التكييف تحكم نقطة واحدة فقط ليس كل منطقة تحكم خاص بها فاذا اطفئت المكيف يطفي بكل الغرف واذا نقصت التكييف ينقص بكل الغرف واذا زت التبريد تكون بكل ابغرف .
