5 minutes after we arrived there was blackout in our room for literally one hour, then it came back for 5 minutes and dissaprared again, thats not something you want after whole day of exhausting travel - over 1 hour with no AC, no internet, no electricity. Building is Ood and rusty, room is okay but building look very very Old. After 1 hour without electricity they moved us to other room in different building, good but still the electricity is bigger issue, I dont know if it happens often or its 1 time situation but I wouldnt take the risk again and I wouldnt come there again. Also Staff is pretty rude

We spent our first night in the Philippines at E507 after flying into Cebu. With the room conveniently located close to the airport it was an absolute delight staying here, everything was perfect, modern, comfortable and clean. A standard we didn't always find with more expensive rooms throughout our holiday. Thoroughly recommend and we wouldn't hesitate booking again when we visit Cebu next.

Wir mussten unsere Buchung aufgrund des Typhoons verschieden, Efleda hat alles exzellent geregelt und wir mussten nicht Mals Aufpreis zahlen. Zudem wurde uns ein super Shuttle zum Flughafen organisiert, der nur 15 Minuten gebraucht hat. Alles was man für eine nacht vorm Flug braucht!

The bed was very comfortable

Just as described/ pictured. We only stayed one night but clean and great wifi (I was able to take work meetings). Host is an excellent communicator and instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow.

Building in general is a bit rundown but apartment itself is well maintained/ clean.

Struttura a 7 minuti di auto dall’aeroporto, molto comoda! Palazzo non nuovo ma abitazione si. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa!

Very clean, exactly as described. Efleda was a great host. She was always available to respond to questions and sent detailed check-in instructions well ahead of the trip. The location is superb. Very close to the airport and all amenities.

There was a time conflict with my reservation due to the reservation difference that my arrival was out of the check-in time. Miss Efleda resolved the problem promptly. She's very friendly and courteous. I really appreciate how she handled the situation with a sense of urgency. I really appreciate her customer service expertise. Das Apartment hat alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Flughafennähe braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und ruhig, es gibt ausreichend Steckdosen und Beleuchtung. Unten im Haus ist ein Restaurant, in dem man sehr gute Pizza essen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Der Swimmingpool hatte kein Wasser - für uns war das nicht relevant, weil wir sowieso keine Zeit zum Schwimmen hatten.

The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. It was nice and easy to get to from the airport! Close by to things and very comfortable

I don't think the fridge was working!

Right next to the airport so perfect for a layover - 20 min walk or 5 min taxi, the room was spacious & clean & even had games & netflix. The man at the front desk was really helpful & there is an italian restaurant and shop in the same complex

Very comfortable apartment close to the airport. Ideal to recover from the flight before travelling onwards the next day. Excellent communications and good facilities, we will use again.

We got in at midnight from the airport & just needed a clean place to sleep before heading south in the morning. This was very close to the airport. The area is not pretty, & the building looks old, but the room was nice & clean & quiet. Just what we needed. Really appreciated the drinking water provided. Host was very clear with needed information.

Gorgeous layout of the suite. Super comfortable. Nice Italian restaurant downstairs for easy eating when you are tired from your trip. Great hot showers. Free Netflix. Kitchen with 2 fridges 😆. And when I left something in the room, the owner sent it to me in a courier within an hour of me checking out. Top notch all around.

💯 superb. The room was clean and cozy with complete kitchen needs. Wifi/internet was good. Bed was so comftable and relaxing.

The concierge was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was just somewhere to stay overnight en route to the islands. It fitted that criteria perfectly. Very close to the airport so perfect after a late flight arrival.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious with all the amenities you would need! We arrived quite late (11:30pm) after a full day of travelling to the Philippines, the accommodation is less than 10 minutes drive to the airport and 30 minutes to the the port. check in was super easy with a lovely lady behind the desk. The bed was so comfortable and the temperature was perfect and good air con! The hosts were very helpful with any queries and quick to respond on booking.com. We had a short stay but would definitely recommend! Thank you to the hosts at Condo Azur suits
