Reviewed Nov 27, 2025Lage am Flughafen ist gut,sind in der Nähe schon öfter 2 bis 3 Tage gewesen. Auch das Umfeld der Anlage ist super.
Es handelt sich ja um ein Condo Apartment, in unserem Fall hatten wir ein komfortable Apartment gebucht ,aber ein sehr baufälliges Apartment ohne Balkon neben dem lauten Haupteingang bekommen.Der Besitzer hat nach Aufforderung erst spät ,dann unpräzise geantwortet und dann uns in diesem Apartment ohne Warmwasser und keinerlei Komfort wohnen lassen.Dusche ging auch nicht. VERHALTEN DES BESITZERS NICHT AKZEPTABEL.

Reviewed May 20, 2025The Area Is Peaceful and Clean,it's near the airport and there are food places near the condominium. The staff are friendly and the view outside is nice I also like the pool.
The air-conditioning is poor The sliding window going to the balcony doesn't have a lock. The room doesn't have a rice cooker and it is not designed for cooking.not recommended for more than a day of stay.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2025it was in a great location , next to the airport . perfect for a layover 👍👍 all the amenities i needed to freshen up, used the internet, watch a show and passed out on the comfy bed . The studio is spacious enough for 2. had fridge , microwave and lots of snacks available in the room for a low fee , so no need go out in the middle of the night if u got the munchies 😀hot water was hot 👍i can see the owner has put a lot of thought in this place for a passing traveler..it was just what i was looking for at a great price 👍
i could not find anything that i did not like … clean and relaxing .

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025These are small flats but they have everything you need from microwave kettle rice cooker hot plate and a fridge. You even get Netflix. Peter the owner was very attentive to our needs and a great host I would highly recommend this place to anyone it's great location for eating out too.

I want to thank Peter again for all his help, as he went above and beyond to help us. I have never had any location respond as quickly as he did to my inquiries through the contact feature on booking.com. I would absolutely stay here again.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2024Location is good for airport but there is nothing around really. There are good restaurants within 5 min walk, but not much else. Pool is a great feature.
Place is good, but seriously take 1 hr to fix a few things. You can rent a bunch of other apartments in the complex that are better maintained than this one. Broken toilet seat etc. These things have been in the reviews for a while. Fix them!

Reviewed Oct 24, 2024So happy with my stay here , is actually quite hard find a good accommodation in Cebu . Clean , tidy , they provide water , flipflops, there is drinks on the fridge , healthy crisps, everything at very reasonable price great location in Lapu Lapu aswell. The bed however, even tho is comfortable, feels small in length and narrow too ....I am 5f9 and my misses 5.1 And we felt compressed, if you are over 6 foot tall , I think would be a issue .
They charged me 500 pesos for parking my hired motorbike, that's taking the piss, is a absolutely rip off, nothing justify this as most parking spaces in Cebu is around 25/35 pesos ...... absolutely insane. Arrived late, didn't know the area , so ended up paying it as I already got robbed by local authorities for parking in a private space and they took 1500 pesos from me . But next day , found a 10 minute walking parking space for free .

Reviewed Jun 4, 2024location of the apartments could be classified as under construction. building new ones nearby. seems to be a booming area. a couple of restaurants within a short walk. balcony faces a wooded area.
looks like apt needs some repair. specially in the bathroom. caulking defective. pipes corroded. air conditioner was a bit weird to operate, finally got it to cool but for size of apt, took a while. screen was torn, microwave was rusted.
