Unit pertama dapat yg tak bersih, berbau dan ada lipas. Request tukar unit lain, unit kedua tu okay la sikit dari yg pertama tu tp still xbersih sangat maybe cadar lama tak tukar sbb badan gatal2 bila tido situ.

The chatbot was malfunctioning; I had to wait two hours just to check in. When I called the admin number, the chatbot answered again, insisting that all matters be handled via WhatsApp—yet the chatbot wouldn't respond on WhatsApp either. I didn't know what to do; I had already paid and waited two hours, with calling the admin number being my only option. Finally, a human admin answered and proceeded with the check-in by alerting the staff waiting at the entrance. The chatbot is a complete waste of time. I am extremely disappointed that the management has offloaded so many tasks to AI. I felt like a fool waiting in the lobby for two hours because of the faulty chatbot—it was truly ridiculous. So, for those planning to stay here: ensure the chatbot provides the check-in details before you arrive. If you encounter the same problem, keep calling the admin number even if the AI answers; in my experience, a human admin eventually picked up after repeated calls.

Staff beri bilik yang salah semasa di sinar rasa homestay, Icity ... Bila minta tukar kata da penuh tak ada bilik lain nak beri.. staff hendak beri extra tilam single n late check out or refund tapi saya tak nak... Akhirnya staff offer another room di sunsuria setia alam....lebih selesa , bersih dari bilik yang asal... N ada view dari tingkat 33... Terima kasih...

I didn't like it because one of the rooms didn't have a mirror. The iron was dirty and left marks on my clothes. The kitchen sink was dripping, the water drained slowly due to a blockage, and the toilet was dirty. The dining table was unstable.

The hygiene in the room is terrible, the bed sheet and the sofa is full of stain and the bathroom got very bad smell, first day we check in, the air con is leaked and we need to wait the staff to fix it, one the bed thing is the water flow at the shower is very bad, I try to find the stop cock but they are got cement around to stop people to turn it up! is really hard to take the shower, I won't recommended. Stay away from this place will waste your money.

masuk je rumah, ada bau yang kurang menyenangkan. tapi buka sliding okay dah hilang bau. ada banyak lipas kecil, di dinding, karpet, langsir, stove. almost lebih 10 ekor. bilik air besar, tapi ada bau sewage. overall, okay. maybe kena buat maintenance lebih sikit untuk upgrade furniture yang dah rosak for safety.

I and my family is waiting at the uncomfortable lobby, no air cond no fan and very hot place. arriving time is arround 3pm and only can enter to homestay after getting the key at 350pm.

However, on the day of check-in, I was informed that the parking lot was unavailable due to renovation, and I would have to use a paid public car park throughout my stay. I was really upset and sent some strong messages to the person in charge of the homestay. Despite that, they handled the situation very professionally and remained calm throughout. They apologized sincerely and offered me another nearby homestay with the same facilities, along with complimentary parking at no extra cost. For that, I have to give credit where it’s due. Kudos to the person in charge for handling an angry customer so professionally and turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

VERY VERYYYYYYY POOR customer service! They kept me waiting for almost 1 hour just to get my room. On top of that, they required a RM100 deposit, and the refund takes up to 8 days. Other places usually refund the deposit much faster. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

the location confused me but atleast i got there cuz it's my first time here and im here for an interview in UiTM hahah
