有幾次睡到流汗😅，不知道是空調還是棉被太溫暖。

Есть бассейн, но вода очень холодная, а в Чангмае к вечеру холодно. С утра по экскурсиям, а вечером в бассейн так и не зашла.

Breakfast was delicious and varied every day, so there was always something new to enjoy. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay😄
The water in the pool is cold because the pool is located on the ground level in the shade, so as a result very few people use it.

조식포함으로 많은 기대를 했으나 제공 메뉴에 upgrade는 필요 할 듯. 치즈류나, 토스트, soup등 추가적인 메뉴에 맵지 않은 메뉴가 더 있어야 아이들과 편히 식사 할 수 있을거 같았음

샤워할때 물이 더 뜨거웠으면 좋겠어요. 원님만도 대각선으로 길만 건너면되는데 신호가 오래 걸려요. 원님만 근처가 중심지라 마야몰은 가깝지만 완전 중심지에서는 살짝 벗어나 있어요.

バスタブ付きの部屋を予約したつもりでしたが取れてなかった。 部屋に引出しが全く無かったので衣類や私物が丸見えになってしまった。 部屋の目の前がプールでうるさかった。 洗濯屋が近くに無い。コンビニも近くに無い。 喫煙スペースが全く無い。

We dont experience any issue, nothing grand with the hotel but it serve the purpose, with the money we pay its worth it. No complains at all. You dont need to go far to get a good meal as it is also walking distance to Nimman area
The intersection is too busy and hard for grab drivers to reach the place.

Balcony needs some furniture - table and chairs - so that the space can be used. Location was good but bear in mind it is near a very busy road so getting in and out both by taxi and on foot can take time

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Comment is given on behalf of my mom as I booked this room with king size bed for her where she stayed 1 night only. She said the room was spacious and the location of this hotel is perfect as just 6 minutes walk to Maya shopping centre.
She doesn’t like the swimming pool is too close to the room. She would like to open the curtains but didn’t want to be seen at such a close distance. When she woke up in the morning, found herself has been bitten on hands, fingers and her back.

Reviewed Nov 17, 20251.地點非常好，就在機場附近（雖然因此會有飛機聲音但我們覺得無傷大雅），站在大馬路上就可以看到Maya百貨公司，步行五分鐘可以到尼曼路1號 2.員工很親切，會給予很多協助，互動也很親切 3.棟距不寬，就隔著游泳池而已，但不至於被影響；游泳池雖然不大，但很夠度假享受，每天開放7-19，很乾淨舒服，全天下去游泳都不會被太陽曬到 4.必須稱讚他們的早餐，雖然不多選擇，可是每天都有小變化，也有提供不少當地菜做選擇，是很有誠意的早餐 5.整體而言非常棒，下次去清邁會想要再入住
1.這次帶著伴隨寶寶一起同行，飯店無法提供嬰兒床或嬰兒澡盆，雖然有提供嬰兒護欄但寶寶洗澡時大人比較累，有稍微可惜些 2.因為照顧小孩的關係需要多一條毯子，櫃檯會收300泰銖

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good except that the coffee was through a machine and not brewed fresh. While it was beneficial to have breakfast on site, I would probably not do the extra charge to include it in the future. The pool looked wonderful, larger than others at hotels I've stayed at in Thailand, but I did not get a chance to try it out as I had just a quick stay.
If I was to stay again, I would likely not do the extra charge to include the breakfast buffet and instead just go eat breakfast out at a cafe or restaurant.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025นี่คือการมาเชียงใหม่ครั้งแรกของเรา เราเลือกที่จะเข้าพักที่ MAYU เพราะทำเล ไม่ผิดหวังแม้แต่นิดเดียว เราเข้าพักที่นี่ 3 คืน 4 วัน 25.10-28.10.25 ห้อง 9304 เรามาถึงแต่เช้า และขอเช็คอินน์ทันที แต่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม 500 บาท ซึ่งไม่แพงเลย เราได้อัพเกรดห้อง ซึ่งห้องกว้างมากๆ ห้องน้ำก็ขนาดพอดี แต่แอบกังวลว่าจะนอนหลับมั้ย เพราะโรงแรมอยู่ติดกับถนน และก็ได้ยินเสียงเครื่องบินอยู่เป็นเนืองๆ แต่ปรากฏว่า เราหลับดีจริง เราแทบไม่ได้ยินเสียงรถและเครื่องบินเลย ค่อนข้างแปลกใจมาก. ห้องออกกำลังกายมีครบ เกินความคาดหมาย ที่สำคัญ ยิมเปิด 24 ชั่วโมง เราชอบมาก. ในส่วนของอาหารเช้า อาจจะไม่หลากหลายนัก แต่ทุกอย่างที่เราเลือกทาน รสชาติอร่อยหมด มินิบราวน์นี่ อร่อยมากๆ ปกติเราไม่ทานเบเกอร์รี่มื้อเช้า แต่โรงแรมทำออกมาแบบมินิ ซึ่งขนาดพอชิม เราเลยลองทาน และก็ไม่ผิดหวัง. พนักงานทุกคน ที่เราพบเจอ สุภาพมากๆ คืนสุดท้ายก่อนกลับ เรามีความจำเป็นต้องปริ๊นท์ boarding pass 3 ใบ ซึ่งเราขอปริ๊นท์กับทางโรงแรม และคิดไว้เผื่อๆว่าราคาค่าบริการน่าจะไม่ต่างจากโรงแรมที่กรุงเทพฯ แต่ปรากฎว่า ทางโรงแรมไม่คิดค่าบริการ ซึ่งทำให้เราเกรงใจเป็นอย่างมาก สรุปโดยรวมคือ เราและครอบครัวประทับใจกับการมาพักที่ MAYU Chaing Mai ซึ่งเป็นโรงแรมแรกของเรา ในการมาเยือนเชียงใหม่ครั้งแรกของเราเช่นกัน และเราจะกลับมาที่นี่อีก แน่นอน❤️🇹🇭
