Fotos differ from reality. Too expensive for what they offer. The beach is close due to maintenance and it was quite loud. This information was not provided in advance by the hotel. The rooms are small in comparison to other options.

We have stayed at the Sea Lavie before and also had a fabulous time. The breakfast options are very good and the location is great for access to some great restaurants and bars. There is also a fantastic and very affordable (same day) laundry service available in the cafe directly across the road from the hotel which made it even more convenient and the wonderful Resort staff were very helpful in organising a taxi back to Danange airport on my day of departure, making the whole experience completely stress free. If you're staying in An Bang make sure you visit the Surf and Turf Bar and Restaurant just a few meters from Sea Lavie... you won't be disappointed with the experience and Matt's friendly service team. Tell them "Hi" from me! :)

Unfortunately the beach access is still under some construction at the resort so I was unable to to just walk down for a morning swim. There is access further down the road... it was only a little inconvenient but worth it.

The location is a bit south of the main bit of An Bang beach - so good if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle. There are still nice restaurants nearby, but a 15 min walk to the main part of the beach.

Unfortunately, during our stay, the beach was being shored up against erosion, so we really couldnt access it - but it wasnt a long walk to the nicer beach, and it's only a short term issue.

Great location. Great facilities

Staff are incredible and very helpful, were wonderful with our kids and answered lots of questions for us. Breakfast is good! Try the Coconut coffee! Also the restaurant directly across the road is amazing!

Value for money is great here, the beach out the front has had a big storm but if you go down to the end of the road (north end) and walk down onto beach, you can get to the end of An Bang main beach which is lots of action and sunlounges. Also in the other direction, not long by bicycle, you can find hidden beach.

Hotel pulitissimo e veramente ben organizzato, colazione eccellente a buffet con uova strapazzate o omlette fatte al momento, yogurt, frutta fresca, verdure, pancake e piatti caldi salati e tanto altro.

In questo periodo la spiaggia di fronte e’ inagibile come in tante altre spiaggie per il posizionamento di frangiflutti, per salvaguardare la spiaggia…cosa ovviamente non imputabile all’hotel.

Giáp biển, nhưng cũng ngần có nhà hàng, khách sạn khá đông vui.

Khi tôi tới chỗ nghỉ vào dịp trung tuần tháng 8, bãi biển ở đây bị cấm bởi chính quyền đang thực hiện việc bồi lấp cát chống sóng biển xâm thực. Vậy nên tôi không thể tắm biển ở đây được, và chúng tôi cũng không nhận được thông báo gì về điều này khi đặt phòng. Tôi không hài lòng lắm với nhân viên lễ tân của khách sạn. Khi chúng tôi tới khu nghỉ đã quá giờ nhận phòng rồi, nhưng chúng tôi vẫn chưa được nhận phòng. tôi cảm thấy nhân viên lễ tân ở đây thiếu chuyên nghiệp và thiếu trung thực. Lúc đó phòng của chúng tôi vẫn chưa được dọn dẹp xong bởi khách thuê trước trả phòng muộn. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên không trung thực, không trình bày rõ hoàn cảnh mà cứ nói dối quanh quẩn nhằm kéo dài thời gian check in khiến chúng tôi không chủ động được thời gian. Nếu như họ trình bày rõ sự thật thì chúng tôi hoàn toàn có thể thông cảm và sắp xếp gửi hành lý để đi dạo hoặc đi chơi đâu đó. Nhưng họ không nói thật và chúng tôi vẫn cứ phải ngồi vạ vật ở lễ tân để chờ nhận phòng.

The pool is small and cozy. The location is nice, especially thom's cafe which is on the corner of the street

We booked the hotel because of the pictures and the promise that it was close to the beach. We were not informed that the beach was under renovation and all we saw were bulldozers and tractors with no access to the beach. We received a ridiculous compensation of $100 for this. In addition, we took two family rooms to be close to the children but were given rooms that were far away. Only after we insisted were we moved the next day. Another thing, the rooms smelled of sewage. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the hotel.

Let op: het strand wordt gerenoveerd. Dit houdt in dat er tussen 05:00 ‘s morgens tot na 17:00 ‘s middags flink geluidsoverlast is. Tevens is het strand niet bereikbaar. Wij hadden graag voorafgaand bericht hierover gehad zodat we onze beslissing hadden kunnen afwegen.

Very spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and hospitable, willing to help.

When you book a beachfront hotel, you expect that the beach is accessible. The whole beach is demolished by construction works. Heavy cranes, trucks .. noise, diesel fumes. You can even feel the vibrations. Of course, this job is needed to protect for flooding. The issue is that it was not mentioned in advance and/or no discount is offered. Furthermore, for that price (138 EUR per night) we expect a decent breakfast. Even, espresso, cappuccino, america ..coffee was not included in the breakfast

There are construction works at the beach, so all day smell of diesel and the noose of heavy machinery.. they will be busy for the next couple of months (so no beach view and no swimming) Smell of sewer in the room.. something was of with the toiletsystem

De kamers waren prima en het personeel erg vriendelijk. Het zwembad was groot met daar omheen een mooie tuin om te relaxen. In de straat zaten wat restaurants en een mini mart.

Het strand is niet toegankelijk vanwege herstelwerkzaamheden na een overstroming. Op loopafstand is wel een ander mooi stuk strand open. Vanuit het zwembad en de tuin van het hotel zit je wel in het werk geluid, in de kamer gelukkig weinig last van. Toch waren we blij met de locatie, andere straten langs het strand hadden ook werkzaamheden maar leken niet zo gezellig. Het was soms lastig om een grab van/naar het centrum te boeken. Dit was ook duurder dan andere plekken in Vietnam.

The hotel is in a quiet location with easy access to spas, mini marts, restaurants, and the surrounding area.

The biggest issue was that the beach was under construction during our stay, which was never communicated to us before arrival. From early morning until late evening, heavy machinery was operating directly outside, causing constant vibrations throughout our loft. The room regularly shook, feeling like ongoing small earthquakes, making it difficult to relax.

The room was nice and clean

The cocktails were non existent- no staff apparently. The garden and outdoor furniture were shabby. We came a year ago and loved it so wanted to stay here. There was a huge change, nothing had been updated and there were far fewer staff. Building work on the beach. Very expensive for the facilities and limited breakfast e.g. no poached eggs. Rubbish on tables outside a room left there all day and night.

Lovely room & pool

The beach was under construction right in front of the hotel which was very disappointing as we had not been informed. There was noisy heavy machinery every day & beach out of use. We had to cycle to get to a stretch of the beach not under construction.. Also the transfer which the hotel said that had booked from Da Nang train station didn't turn up and no apology for this, we made our own way to the hotel.

Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes demandé si nous étions au bon endroit. Notre soi-disant « suite » était vétuste, mal entretenue et très loin des standards annoncés. Nous avons immédiatement demandé l'annulation de notre séjour, qui nous a été refusée. Je souffre de problèmes de santé et j'avais signalé mes difficultés à monter les escaliers. Malgré cela, notre chambre se trouvait au 2ᵉ étage, sans ascenseur, avec de très nombreuses marches à gravir. Cette absence d'ascenseur n'est jamais mentionnée sur Booking, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement présenté comme un 4 étoiles. En rentrant le soir, nous avons constaté une importante couche de poussière sur les meubles et le réfrigérateur. Photos à l'appui, la seule réponse de l'hôtel a été de proposer de venir faire le ménage... à 21 h 30 ! La piscine n'a rien d'attrayant et est très bruyante, envahie par les cris d'enfants. La chambre comporte de nombreuses baies vitrées sans véritable occultation, ce qui nous a réveillés dès 6 h du matin avec la lumière du jour. Enfin, la plage est actuellement en plein travaux, donc impraticable. Les engins de chantier fonctionnent toute la journée, générant un bruit incessant. Nous avons même été réveillés par de fortes vibrations provoquées par ces travaux, au point de croire qu'il s'agissait d'un tremblement de terre. Le petit-déjeuner est également à revoir : nous avons vu un employé goûter le jus d'orange avec une cuillère avant de la remettre dans le récipient destiné aux clients, sans oublier les omelettes plus que baveuse (coulante) et relachant son huile, écoeurant. Le beurre, le jambon et d'autres aliments étaient laissés sans réfrigération dans une salle ouverte malgré une température extérieure de plus de 31 °C. À près de 150 € la nuit x 2 cet hôtel est de très loin le pire de notre séjour au Vietnam.

Très décevant. Le choix est limité et l'hygiène laisse à désirer. Nous avons vu un employé goûter le jus d'orange avec une cuillère avant de la remettre dans le récipient destiné aux clients. De plus, plusieurs aliments (beurre, jambon...) étaient laissés à température ambiante dans une salle ouverte malgré la chaleur. L'emplacement pourrait être agréable, mais la plage est actuellement impraticable en raison d'importants travaux. Les engins de chantier fonctionnent toute la journée, générant un bruit permanent et même des vibrations ressenties dans la chambre. Impossible de profiter du calme ou de la plage. L'état général de l'établissement, qui ne correspond absolument pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles. Chambre vétuste et poussiéreuse, absence d'ascenseur non mentionnée sur Booking malgré une chambre située au 2ᵉ étage avec de nombreux escaliers, plage impraticable en raison de travaux très bruyants, piscine peu agréable, chambre mal occultée laissant entrer la lumière dès 6 h du matin, manque d'hygiène au petit-déjeuner et refus de l'hôtel de trouver une véritable solution face à ces nombreux problèmes. Le rapport qualité-prix est très décevant.

Staff were so lovely. Breakfast was great and coffee was good too Kids loved the pool Rooms were comfortable and daily service. Water stations next to the pool were safe to drink Only a short trip from Ancient Town by Grab Nice quiet spot to sit on beach loungers overlooking the beach.

The beach is currently being built back up so we did experience heavy machinery on the beach right out in front. They might be gone by now. The food menu is only available til 1pm daily. We tried to order cocktails on their menu a couple of times and were told they couldn’t do it.

Hotel was located within a lovely quiet street with beautiful vendors and some good restaurants for dinner. The room was so spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The special birthday surprise for my husband was also a delight.

I didn't like that we could not access the beach because it was under construction.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea'Lavie Boutique Resort & Spa in Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located in a peaceful area just a short walk from the beach. What made our stay truly special was the incredibly warm, friendly, and family-like atmosphere. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfasts were also fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food to choose from every morning. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your kindness and hospitality made our holiday even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An and sincerely hope to come back one day. Wishing the entire team all the very best!

Отличный семейный номер и бассейн. Все отлично, нам все понравилось. На берегу насыпают новый чистый песок из моря, будет супер и прямой выход к морю.

Зарегистрировали быстро.

На береговой линии ведутся строительные работы. Укрепляют берег. Купаться в море не возможно. Море грязное. На букинге не было отмечено, что нет берега и ведуться работы. Персонал не захотел пойти еа встречу и вернуть сумму за минусом проживания в одни сутки. Вернули только половину со скандалом. Номера дорогие для данного района. Нет магазинов, обменников. Отдызающих там почти нет. Испорченный отдых, нервы и потерянные деньги.

В номере были муравьи. Завтраки однообразные и не вкусные. Береговая линия на стадии строительства из-за этого не комфортно проводить время у моря.

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy limpio. El desayuno es variado y rico. Y la zona de la piscina está muy bien.

Fuimos para estar cerca de la playa y no merece la pena porque la playa está toda en obras, sucia y no es agradable. Si vas buscando playa no es lo mejor. Había ruido porque estaban de obras y no pudimos descansar después de comer.

I really liked the view of the sea and the beach from the room . There is also a viewing area towards the beach side of the hotel where you can just lay down on the wooden lounge chairs and sip drinks. The room was spacious, clean and with comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and staffs were friendly and helpful as well.

Sea'Lavie offered everything we wanted from a boutique resort - the pool and beside the beach, private, great places to eat nearby, and access to activities. Nguyet was so welcoming and helpful and made our stay so easy. Our room had everything we needed and was quiet and clean. The Resort is in a quieter part of An Bang Beach so it was easy it wander around and see what the area had to offer.

Kamer was weer prima, ontbijt ook erg goed.

De kamers beneden bij het zwembad zijn familiekamers geworden voor Vietnamese gezinnen. De kamers werden bezet door 5 gezinsleden plus. Hierdoor is het voor ons geen boutique meer maar Sea lavie hotel en spa. De rust en kalmte is verdwenen ten opzichte van ons vorige bezoek. Er zijn nu werkzaamheden op het strand waardoor je geen ligbedjes kan krijgen. Het hotel heeft er niet erg veel.

Лучший бутик отель на этом пляже. Шикарная территория. Много приватных мест. Персонал выше всяких похвал. У отеля очень большое будущее.

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Отличное расположение, качественное питание близость к морю, большое количество на территории зон отдыха: зонтики шезлонги. Также на территории отеля имеется ландшафтный дизайн. Это один из лучших отелей на этом пляже.

Staff was not really welcoming, the building was under maintenance with loud noise, service delivery was really poor, I had to bring all my bags upstairs as no lift was available. Gym was false advertise as we had to pay for it.

Das Hotel war für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Hoi an ein Traum. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, war die Lage für uns nicht optimal, aber wer sich mehr Zeit an diesem Ort nimmt sollte in dieses Hotel gehen. Die Zimmer sind klasse, der Pool ist super und das Personal ist so herzlich dass man sich direkt zu Hause fühlt!

The hotel is very clean and nicely located in an easy to access area, not too crowded and also quite far to hear noise of the main street. Personnel is extremely nice and polite, a real pleasure to interract. Breakfast is very good and diverse, suited to all tastes. Pool area is also very nice and cozy.

朝食がおいしかった。フロントスタッフが親切にツアーの相談に乗ってくれた。14：00のチェックインだったが、準備を急いでくれて、90分ほど早く部屋に入って休憩することができた。近くにMini Shopがあり、ホテル正面のレストランが、まあまあおいしく便利。飲み物を部屋まで届けてくれるサービスは良かった。

Beachへ出るアクセス手法が難しく、行くのに苦労した。またBeachの近くに大型の船舶が係留＆作業をしていて、景観的に良くなかった。洗面台の排水が良くなく、水が一定時間溜まったままだった。

Le matin réveil à 6h30 par des enfants qui jouent dans la piscine alors qu’elle n’ouvre qu’à partir de 8h !! Côté plage pas terrible à cause des digues. Et enfin la propreté des gens qui jettent leurs papiers par terre .

Het ligt op een mooie plek. Wij hadden een kamer op eerste verdieping op de hoek

Douchen met een groot raam met inkijk naar tuin buren Kleine mini kamer De buren hoorde je zowat in je oor hoesten, Oud: oud hard matras met harde opstaande rand Mini balkon net als mini kamer Inkijk van andere gasten in je kamer waardoor geen privacy Maar vooral niet zo gastvrij. We kwamen om 09:00 vanaf vliegveld, ik begrijp dat ze je dan nog niet kan inchecken. Maar onze bagage werd in de hal gezet, we kregen geen aanbod om ons ergens te kunnen verkleden om bijvoorbeeld even zwembad te liggen tot de kamer klaar was. Ontbijt was maagjes. Voor koffie/cappuccino moedsten we meteen apart worden afgerekend. Ik bestel als ontbijt boterhammen met champignons, op de boterham zat er welgeteld 1 champignon gesneden in 10 kleine stukjes. We huurden elders elektrische fietsen, die konden we niet opladen, want zo zei de receptie, de regering promoot gewoon lopen en gewoon fietsen, en dat gaan wij niet stimuleren door fietsen op de laden. Ik heb dit hotel gekozen naar aanrijding van een persoonlijke hele goede review van een goede vriendin, maar dit was een aantal jaar geleden en kennelijk is er in die tijd veel veranderd Ik vond misschien wel vervelend dat ik niet het idee kreeg erg werk om te zijn. Ook al hebben we voor drie nachten betaald, zijn we we maar één nacht gebleven en zijn we voor twee nachten naar een andere hotel gegaan. Dan maar dubbel betalen. Op een gegeven moment ben je te oud om op een plek te verblijven waar je je niet prettig voelt.

Ну, у нас было постоянное замечание, зачем вы нас оставляете выбирать какие-то блюда, если. Ну, в принципе одно и то же, а мы хотим прийти и сразу кушать, но я думаю, что они наши замечания отработали. То есть мы пришли сразу, посмотрели, что есть наложили, сидели, пошли, покушали и не ждали. Очень понравилось, что лестница на спуск. Полуга и выполнена из бамбука, по ней очень удобно ходить босиком, когда таскаешь на себе оборудование для винга. Но желательно бы сделать её в 1, 5 раза шире, тогда было бы вообще классно. Для. Этой части дананга. Везде выход к морю затруднён из-за смытого берега, отель нужно рассмотреть на проживание.

В начале нам не понравилось, что здесь очень высокий берег и вроде как нету своего собственного пляжа, но когда мы осмотрели другие от находящиеся слева и справа мы увидели, что такая ситуация у всех и на пляж надо спускаться. В любом случае по лестнице. Получается, что своего пляжа вроде как нету. Лестница не очень широкая, мне с оборудованием для винкфлинга было немножко тяжеловато проходить, если фойл был большой. Если вначале мне не понравилась бамбуковая лестница, то потом, когда я начал ходить по не босиком, я понял, что бамбуковая лестница именно под уклоном-это намного удобнее, чем ступеньки.. В самом номере негде развесить белье для просушки, у нас был номер без балкона. И бассейн не работает после 8 вечера, а как раз. В это время он обычно нужен.

Als je rond 8u30 kwam ontbijten was er geen plaats om met ons gezin samen te zitten. Er zijn maar 2 tafels van 4 (ingenomen door 1 persoon). De eerste dag liep er een kakkerlak in onze kamer. Niet heel aangenaam om zo het verblijf te starten. Het bleef gelukkig maar bij 1.
