Hledali jsme ubytování pro 4 a parkování pro karavan v centru. A to bylo absolutně splněno. Hostitel je velký pohodář a moc milý. Klidně bychom zůstali déle, ale nebyl čas. Trondheim je moc pěkné město.

Alles: ganz entzückende kleines Häuschen. Sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Supernetter Vermieter, mit dem wir auch das eine oder andere interessante Gespräch führen könnten. Tolle Lage zur Stadt mit praktischem Parkplatz.

Läget, huset och värden Per var helt fantastiskt. Helt klart värt ett besök i Trondheim. Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka.

Vi likte oppholdet veldig godt. Leiligheten var ren og fin, og vertene var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende.

Sjarmerende leilighet med glimrende beliggenhet i stille, sentrumsnært område. Veldig hyggelig vert som ikke sa nei til å slå av en prat :) Passer fint for par med eller uten små barn.

The facilities

Super Lage. Nur 5 min ins Bakklandstorget Quartier (Kanal mit den farbigen Häuser). Ruhig und gemütlich. Zum Schlafzimmer geht es durch das Bad.

Treppe ins Appartment hoch ist steil.Gut zu wissen mit schweren Koffern.

Everything was fixed as described - all the small details are taken care - smautstyr, towels, bedsheets etc. Host was a very helpful and friendly person, I am happy I got to stay at Mercury house.

Unfortunately, during the stay roads nearby was closed, but it just means that very soon it will be fully refurbished roads leading to the apartment.

Overall it was okay for our one night stay while travelling through Trondheim. It was clean.

There is roadworks happening in the location and the roadworks is incorrectly marked on google maps. This resulted in us driving around for a good while before we found our way to the house. I didn’t like the property layout - the living space is on the first floor, so if you have heavy luggage, expect some exercise. The washroom is a walkthrough one between the living room and the bedroom. The path and stairs to the property were not cleared of snow before our arrival and was extremely slippery! The owner could do some work on the hospitality side of things - first thing you see when you enter is a list of rules and associated fines. I wish I took a picture, but there were things like: - a fine for leaving excessive amount of trash - how do you define excessive amount of trash???! - damaging the towels and bed linen - sure I drove 5000km to damage your bed linen. It’s okay to have rules, but it doesn’t have to be the first thing you throw at your guests. It creates an awkward and unwelcoming feeling. There’s a rules sheet on the door which is the first thing you see when you arrive, then another full book of rules or whatever upstairs. There’s a note on the trash bin to take out the trash during check out - no thank you I have no intention slipping and injuring myself on your uncleared, snow-covered paths because of trash. And this is the type of stuff that truly made us feel unwelcome - we barely slept and decided to check out first thing in the morning - which as per my understanding was also against the rules but hey, try stopping us!

Absolutely disgusting place! The bathroom was filthy - looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bed sheets were clearly not washed, smelled awful, and felt dirty. The couch stank, and there was zero heating - freezing cold inside! Don't waste your money or your time here, this place is a disgrace!

En sjarmerende leilighet i et av Trondheims mest trivelige områder. Beliggende i et stille og rolig nabolag med lite trafikk. Leiligheten ligger i et koselig hus og har et godt utstyrt kjøkken, komfortabel seng, og høy standard på renhold. I underetasjen bor hyggelige mennesker. Enkel og grei adgang med kodelås.

Det er lite å utsette på denne leiligheten. Dusjen var litt trang og plassert tett inntil toalettet, noe som kunne være upraktisk. Leiligheten kunne med fordel vært gjort litt mer innbydende og “varm” med en liten baderomsmatte og tepper på soverommet. Jeg savnet også utsikten mot Nidarosdomen, ettersom det stod “Cathedral View”. Til gjengjeld var det fin utsikt mot en koselig liten uteplass.

Mercury House is a delightful loft apartment with everything you need for a lovely break in Trondheim. It’s an easy walk to all the major attractions. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations for local sites.

Great location and had just about everything you needed in the attic apartment. Owner was friendly and helpful. Nice to have a parking spot.

There really isn’t a cathedral view because of the attic windows, just the spire. Lovely view put of the main window though.

Fantastic location everything within walking distance. Very clean, comfortable and big living room with kitchen and a great bedroom. Really nice host that could not do enough to help you with everything!!!

Leaving it.

The apartment is very close to the center and there is free parking. The owner is very helpful and friendly. After check-out, he let our car stay in the parking for a few more hours and we could comfortably walk around the city. I definitely recommend it🤗

Lovely host, a very cosy home and in a perfect location - just a short walk from the city centre along a beautiful road. Had everything we needed and more. Thank you very much for our lovely stay in such a peaceful place.

We needed a last minute accommodation and The response was immediate. The location couldn’t be better, in walking distance of the major sites. The host is so friendly and accommodating! We left a necklace behind and, much to our relief, he found it and is going to send it. Plus, the free parking is great! We would love to return and highly recommend it!

Very nice & cozy place right in the center of Trondheim. Small nice terrace in front of the house. Comfy beds. Very clean & new. Fully equipped with everything you might need (including in the kitchen - fridge, refrigerator, oven, pans, coffee, oil, salt, etc.) Functional smart TV. Comfy beds. Free parking on site. The city center is 3 minutes away by foot - superb town. Very simpatique host. We have fully enjoyed our stay.

We liked the host the most. He is very welcoming and cool person and gave us a treat.

The room was very small. The toilet was opened and everyone passing by can see the person in there. Space was not enough.

Location was beautiful in the old city centre. The appartement was large, clean, comfortabel and had everything you need, even a washing machine. The location was quiet, no cars. There was a garden to sit in. The beds were good And the host was very friendly.

Nice place in a great location. You can walk to the city centre and the castle easily in just a few minutes. The flat has everything you need for cooking and the owner is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Not much to say here. There are no curtains in the living room area where the sofa bed is. It can be quite light at night as the Norwegian sun stays up long. The person who sleeps on the sofa bed should bring an eye mask if he/she is sensitive to light.
