El apartamento está en una urbanización histórica preciosa, con acceso a piscina, además tiene una terracita muy acogedora. El anfitrión nos dejó café y en general era confortable.

Ubicación excelente para conocer el centro de la ciudad. Apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario. Comunicación fluida con la anfitriona, muy amables. Totalmente recomendable.

Only thing we wished was that the pools stayed open a bit longer into the evening - they closed much earlier than we thought necessary even for noise control

Location was fab. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Pools were great and gym basic but good for short workout. Apartment had fridge, freezer and toaster grill. Laundry could be done in the basement which was very useful.

Pristine clean and spotless apartment, location was amazing.

The WiFi did not work and the communication with the property was complicated, although they were always nice and helpful. The receptionists were quite rude and the rules to have friends over to the apartment even for 1 drink together were really strict.

Booking said that we would have a code to access the apt. When we arrived we were advised the key pad was broken and given 1 key for 4 girls. When we requested an additional key we were advised we would have to pay for it. Ultimately we were able to leave the key with a 24 hour guard which worked fine but we would have liked this communicated.

Ultimately this was a very cute apartment with amenities and it was in a really great convenient location. HOWEVER, there were a great deal of inconsistencies between the listing and the ACTUAL apt. Some of these may have been due to a language barrier as even using a translator and having 2 guests that spoke Spanish, communication was challenging. Overall the apt was fine and we likely would have booked it anyway but we felt a little mislead. There are 2 bathrooms, not 3, (not ideal for 4 women) there is no bathtub, or hot tub, there is no washer or dry in the unit (a house keeper will do laundry for you), dishwasher does not work, keypad for entry to the apt does not work, they only provide 1 key, an extra key is available for a charge. All drains are slow. Listing said changes ok up to 24 hrs prior to check in, confirm indicated 5 days. Ana the host was super communicative and Eneida housekeeper was very responsive and helpful. Would I stay there again, maybe but for transparency, they should revise the listing!

The toilet seat in the master bedroom needs to be secured

The shower on the left hand side when entering the apartment had only cold water and leaked all over the floor and into the bedroom. The shower area wasn’t deep enough and didn’t drain fast enough. It would overflow into the bathroom and bedroom. The air conditioner went out in the other bedroom the last two nights.

Great location, felt very safe and close to all the bars and restaurants in the walled city

the owner is terrible. Started to force us to leave ealier. The reservation was till 12 but she was really rude forcing a situation. wouldnt recomend.

great location in a larger apartment complex. this is a stand-alone apartment, not a hotel. bonus for us were the two swimming pools.

Kitchen was not equipped with basics like cups/glasses.

Excellent location in a quiet area but not far from all the restaurants, bars and attractions. Comfortable apartment with access to 2 swimming pools. Large bedrooms and powerful showers. 24 hour security at reception enhanced safety.

Dishwasher didn’t work. Toilet seat was missing on one of the toilets. Although these are due to be fixed.
