Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber eher europäisch/ amerikanisch ausgerichtet und nicht typisch thai. Lage war super, Maya Mall und der belebte Nimmanroad ist gut zu Fuß erreichtbar. Ein modernes Hotel mit kleinem Pool. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Etwas sparsam mit dem Toilettenpapier, wir mußten mehrmals nachfragen. Das Wassertemperatur der Dusche schwangt warm/ kalt, lief nicht immer konstant.

Closeness to Maya Mall. Well priced.

Although it was close to the Mall, but the location wasn’t very nice. Rooms were tiny

Pool was good

The hotel is located in a very problematic and crowded area, with no real option to leave on foot to walk around the city or go hiking. On top of that, traffic to and from the hotel is extremely congested. The rooms look as if they were recently refreshed, but the overall condition and quality are still very poor. The air conditioning was not working properly, and after several complaints, the only solution offered was to move us to another room with a much worse location and view. Most of the staff, including the reception team, had serious communication difficulties and spoke very little English or none at all. Almost every request we made, from asking for towels to requesting room cleaning, was either ignored or not handled properly. Overall, the service and location were very disappointing, and the experience was far below our expectations.

The hotel room is modern, clean and has great facilities. The hotel restaurant is really great, I ate there most nights in part, due to the amazing staff too The gym is totally fine, but the highest weight is 10kg. Absolutely fantastic location.

The wifi is good when connected (but forces an annoying browser login every so often). The pool is nice to have but frustratingly cold - I treated more like a cold plunge

Good location, with a large shopping mall just a five-minute walk away. Free parking is available nearby. The hotel looks new and modern. There is a small balcony, which is a nice bonus. The room was clean.

The breakfast was very basic, with only a limited selection of food. There were renovation works in the building during the day, so it was noisy until around 4–5 p.m. We only found out about this after we arrived. Fortunately, we were usually out during those hours, so it didn't affect us much. The rooms are quite small.

الغرف جيده. الاسرة مريحه. المنطقه هادئه. الإفطار جيد مع خيارات محدودة للأكل الحلال. وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز . الفندق مصان بشكل جيد. المايا سنتر يبعد عن الفندق مسافة 7 دقائق مشي. والشكر لإدارة الفندق على كل شي.

اتمنى وجود أصناف حلال اكثر في الإفطار.

Het ontbijtbuffet is echt in orde. De ligging is prima, met om de hoek het Maya winkelcentrum, en ook One Nimman (heel gezellige buurt). Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles is zeer proper. De familiekamer is ruim.

Het zwembad ligt meestal in de schaduw en is daardoor vrij koud. Ondanks het feit dat we op het zesde verdiep logeerden, was er toch opvallend veel verkeerslawaai te horen in de kamer.

This is my second time in this property, and my parents' 4th time. Very good location, and clean. AC ia strong at lobby and room. Helpful snd friendly staff incl breakfast team, concierge and reception. Free Parking. We didnt like the suite (which we booked) due to the configuration. They moved us to a deluxe room. Quick and efficient. never show impatient. Thanks so much!!!

One of the washing machines is not working. The staff are aware of it but not putting a sign on the washing machine.

Personalet. Skriver ikke ofte dette men denne gangen så var det ikke et plass for en familie med et barn på 3 år. Men ønsker du personaler som vil «mind their own business» så vil dette passe deg godt. Er du heldig så kan du møte en hyggelig resepsjonist, men vi var ikke (innsjekk og utsjekk) og bodde der tre netter. Skulle ønske vi hadde bare en. Barnesenga var nesten falleferdig, ikke noe barnemadrass (ble brukt store pledd som teppe og madrass, kreativt men farlig for barnet).

מלון נהדר. רמה גבוהה ומפתיע. חדר נקי ומתוחזק עם מתקנים ברמה גבוהה. כולל אמבטיה בסוויטה משפחתית מצויינת. ארוחת בוקר מעולה וצוות שירותי ונחמד. הכל נעשה עם חיוך. ממליץ מאוד!!

Great location, excellent value for money. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Responsive and proactive staff. Highly recommended and would stay here again if i had a reason to travel to this city. Great breakfast spread, good gym.

We are return customers who travel annually to Chiang Mai on business and find this hotel extremely convenient for all our needs. Everything is clean, efficient and the staff are wonderful. We will be back again same time next year.

Cutlery in the kitchen please for our triple corner suite, but otherwise the facilties are excellent.

A lot of noice is the morning as there is construction going on. Due to the vertical garden you don’t get any sun while at the pool and pool isn’t very deep, but the pool area and garden are nicely done

飯店地點裡尼曼一號跟瑪雅百貨很近，出來飯店街上就有幾間當地餐廳跟居酒屋還不錯，周圍也有不錯的按摩店，而且飯店來說價格算是便宜，有含早餐也不算貴。

距離便利商店有一點距離，設備相較曼谷稍微舊了一點，早餐區域也比較小。

Die Lage war ganz gut. Man hatte in 4 Minuten das Shopping Center MAYA erreicht. Frühstück Buffet war soweit super. Der Pool hatte Salzwasser und roch dementsprechend nicht nach Chlor.

Als Europäer vermisse ich in jedem Hotel was keine 5 Sterne hat, Brötchen!!!! Dieses Toast essen ist extrem langweilig und billig. Ich esse eben als Deutscher noch kein Mittagessen zum Frühstück, sondern möchte Brötchen mit Wurst- und Käsebelag. Es gibt leider immer nur Marmelade oder Honig. Die Portionspäckchen der Butter waren nicht gekühlt, dementsprechend fast schon wie Öl!!

这是一间性价比非常高的酒店，干净舒服 走出门就有小酒吧可以喝酒吃东西。附近很多美食

ホスピタリティーです。朝食もかなりいいです。 Anywheelのレンタルサイクルもあります。前の道の交通量が少ないのでGrabもBoltも停めやすいです。日本食の居酒屋が向かいにありますがそこには入ってません。

ニマンヘメンの繁華街へ行くのに大きな交差点（リンカム）を対角線的に（つまり2回）横断しなければならないことです。日本とは信号の変更プロセスが違うので、理解に時間がかかりました。信号間隔もやや長いのでややストレスになりました。 セブイレが少し（10分以上）歩くかな。徒歩圏内ですが。
