Very cute and cozy apartment with all the amenities you would need. The space is more than enough if you travel light (we were 3 people, with cabin bags and backpacks. Great location The free parking is a big bonus The host is great - very responsive, even at hours that I would not have expected that. Basically any small issue that we had was solved withing 30' (even at 11pm 😱)

Headed out on foot to catch the match at one of the big public viewing squares, and the stroll through Trondheim was part of the experience. The location is perfect for exploring everything on foot. My only regret? Not staying longer — would've loved a few more days to properly get to know the city and its people. Thanks for hosting — I'll be back

Die Lage und der kostenlose Parkplatz sind ein Pluspunkt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alle Zugangsdaten wurden rechtzeitig mitgeteilt.

Als wir die Wohnung betraten, kam ein übler Geruch auf uns zu, welcher während des Aufenthaltes immer schlimmer wurde. Es roch nach verwesten Tieren und Rauch. Die Handtücher und die Frottee- und Bettwäsche rochen ebenfalls nach Rauch - sehr eklig!! Der Vermieter wurde von uns über die schmutzigen Zustände informiert und hat auch reagiert. Eine Reaktion bzw. Rechtfertigung reicht aber manchmal nicht aus. Die Kosten waren sehr hoch und entsprechen absolut keinem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Fotos sind zudem nicht mehr aktuell. Lassen Sie sich von den Bildern nicht täuschen. Diese Unterkunft war das Schlimmste, was ich jemals bei einer Reise erlebt habe. Der Wasserkocher war rostig, das WC schmutzig, die Dusche in einem ekligen Zustand. Wir haben das Apartment am Morgen früh verlassen. Den Gestank hielten wir nicht mehr aus.

I liked the Location. Walkable from the train station. For me everything from the apartment was walking distance in Trondheim. I didn’t have a car but there’s free parking. That’s not the case in Trondheim on the street. It was my first stop so I didn’t have any dirty clothes, but there’s a washer and dryer there. It was fully equipped, had all the supplies, including free coffee. I would stay there again if I were in town.

There was nothing to dislike.

Convenient access, cute little room, comfortable bed, everything you need in the room. There might be a little dust, but it's tolerable. Overall, I liked this place and will come back often.

The shower area is a bit cramped.

Das alte Haus hat einen besonderen Charme und die Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz ist an einer echt guten Lage.

Das Internet war sehr schwach...

We had a great stay in Trondheim! The apartment is small, but cozy and still big enough for two people for a couple of days. It had everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring the city by foot and the parking lot is definitely a luxury in a city where parking spaces are very limited.

Leiligheten er koselig og ligger sentralt til. Sengene er gode og det er lite støy fra gaten og omgivelser.

God beliggenhed, nem forklaring på hvorledes man kom ind til stedet samt parkerings forhold. Rent og pænt. God kommunikation med udlejer som svarer hurtig på henvendelser. Nemt at komme rundt i byen fra lejligheden.

Ik heb een negatieve beoordeling gegeven . Op de website vond ik er niets van terug. Ik ben het totaal oneens met jullie beoordeling op het net. Ik was totaal negatief over dit verblijf in Trontheim. Ik had één positief punt en dat is opgenomen in het review. Ik ben totaal onthutst over jullie manier van werken. Josette Lenders  de kunst van het leven is leven.

Właściciel komunikatywny, bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Bardzo dziękujemy za opiekę i gościnę. Apartament mały, ale wszystko, co niezbędne w nim jest. Bardzo dobrze wyciszony. Super lokalizacja. Darmowy parking. Pyszna kawa.

Apartament trochę mały na cztery osoby :), ale na dwie noce wystarczający.

God instruks fra udlejer om adgangs-og parkeringsforhold. Den centrale beliggenhed, vi kunne gå til det meste. Man kunne rimelig nemt få fat i udlejer.

For lidt læselys. Toiletsæde sad løst Manglende instruks om, hvad vi skulle gøre, da induktionspladen pludselig ikke virkede. Fik dog hjælp af udlejer dagen efter, men vi kunne have klaret det selv, hvis vi havde vidst, hvad vi skulle gøre, da det var sket før. Gadedøren svær at åbne, den binder, hvilket gjorde, at man måtte smække den hårdt i til gene for andre i huset, ligesom vi selv var lidt generet af det. Pga vejarbejde, omkørsel og lukket vej, var det svært at finde frem, da vi kom til byen. Mødte heldigvis en sød ung mand, som viste omkørslen på vores kort.

Sehr gut gelegen, man kann alles einfach zu Fuß erreichen und nette Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist wohl klein aber wie sagt man fein. Alles war einfach und sauber. Der Austausch mit dem Inhaber war sehr nett 👍 alles einfach

good location, beautiful house, washing machine and the dryer. During our stay the weather was very hot and the host bought the fan. Good and safe parking space.

the shower was small and very low so it was uncomfortable. The pay for the dog was 220 NOK.

The owner responds quickly to questions and is very helpful and understanding. Check in was easy. All the amenities are available: washer and dryer, shower.The bed was comfortable.

Highly recommended, I had to book spontaneously because of a flight delay late that evening. Very good communication and a nice guy.

The place was a little small which may be a problem for longer stays but it was more than adequate for our one night stay.

very nice landlords. everything was clean and nice. the location was great, little traffic and little general "city" noise in the apartment. can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience. one big plus was, of course, the parking lot behind the apartment, where the car could be left alone.

The possibility to connect with the owner on the late night, and his communicableness, very nice person, ready to help in hard situation, even if he's doesn't have to and even at 12:00 of night!

As for apartments I liked this, and maybe don't have things that I didn't like, it was very helpful solution in my situation.

I stayed in the appartment with my husband and my daughter. We really enjoyed our stay. The appartment is very clean, warm and cosy. It is in a romantic part of Trondheim with small coloured wooden houses and a few steps from the center. Parking was very convenient. The communication with the host was very nice and fast. All in all, it was much better for us than staying in the hotel. We will certainly stay in this appartment again when we are in Trondheim.

Everythingh was perfect

LOCATION, Location, location: It was a very cute apartment on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable. Living room was a perfect size. Kitchen was fully equipped. We could walk anywhere in the downtown Trondheim. For further locations, there were buses within a block. We hired the host, Sean, to visit Frosta area where my husband’s ancestors are from. Sean not only took us everywhere in Frosta area, he even helped to locate the churches and checked the gravestones with us. We had a great lunch together. Very friendly host. The washer and dryer in the apartment were so useful since we were going to continue our trip after our stay.

We were pleased with everything.

The location and the parking were excellent.

No storage space to unpack. No drawers or wardrobe. Hot water tank too small. Only enough hot water for 1 shower. Shower height not adjustable. Fitted incorrectly! Bed was pushed up against the wall and tiny space at the bottom of the bed. Had to climb over.

This was a great location, space well utilized, we were able to park our car AND trailer. Everything within walking distance. Clear and concise instructions from the host. I recommend and eill return 😃

Someone arrived in the middle of the night to the neighbouring appartment andmade a racket. The house is quite loud but I guess this is expected in an old wooden house.

The property was very small for 4 guests. It can be good for 2 but definitely very very congested for 4 once they open the sofa bed ( which is quite uncomfortable) in the first room. No room to even open your luggage. Only two. Small chairs in the property. Very congested Also hot water was a problem. The hosts has turned off the hot water and did not inform us. First day we assumed that the kids had used the water and there was a 50 min wait time for water to heat up. Then realised second day that there was no hot water.

Small Apartment , a big parking lot and a very nice Location. In 5 Minuten you can Walk into the city centre. There also was a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

After our stay, after about 7 days, we received a claim via booking com for almost 100€ compensation in kind, which we were supposed to pay. The clothes rail fell off during our stay and was already wobbly beforehand. We of course reported this directly to the landlord but received no reply and only 7 days later, out of nowhere, this outrageously high amount of compensation. These are signs of wear and tear that occur over time and should not be paid for by the guest. The shower needs a renovation.

Beautiful and cozy place in the centre of the Trondheim. Fully equipped apartment and washing machine and a dryer is huge benefit.

Minor, parking is on the other side of the building so you have to walk around the whole block, but still, there is free parking which is always ++ in the centre of the city.

I was greeted by the stench of cigarette smoke, an incessantly barking dog in the neighbouring flat, and the constant noise of traffic right outside the window. The shower didn’t work properly, the couch is ludicrously soft even to sit on, and the whole place is musty. If you do use the back bedroom it’s right by the communal bins. The description of the property is misleading and it’s certainly not quiet. The cigarette smoke is disgusting, either from the neighbour blowing in, or from previous occupants, or both. I left after two hours and, needless to say, the dishonourable owners refused to refund a penny of my two night booking even though the property is clearly not fit for purpose.

The apartment was warm and cosy. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the city, easy walking to most attractions. It had all of the necessary equipment for a short stay.
