100 Sqm Apartment in Stockholms finest Area - Östermalm

The apartment is well laid out. There were enough kitchen supplies and linens. It was easy to find and the key arrangement works well

There was not enough light. There were a lot of tiny ants on the floor.

Few minute walk to Karlaplan station and their shopping centre. Brilliant Facilities inside the property. Great value for Money. Spacious and great aesthetic!

地理位置还算可以，乘坐几站地铁就可以去城区游玩。周围有超市可以采购食品。

1. 首先到达时，领取了密码盒子的圆形钥匙。但是房东发的入住指南里并没有说明如何使用。进入公寓楼的大门外是一个输入密码的设备，这导致我们认为进入大楼需要输入6位数密码。实际上用圆形钥匙就可以感应开门，但是门外没有任何提示，房东也没有说明。2. 我们通过电话联系到了房东，但是房东的态度不友好。我们作为外国人来到一个陌生的城市旅游，但房东并没有展示友好和耐心。3. 公寓的灯光很昏暗，厨房做饭时非常暗。4. 双层床上面的床位缺了1块板子。客厅的沙发床不舒适。斯德哥尔摩是一座我很喜欢的城市，但我们不会再次入住这间公寓。

Belysningen bör ses över av värden så att det finns tillräckligt med ljus i alla rum. Mörkläggningsmöjlighet saknas för närvarande i vardagsrummet vilket kan begränsa möjligheten att utnyttja bäddsoffan. Vi hade packat med sovmask och kunde sova bra i vardagsrummet.

Fräscht och mycket bra belägenhet, helt centralt men i lugnt område. Fanns allt man behövde.

Överslafen i våningssängen saknade en bräda och madrassen nedluggen.

Väldigt fin lägenhet med mycket bra läge.

Fåtal lampor blinkade lite när de var på.

Très bel appartement très bien situé et bien équipé. Ce logement est confortable et tout à fait adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les équipements sont en bon état. Le quartier est très calme et bien situé.

A notre arrivée la clef de l' appartement n' était pas dans la boîte à clefs. Le personnel nous a envoyé un code pour ouvrir la porte. Le code changeant tous les jours nous devions envoyer un message pour se le procurer. Le personnel nous a confirmé qu'il passait nous donner la clef mais n' est jamais venu. Un peu de stress quand même...

The apartment was in a great location, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. There is a nice courtyard to use, and the apartment was spacious for our family of 4. There is a crib on site for anyone needing a place for little ones. The area is quiet at night, with a safe, neighborhood feel.

There are some minor repairs/updates that could be done to freshen the property up. Lighting in the kitchen was not great, and the couch was rock hard. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.
