Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Pani Anita je veľmi ústretová a pohotová, odpovedala rýchlo a prakticky, hneď som vedel, ako je usporiadaný byt. Ten sa nachádza v bočnej uličke neďaleko ulice Storgata, ktorá vie byť aj rušná, a teda umiestnenie je hneď v centre, respektíve pár zastávok električky od hlavnej železničnej stanice, a tiež neďaleko príjemnej štvrte Grunerløkka.

Reviewed May 8, 2026The little room in Anita's apartment is cosy and comfortable. It is private but has very easy access to the rest of the apartment including the bathroom. Anita is a very kind a helpful host. The location is excellent, only a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Nothing really. I was a bit confused about how to ring Anita that I was at the front door to be able to get in the building but a guy helped me understand the call feature.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Great location near city centre but quiet. 10 mins or so walk to train station. Very nice owner, Anita, who was friendly and easy-going so made it a very enjoyable stay. Good value as Oslo is a very expensive city.
I found it a little warm but this is a small point as I find most properties too warm so I expect most others wouldn’t have a problem.

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025Anita var skikkelig hyggelig og enkel å ha med å gjøre. Innredning og planter gjorde leiligheten veldig koselig å være i. Sentral beliggenhet, lett å komme seg rundt derfra. Te, kaffe og kjøleskap på rommet, behagelig seng og rent og ryddig. Vil absolutt bo her igjen ved en annen anledning!

整體其實更像跟屋主共住，住在備用房間中，更像住在Airbnb中，所以需要跟屋主頻繁溝通。屋主也有男性友人共住，這方面沒有事前得知，是看了評論中「女屋主」才決定要訂的，所以其實對於獨旅女性來說，與陌生男女共住在「屬於對方的環境裡，且住屋空間不大，很親近」其實無法放鬆下來，而且感覺很像借住別人家，要非常小心翼翼。另外，浴室是共同使用的！

Verten sov på sofaen i stua. Jeg måtte gjennom stua for å komme inn på badet. Hun lå med laptoppen på - så film og sov foran laptoppen med lyd på. Hun var hyggelig men jeg klarte ikke å slappe helt av.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist beim ersten Ankommen sehr kompliziert. Es gilt zig Türen mit Codeschlössern zu überwinden. Ohne das zufällige Vorbeikommen anderer Bewohner des Hauses hätte ich weiter vor der Eingangstür warten müssen. Das Parken in dieser Umgebung ist ein Problem. Die Parkuhr will deutsche Nummernschilder nicht akzeptieren.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025I only stayed one night with Anita in her cozy apartment, and had a great experience. I really enjoyed the opportunity to spend the evening with Anita and her friend, like hanging out with old friends. She really leaves it up to you if you want to be alone or be social. Anita is a warm host, eager to make your stay enjoyable. She was super flexible letting me drop my stuff off before check-in time. I was there in a Scandi heat wave, so it was a little warm (no AC) and she made sure to give me the coolest sheets :) Also, you'll want to bring an eye mask for sleeping in summer - it gets dark soooo late and you might have to choose between wanting airflow (shades up) or darkness (shades down).
The building door buzzer system was broken when I was there (apparently this happens a bit), which made the initial connection a bit tricky. Then once Anita gave me the key I was good to come and go. Just a heads up to future guests that if it hasn't been fixed, know that you will have to be able to call/text her to get access to the building the first time (ie. you will need a local SIM/service). Also a heads up, the description makes it sound like you have your own private bathroom, but it is a shared bathroom. That wasn't an issue for me, but wanted to point it out!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025great location, 20 min walking to central station/city center, currency exchange & asian supermarket on the ground floor of the building, ATM at the closest crossroad (right), plenty of restaurants & supermarkets in the neighborhood, including excellent falafel for 70 NOK. The room is located in a real home. You get a private mini fridge and water boiler. Anita is a superhelpful host.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2024You share the apartment with the host Anita, who couldn't be more welcoming. When I arrived in the evening she was with a lovely friend. She offered me home-made food and wine, and I spend an hour or two just chatting and sharing with them in the balcony (a highlight of my trip). I stayed just for one night, but Anita made me feel like at home. Plus, the location is very central, the apartment is clean, good WiFi. PS: I guess I was lucky, you probably shouldn't expect food and wine always ;-)
The small fridge in the room was a bit noisy at night.
