned the TV off completely and went to sleep. It really ruined the mood of what was supposed to be a relaxing honeymoon evening. Overall, while we loved the location, the repeated technical problems and lack of timely assistance made our stay frustrating. We expected much better service and attention, especially during our honeymoon.

Fijn hotel pal aan het strand met een rooftop met een prachtige zonsondergang. Goede smoothiebar beneden en echt fantastische werknemers die alle moeite doen om het je naar de zin te maken.

Het zwembad had veel groene aanslag wat we niet echt fijn vonden ogen, daardoor hebben we hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. De kamers zouden ook iets frisser mogen.

Breakfast was nasty, room was dirty and old.

깨끗한 주방에서 음식이 조리되어 너무 좋았다. 조식이 아주 만족스러웠다. 체크인 도와주었던 직원들이 너무 친절했고, 웰컴드링크 그리고 아이스크림을 받았는데 작지만 고마웠다.

루프탑 수영장은 파라솔이 없어 너무 뜨거웠다. 방에 에어컨에서 곰팡이 냄새가 많이 났고 수도관이 오래되어서인지 물색이 초록색이여서 목욕물을 받고나서는 쓰지 못했다.

The rooms are old and dirty

El resort está bastante bien situado, cerca de la preciosa playa de Dreamland y relativamente próximo al centro de Uluwatu. La habitación era amplia y estaba bastante bien equipada, y las vistas desde la terraza eran muy bonitas, con una panorámica de 360 grados. Lo que más destacaría es el trato del personal: todos fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Siempre nos recibían con una sonrisa, saludaban e intentaban ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. El desayuno también nos gustó mucho. Me pareció bastante completo y con bastante variedad: preparan tortillas al momento y hay sopa, pancakes americanos, yogur, fruta, zumos y también opciones más contundentes como arroz, pasta con verduras o salchichas.

Esperaba un poco más teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un resort. La piscina no estaba en buenas condiciones de limpieza; tenía algunas zonas con moho verdoso y daba la impresión de que hacía tiempo que no recibía una limpieza profunda. Nos sorprendió especialmente porque durante nuestra estancia vimos continuamente a personal limpiando y realizando tareas de mantenimiento en otras zonas. Finalmente, subimos a la piscina, pero decidimos no bañarnos. También echamos en falta algunas cosas básicas en la habitación. Solo proporcionaban dos toallas grandes, una por persona, y habría sido necesario al menos disponer de una pequeña para las manos. Además, no proporcionaban toallas para la playa, únicamente para la piscina. Algunas instalaciones también necesitan más mantenimiento. La ventana o la cortina de la habitación dejaba manchas y abrir la ventana resultaba un poco complicado. En general, se nota que algunas zonas del hotel necesitan una renovación y un mayor cuidado. Por último, aunque está relativamente cerca del centro de Uluwatu, hay que tener en cuenta que con tráfico los trayectos pueden hacerse bastante largos y algunas carreteras de la zona no están en muy buenas condiciones. Como detalle curioso, en la habitación indicaban que estaba prohibido lavar ropa y que podía haber multas por hacerlo. En general, disfrutamos de la estancia gracias a la ubicación, las vistas, el buen desayuno y, sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal. Sin embargo, creo que mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de algunas instalaciones haría que la experiencia estuviera mucho más a la altura de lo que se espera de un resort.

La ubicación cerca de la playa es sin duda un punto positivo. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia tuvo algunos aspectos que consideramos mejorables. Al viajar como turistas, nos resultó especialmente incómodo que el hotel no dispusiera de toallas para la playa. Al estar alojados cerca del mar, creemos que sería un servicio muy útil para los huéspedes, especialmente para quienes viajan con equipaje limitado y no pueden llevar una toalla de playa. También encontramos que en los alrededores hay pocas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas, por lo que es necesario desplazarse para encontrar más alternativas. Por otro lado, el hotel y algunas de sus instalaciones se perciben algo antiguos y creemos que agradecerían una renovación

Its located away from all the traffic, close to the beach, tidy foyer and great view of the gold course, roof top pool and views of the sunrise and sunset, staff super nice and juice bar, large corridor and rooms, bed comfortable. Cheap price considering.Tv had Netflix.

Traffic noise and you could hear next door, whole room smelt from the tiolet, outdated and run down, sliding door wouldnt shut, the road in damaged and the front building is closed broken and overgrown. The beach access is run down and dirty. Its a car ride to uluwatu shopping area.

Love this place - it's quiet and peaceful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and the swimming pool clean and the view amazing. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we checked in, staff was unclear about the location of our room and seemed unprepared. Once we arrived to our room, we found that the door did not lock and there was blood and white stains on the bed. We left the room immediately and paid for a new hotel without being refunded or offered a solution at the hotel. Would not recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay at Klapa Resort. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views over the ocean and golf course, and it’s incredibly convenient if you’re here for both the beach and golf. Dreamland Beach is just an easy walk away and New Kuta Golf Course is right nearby — perfect combination for a Bali holiday. ⛳🌴🌅 The food was really nice and breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day, especially sitting back and enjoying the views. And then there are the 2-for-1 drinks… which sound like a fantastic idea until you realise just how dangerous 2-for-1 can become on holiday 😂🍹🍹 Great sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, good food and an excellent location. I’d happily stay here again.

Pool was not maintained

We came to the hotel after having some unexpected issues with our Airbnb and needed to check in immediately. Anggara was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. He was welcoming, incredibly helpful, and exceptionally kind and understanding during what was a stressful situation for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made the transition so much easier. His professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out. We are so grateful for his help and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the amazing service we received from Anggara!

Bu tek başına İnanılmaz bi jestti, ne ekstra para istediler ne de ama işe başlayan cümleler kurup geri çevirdiler.. Oldukça çözüm odaklı ve memnun etmeye yönelik bir hizmet anlayışları var. Bunun yanı sıra tüm çalışanlar süper güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli, üstelik akşam 17-19 aralığında üst katta aperatif yemek servisi veriliyordu ve hepsi otel hizmeti olarak geçiyor. Yemek katında müthiş bi gün batımı manzarası ile akşam atıştırmalığı yapabiliyorsunuz. Konum olarak padang beach ve her yere 30 dk taksi mesafesinde, ama altta günü çok keyifle batırmalık dreamland plajına yürüyerek inebiliyorsunuz.

Yanındaki inşaat manzarası gerçekten rahatsız edici olırdu ilk odada kalsak ve gece de çalışıyor olmaları biraz ses açısından rahatsız ederdi. Ama açıkçası bunu bile pek hissetmedik.

Staff were amazing, they gave us complimentary tickets to their Friday and Saturday night cultural shows which were lovely. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely view of the ocean from the rooftop pool and restaurant!

Location is very good as it is close to dreamland beach, atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms not very clean i had ants everywhere, the towels smelled bad at first then changed to better ones, the furniture is a bit old, the balcony is no use as it’s a non smoking room, my T.V remote was not working at first, the food was okay as i was expecting more BBQ meat. The pool was wonderful, the staff were very friendly very kind, i loved the welcoming ice cream tasted very good. Thank you for your service.

(+) the location is near Dreamland Beach and there is access to the beach, spacious rooms with bathtubs, amenities such as iron, hair dryer and kattle are also provided. friendly staff. complimentary ice cream, spacious and fragrant lobby, delicious breakfast (-) got a room facing the construction, under maintenance pool which were not announced at check-in. the hallway is quiet because it doesn't seem like there are many guests, the building looks old and unkempt from the outside. for information, children's breakfast is charged an additional fee of around ninety thousand rupiah

Most of the staff team was kind, and breakfast was good compared to others in Bali

I’m disappointed with my stay, as the property did not match the expectations set by the Booking listing. The photos appear to be outdated and reflect how the hotel may have looked when it was new—currently, they do not represent reality by at least 50%. From the moment you arrive, the lack of maintenance is evident. The entrance to the property looks neglected, and the balcony was extremely dirty, which made the advertised views pointless. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower, and the toilet cistern was broken and made constant noise. The furniture is old and poorly maintained, making noise every time it is used. The pool was dirty, and overall, it’s clear that the facilities have not been properly maintained. Additionally, the beach club shown in the photos—featuring an infinity pool overlooking the ocean—no longer exists. In fact, it was being demolished on the day we arrived. The Wi-Fi connection is also very poor. On top of this, the hotel requires a deposit of IDR 1,000,000 upon arrival, which is not disclosed anywhere in the Booking conditions. Overall, the experience was far below expectations.

The hotel isn't really like the pictures, maybe it was 5+ years ago but now it is outdated and quite run down. The beach club where you see pictures of an infinity pool is derelict as are many other buildings around the hotel. The rooms themselves are spacious and the staff are friendly and happy to help but the hotel itself is not somewhere I would choose to stay again. This hotel was the most expensive out of all the places we stayed whilst travelling Bali and was sadly the most disappointing. The room wasn't very clean, the pool area is run down and in need of repair and again didn't feel particularly clean. The location is good for accessing dreamland beach but it is a long drive out to get to other places so either need to rent a bike or be happy getting grab/taxis everywhere. The breakfast was ok, not a huge variety but the pastries, bread and eggs were all nice and fresh. The other hot food didn't look very appealing so we didn't try it. The hotel restaurant and bar are extortionate prices (more expensive than Australian bars!) and one of our family members got Bali belly after drinking cocktails there one night (we had all eaten/drank the same all day the only difference was they had 3 cocktails at the hotel bar and they got sick later on that evening). Overall I would suggest looking elsewhere, it is a shame as the hotel had a lot of potential if management had kept up with the upkeep of facilities.

Fantastic position of the resort by the Dreamland beach and facilated access to New Kuta Golf, which is amazing for the golfers who love breathtaking views and relaxing game!

The Klapa Resort is wonderful, it is extremely clean everywhere and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are the best part about this hotel, they are so kind and ready to help you with anything making for a lovely atmosphere. Whilst at the hotel I also had a full body massage, I have been travelling Asia for 4 months and I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend Klapa Resort and would come back!
