Yonis elképesztően segítőkész, nagyon kedves személyzet. Kettőt pislogtam, már ott is volt mindig. A semmiből feltűnt, hogy a kérdéseimre válaszoljon :) A riad pontosan azt hozza, amit a fotókon láttam a neten. A reggeli az eléggé sok, mindenki személyre szabott terítést kap: friss narancslé, kenyér, palacsinta, süti, méz, vaj, lekvár, főtt tojás, joghurt. Szépen rendezett az egész riad, a tetőterasz, az étkező, a fogadótér. 10 perc séta a főtér.

A medence az szerintem csak dísze a riadnak, ami amúgy szép. De... valóban nem fűtött, úgy ahogy ovastam is sok hozzászólásban. Abszolút nem használható, a tetején bogarak úsznak, úgyhogy szó szerint csak egy díszecske. Aki nem nézi meg előre a google térképen, hogy pontosan hol van a riad, annak esélye sincs megtalálni a sikátoros utcákban. Ugyanis a taxi nem tud oda bemenni a medinába. A vendégnek magának kell odatalálnia a medina belsejében. Az a fura, hogy ebben a negyedben egymást érik a szállásadó riadok, mindegyik ki van táblázva, hogy merre menj, de ez a riad viszont sehol egy útbaigazító táblát nem helyezett ki. Tehát aki nem jó tájékozódó képességű, vagy nem tud térképet használni, az ide ne foglaljon.

It was really authentic and nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the Maroccan vibes of the Riad!

For me there was nothing that i specifically disliked. Just that the room we stayed in was definitely too small for 3 people.

El Riad está situado muy bien, a diez minutos de la plaza Jemaa el Fna. Si haces excursiones, la mayoría de las compañías te van a buscar a unos pocos pasos. Como la mayoría de los Riads están en calles estrechas, donde los coches no pueden entran, pero a dos minutos andando hay un punto donde te dejan los taxis, Transfer o excursiones. Es un sitio muy tranquilo para descansar y muy seguro. Hay una terraza superior muy bonita con vistas a la ciudad, para tomar el sol o descansar al aire libre. El personal es encantador, dispuestos siempre a ayudar en lo q necesites. Yo necesite imprimir unos billetes de avión y lo hicieron gustosamente. Muchos días las excursiones que teníamos programadas eran bastante temprano, pero nos preparaban un desayuno abundante para llevar. Así como los días que desayunamos en el Riad, desayunos copiosos, ricos, recién hechos y variados a diario. También tienen disponible servicio de masajes, pero eso no llegamos a usarlo.

El Riad es estupendo, igual que su personal. El único inconveniente que encontramos, es la luz en del baño, es un poco obscuro, pero aún así, mi puntuación es SOBRESALIENTE.

Absolutely nothing

Posizione molto comoda e vicina alla piazza principale. Lo staff molto disponibile e accogliente, abbiamo apprezzato il benvenuto al nostro arrivo con il rituale del tè alla menta gentilmente offerto. La colazione non è a buffet ma varia quotidianamente ed è sia dolce che salata, completa e gustosa.

Struttura caratteristica ma un po datata. Direi che è poco da vivere e più da utilizzare come base per il pernotto.

Très beau riad, bien entretenu et au calme. Propreté impeccable. La terrasse sur les toits est très agréable. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Possibilité de manger sur place. Accueil et disponibilité des gérants au top. Très bien situé, proche des lieux à visiter. Tout peut de faire à pied.

Petite piscine sur place mais non chauffée , dommage mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de s'y baigner..

Emplacement de la chambre en position centrale avec petites fenêtres sur les 2 cours intérieures. Bruit dès qu'un 1er résident sort pour aller au petit-déjeuner.

Problème des touristes qui ne respectent pas les autres résidents, mais ceci n'est pas du fait du personnel des lieux.

Un poco todo, en especial la atención del personal, sobretodo de Younis y Aziz, que incluso nos acompañó para coger el transfer de vuelta al aeropuerto.

Aunque el acceso al Riad es muy seguro, por estar junto al Palais Royal, podría estar más limpio y decorado, pues hay bastantes riads, alojamientos de turistas en el entorno.

Bel riad in posizione comoda e tranquilla appena fuori dalla medina. Personale disponibilissimo e colazione ottima. Camera pulita e spaziosa.

Accoglienza e pulizia delle zone relax del riad (decisamente vecchie e rovinate) e accoglienza della camera (molto bella ma con un po' di muffa in bagno e testata del letto "acchiappapolvere")

La colazione era buonissima. La cena fatta due volte nel Riad, direi ottima rispetto a quello che si mangia nella Medina! I due ragazzi che lo gestiscono sempre gentili e per ogni richiesta di sono dati da fare. Hamman e trattamento massaggio ottimi.

Leggermente la pulizia nella stanza. L’acqua della doccia non scendeva subito e si formava una pozza.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la médina, un petit dej variés et délicieux. Propre, et personnel au petits soins. Rooftop agréable sur les toits du Riad.

Une prise supplémentaire dans la salle de bain serait la bienvenue.

Simpatia dos funcionários. Fomos muito bem recebidos. O pequeno-almoço bom e com produtos locais. Fica localizado a 20minutos a pé da praça principal e a zona envolvente segura.

O quarto ser no rés-do-chão, mas a nível de condições era bom.

La ubicación muy bien, cerca de casi todos los puntos de interés. Muy acogedor, las instalaciones bien cuidadas y con todas las comodidades. Lo que más nos gustó fue el personal, nos ayudaron en todo. Las habitaciones son bonitas y amplias, y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno no es buffet, pero es muy completo.

10 minuti dalla piazza principale, personale gentile, colazione top. Zona sicurissima, come tutta Marrakech, nonostante a primo impatto possa sembrare il contrario.

La ducha no tragaba bien

El personal muy amable, mención especial a Ibrahim y aziz que nos acogieron y trataron de una forma inmejorable. Los desayunos caseros y deliciosos, cambian alguna cosa cada día, por lo que hay variedad si te quedas más de una noche. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas.

La ubicación no es mala, pero está en una zona un poco más lejos del centro.

no final da estadia ser-nos cobrado a limpeza dos quartos quando achávamos que isso não era um serviço extra a ser pago, como em nenhuma estadia e não sermos informados sobre tal no check in.

Notre « suite » avec deux chambres était parfaite avec 2 enfants, spacieuse et confortable. Toute l’équipe a été aux petits soins pour notre famille, un grand merci à Aziz, Younes et Aïcha. Ils ont rendu notre séjour bcp plus facile et serein ! Petit-déjeuner, repas et emplacement au top aussi 👌

À signaler simplement les grosses routes un peu hostiles à emprunter/traverser pour rejoindre la médina/djemaa El fna mais en contrepartie le Riad est au calme.

Hot water worked well.

The transfer service the hotel works with is completely unreliable and did not come to pick us up. We waited an hour at the train station while the driver (via WhatsApp) claimed to be stuck in traffic. We should have just found the city bus ourselves which is what we ended up doing. Cheaper and more reliable. Our stay at the hotel itself was fine, but they have no business offering transfers at €15 that do not arrive and did not compensate us for our wasted time.

Posizione strategica a 2 passi dalla piazza centrale e Medina. Riad curato. Staff attentissimo e disponibile nell'esaudire le nostre richieste, ad esempio Aziz si è ricordato di farci preparare le lenticchie a Capodanno sebbene fosse un piatto fuori menù. Bravissima anche Latifa, che ci ha svelato i segreti dell'hammam autentico marocchino (da provare). La colazione è veramente squisita.

This riad is very welcoming, specially our host Sir Yunis, he gave us a briefing of what we can explore and see via map. This is very helpful. All the staff is very accomodating. They even taught me how to pour tea the morrocon way..❤️❤️❤️ Breakfast is somehow the same everyday but it was very filling and the homemade yogurt is amazing!!!! Room, the size is good for 2. Very spacious. Although the theme of our room was a bit dark, but it didn't matter because we are outside most days. Bed for me is comfortable. Looks dated but it is a riad afterall. There is a hot water in the shower. Ambiance of the riad is very relaxing. What you see is what you get from the photos as per advertised. Location, it is a bit far from the main road and a bit confusing finding it for the first time, we just got lucky because one of the locals helped us find it..(it would help if there was a proper signage) However, this riad is in the best place since its walkable to everywhere, the palace, kutubia, souks and markets. Also, if you have tours, just tell them ur at riad sidi minoune and they will collect and drop you off at the arch. Distance to airport, you can take bus from airport to kutubia and then walk to the riad. Which is very near and only costs about 30dir each person per way. Safety, there were guards near the arch. So you will feel safer. Moneys worth.. its worth it specially if you plan to spend time outside and explore the medina. Are we staying again? Its a definite yes!!

The pool is not heated. Which makes it very inaccessible at night when you want to relax and stay indoors. There was no entertainment in the room and the TV is not working 😂 at the lounge. The spa room is cold, it would be handy if they warm it up 1st before using.

Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et attentionné, et veille à votre bien-être tout au long du séjour. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la médina et partir en excursion hors de la ville, les points de prise en charge se trouvant à proximité ou sur la place centrale, accessible en 10 à 15 minutes à pied.

Trop loin de Jema el Fna avec 2 gros axes routiers très pollués et dangereux. Sur la carte on ne se rend pas compte mais sur place ça ne va pas. La gestionnaire Aicha qui n'a pas le sens de l'accueil, ni du service, qui nous a fait payer une nuit de plus parce que notre vol était retardé Pas adapté à une famille

Very quiet and secure location next to royal palace. Staff becomes your family on the second day. Anything you need - they will provide.

Beds need some refurbushing, don’t expect TV in your room :) But its ok

Ne connaissant pas marrakech, il n'est pas evident de se repérer dans les ruelles et trouver le riad. Heureusement la population aux alentours est aidante.

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et chaque jour différent, le personnel très à l’écoute et disponible. La chambre correspondait parfaitement aux photos. Rien à redire sur la propreté, la chambre était nettoyée tous les jours. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

La connexion wifi est beaucoup trop faible dans la chambre. On ne la captait casiment pas.

Es un lugar precioso. Muy cómodo e ideal para viajes en familia, amigos y pareja. El personal es muy amable. La recepción es 24h, nosotros llegamos de noche y no hubo problema. Son super atentos. El desayuno es increíble.

I had a delicious Breakfast catering for both the European and the Maroccan taste. The Crêpes and the Maroccan pancakes were excellent.

Siamo stati in questo Riad durante la nostra permanenza a Marrakech e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima per la visita della città, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino al centro e ai maggiori punti di interesse, abbiamo girato sempre a piedi. La colazione è fantastica ! Al nostro arrivo siamo stati ha accolti molto calorosamente, lo staff è stato molto disponibile ci hanno supportato nell'organizzazione di un escursione e quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema siamo stati aiutati nonostante fossimo già andati via. Consiglio questo Riad. Un caro saluto a tutti ragazzi!

Location, and facilities

The riad itself was nice, but I had a really unpleasant experience when paying the city taxes. The man at the reception first tried to charge me more than what was due, and then deliberately gave me the wrong change. It wasn’t about the small amount of money, but about the fact that he clearly tried to trick me, even after I pointed it out. He kept pretending to be confused, and in the end, I just left because I was running late — but it really left a bad impression.

Our stay at Sidi Mimoune Riad was wonderful! The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located — close enough to walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, but still quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the dinner we had there was delicious. The real highlight was the staff. Aziz was exceptional – always kind, helpful, and ready to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. Great value for money, perfect service, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
