Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce homestay ! L’accueil a été vraiment chaleureux et nous nous sommes sentis très bien dès notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux. Notre hôte était adorable, disponible et toujours prête à nous aider, notamment pour trouver des vélos, un scooter ou organiser des excursions. Une belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Очень понравилось проживание, хозяйка очень гостеприимная, готовила вкуснейшие завтраки. Номер просторный, все работает, кровати удобные, можно освежиться в бассейне. До моря 5 минут. Рядом есть местный рынок с фруктами и т.п.

Не могу ничего отрицательного написать, все отлично, обязательно еще вернемся.

Me and my partner stayed here and we loved it, I would definitely recommend staying here! The lady running it is so lovely and kind and she is always around if you need anything, the room looked just like the picture and was very spacious and clean (you can tell she really takes care of her home!) the room had 2 towels per person which is perfect! A hair dryer, iron and lots of storage space plus good air con and a fan too There was a good sized pool with a couple of inflatables in which looked very clean and looked after, around the pool was also kept very clean at all times (sadly we didn’t have time to go in) The location is perfect, quiet enough to get a good nights sleep but close to the beach, shops and restaurants Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk. Onze kinderen kregen super lief fruit van ze en waren erg behulpzaam met het regelen van scooters. Kamers waren erg schoon.

The location was great. Just a short walk to the main Street. Good value for money in terms of breakfast being included.

Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed with the accommodation. The owner didn't speak an ounce of English which is fine but atleast get some signs printed or use translate. The room was old and dated. The pool wasn't inviting. The owner locked us out on the night we stayed there. Luckily we were able to call the number and get someone to let us in. Generally we didn't feel welcomed and the pictures look a lot nicer than in reality. I would not stay here again. Also the AC did not work so we had a fan between 2 of us in a big bedroom. Breakfast was very basic but I liked the fruit. Not sure why we were given hot coffee when we ordered Cafe Sua Da. In general a very average room abd very below average welcome. Try putting a lock code on the gate so people can get.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Balkon. Sehr sauber! Die Gastgeberin hat uns freundlicherweise sogar schon 3h vorher einchecken lassen! Gute Lage und gute Ausstattung! Sehr empfehlenswert

The place is super clean and modern. The tenants are absolutely wonderful, helpful with everything we need. The food is also great.

The location is perfect, far enough from all the noise but less than a 5 min walk to the beach or action. Really comfortable beds and rooms. The staff, mother and daughter team are so kind and helpful with whatever you need. Highly recommend, this is my second time staying and I'll be back!

It rained a lot. There is nothing to not like about the place.

Staff were friendly and very helpful even with a language barrier at times, although the daughter Phuc told me to contact her on WhatsApp for anything and she could always communicate for me. Breakfast was lovely with a number of different options daily. They organized a scooter for us, a tour and transportation for our forward Journey. We would recommend and would stay there again when in this part of the world.

The balcony was small but it was still nice to be able to sit outside

Perfect! Not sure if I ever rated all tens but I can't say anything different. This offers the hospitality and connection of a honestly with the service and luxury of a hotel. The room was big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The family running the place were super nice and helpful, you have a separate access though, so can keep distance when you like. The whole family is so heartfelt lovely. The location itself can not be better. A very short and cheap grab ride to Hoi An old town (or a bycicle ride through rice paddies), a variety of restaurants, spas, shops within two minutes (walk) and similar way to the beach. You can see the hectic old town or the busy beach town and have a peaceful retreat, while still getting the benefits of town/beach with little to no effort. The rooms were super clean. I was in the room with the patio, which was a nice spacious place. To what I saw also the balconies if the other rooms were a decent size, not like in many other places. I got a tour via hotel, 30% less than the next cheapest offer I could find. You can rent a (good!) scooter or bicycle via this place. I have tried a number of places on the past in Hoi An and on the beaches, I absolutely recommend this one

Wonderful hostess, the rooms were comfortable and the clean. Rooms were cleaned daily and resupplied and they even gave us beach and swimming pool towels. 5 minute walk tot he beach!

Wir waren fast 3 Wochen hier und haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Lage perfekt, das Frühstück Abwechslungsreich und die Gastgeber erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch -> Roller-Verleih, Ausflüge, Airportshuttle, Wäscheservice, Massage... um nur einige zu nennen. Der Pool ist perfekt um sich abzukühlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unglaublich gut. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Grande chambre, salle de bain moderne et impeccable avec espace douche séparé du reste de la salle de bain pour ne pas tout inonder. La piscine est petite mais très agréable pour se rafraîchir. Accueil souriant. Situé tout près du marché et pas loin de la plage.

Amazing hosts, who were super friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable!! Breakfast was awesome, the beds were super comfortable and the pool is amazing!!

The host are very welcome and response to all the needs during our stay. The house is easy access to the beach and just 15 minutes by motorbike to Hoi An old city! And the most important thing for us: the house is located in a very quiet area and car can park easier in front of the house.

Nothing, the house is more than what we expected with the price so nothing to complain about.

The location is wonderful, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants, cafes, etc. and 10-15 mins drive to Hoi An. Right around the corner, there's a very cute new cafe called Bong-appetit, and they make really nice cakes, coffee and tea. The room was quiet and comfortable. The place felt very safe. The neighbourhood feels residential, calm, friendly - it's a nice ambiance!

I don't have much complaints because anything I didn't know, Mia would message me back right away on Whatsapp to explain. The ceiling fan in the room is so nice to have, but it can be really noisy, and the lights from the TV and aircon are bright at night (I unplugged the TV). It's a really nice place.

Woundeful homestay with the kindest people. Nice bed and pillows, small fridge in the room a lovely little balcony, quiet street cloes to the beach and the restaurants and bars just around the corner and the morningmarket cloes by. Brekfast by the meny! The frech fruitplatter with yougurth is amazing and the orange juice is frechly preesed.

A short walk from the beach and a bicycle ride or short taxi into old town. Super close to the Main Street of An Bang where there are lots of restaurants etc. Rooms and bathrooms are updated and spotless. Many yummy breakfast options. Best of all is the super kind lady running it ❤️ We didn’t want to leave!!

The room was spacious, stylish, beautiful and so close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Could have had drinking water in the room and perhaps warmer overhead lights but i’m aware that’s totally a personal preference. I would have extended my stay regardless.

Room was large and nicely furnished, good shower and plenty of towels.

WiFi was weak, Lady was nice and smiley, unfortunately she didn't have any English so it was impossible to ask for any information etc. Breakfast room was directly outside of our room so you are woken by the noise from 6:30am onwards.

This place felt like staying with family. The hosts were very kind and took care of everything for us when needed. The rooms were cozy and it became home. The location is great, on a quiet street and a 5 min walk to the quite part of An Bang beach. In 10 minutes you are straight in the action. It's also easy access for Grab taxis to come and take you to Hoi An or even Danang.

The little house nested in a lovely neighborhood which so close to An Bang Beach, I love everything in this location as well as the beach. Not so crowded, not so busy (especially at this time of the year), perfect for a weekend hide away as we did.

Takes a while to drive to the ancient Hoi An, but we knew that before choosing the place. Luckily we rented our own motorbike so everything is fine, no problem. If you have to depend on a bicycle, then quite hard on you.

We stayed extra because we love it.

The family was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is great - a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Cozy room that was quiet at night.

We had a such a lovely stay here! The location is great, a couple mins walk to the beach and loads of restaurants, bars and cafes. The family that ran were so nice and made us feel so welcome and comfortable! Breakfast was really good and included fresh mango grown at the homestay! The room's are big and modern, the bed and bedding were really comfortable and bathroom was great. The whole place was very clean. We had no complaints whatsoever!

We had a lovely stay here. Super clean room, lovely family, and a great breakfast included. The pool was a bonus, too. Really close to loads of restaurants and eateries, the local market, and the beach. Perfect location.

Excellent location 5minute walk to the beach, with lots of lovely bars and restaurants on the way. Room had a balcony, wardrobe, kettle and fridge. Good sized separate shower and toliet. Lovely hosts, would clean room daily providing fresh towels, water and toliet paper each day. She would always wait until we had left the room to clean ,unlike typical "room service" you find in hotels were they wake you up, this was a really nice touch.

The swimming is very small more like a plunge pool but very clean.

A family-run business where everyone was very friendly, open and kind. Delicious breakfast, very comfortable beds, hot rain shower, clean linen and a fantastic stay all round.

Quiet accommodation near An Bang beach run by a very nice family. Everyone was so nice and helped us arrange everything including renting a scooter and transport to and from the airport in Danang. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast adequate. The pool although very small was enough to refresh ourselves. We are very glad we chose this accommodation for our 3 days in Hoi An.

We were here in the off season and haven't had the best of weather. So we could enjoy the beautiful accommodation even more. Everything was nice and cosy and the breakfast was also great. It's run by a lovely lady with a lovely family which also runs a nice spa that we also can highly recommend(Mimi Spa).

Location was better than expected,short cut to beach over the road with some good eating places on the way.The homestay itself was very nice and well cared for.Room was Large and bathroom also very big,our balcony looked straight into next door so didn’t use it but other rooms look on to the pool.Owner speaks good English and was very helpful.Would stay again if went back to the same area.

We liked everything about this homestay! The rooms were nice and clean, we also got fresh towels after two days. Also the breakfast you can order in addition is very good (+a good price for the area of An Bang Beach). Walking distance to the beach is 7-10min, so no big deal. A lot of nice restaurants are close by, as well as mini supermarkets and a real fresh market (which is open in the morning). Lovey homestay! Nice pool!

Nice hotel with good breakfast close to the beach. It is a 10 minute drive to Hoi An old town. Mia is very friendly. Her family has a tailor shop and they make beautifull clothes within a day for a fair price. Mia also has a spa with great service! Would definitely recommend this place!

The swimming pool is really small, it looks bigger on the pictures. But it is not that bad because it is nicer to go to the beach within a 5-minute walking distance.

Such a great location with clean rooms and lovely hosts. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting An Bang (especially with the super reasonable price!)

Loved everything! Unfortunately the main shower head didn’t work but it didn’t bother either of us because the pressure of the smaller one was perfect!

Everything was really great. Personel and hotel was really nice and tidy.

Owners were very accommodating and helpful. They can arrange taxis and help with washing. Location was a short walk from the beach and about 90k Dong to Hoi An town centre. Air-con was brilliant!

No tea or coffee in the room

Walking distance to the beach. The host family has been really lovely. The room was clean with a little balcony outside. The bed was cozy and really comfortable. The room with bathroom has been really big and hot water was running. Air condition easy to use. Clean tiny pool if you want to jump in.

Fresh towels every day have been smelling a bit like sweat.

The owner is very kind and the accommodation was great. Probably one of the best room we have stayed in Vietnam so far, European standards in terms of cleanliness and decor. The bathroom was good as well. Close to the beach, 10mins walk.

it looks like we had some issue with the A/C in the room. It worked but the room didn’t get as cold as we wanted. Not a big thing anyway, as there was also a ceiling fan in the room

Great design, good early morning taxi to the airport. Easy walking distance to everywhere you need to be. Fairly quiet

Bed too soft for me-but thats personal preference. Ceeling fan didn't work (aircon did though)

Exceptional stay! Wonderful place, very stylish rooms and the details are very well thought of, balcony is a great plus. We had an amazing stay there and had to extend - it's impossible to stay just for one night. The ladies are super warm and hospitable. Would recommend this place 200%.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and the room was far more than we imagined for the price. We decided to stay an extra night based on this, which is something we have never done before. If you look at the location and think it's far out then you are wrong as it takes no time at all to walk to the 'heart' of it all. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious (we stayed in the Mimosa room) and shower pressure was really good. We would definitely recommend.

Not a fault of the hotel as such but it can get very noisy from a local entertainment venue nearby. And by noisy I mean it's like they are performing in the accomodation. It usually stops around 22:00-22:30pm.

The rooms are very Nice, very clean and have a great bathroom. The owner was very kind, they have perfect service of loundry. Very near to the beach and a 15 minutes by car to Town (80M per trip to Town). We really enjoy this place!

Lovely family that run the homestay. They were very helpful and kind during our time, ensuring we had everything we needed plus more. Even having the room ready for us for early check in Most quiet street we found in Vietnam, with no road noise at all We slept peacefully in a large bed overlooking the pool
