Our stay was amazing. The attention to detail in the apartment just made the stay so special. Beautiful idea with the covered enclosed braai area it was excellent for the rainy weather which we enjoyed. We definitely booking again. William was very kind as well.

Main bedroom bed is a bit worn out in terms of springs. Yet still slept comfortably.

The apartment has simply stunning views of Table Top and the Lions Head! The outdoor space is wonderful for enjoying the afternoon sun and a drink in the evening, with iconic Cape Town as the backdrop. The proximity to the beach and a selection of restaurants and bars make this a truly special place to stay.

Nothing not to like. It is bright, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The weather was too nice to stay indoors, but the huge sofa and even larger TV would make for cozy entertainment on a rainy day.

The place is nice, the views are awesome. William was a pleasure to deal with.

Our stay at CP3 was simply amazing. The appartment has the perfect size even for bigger families, is very well equipped and everything was super clean too. The view over the beach and the table mountain was breathtaking indeed. In walking distance there are supermarkets, other shops and nice restaurants and you feel very safe even at night. We especially also appreciated the great communication with the host Meagan as well as William the appartment manager who welcomed us with a big smile after our long travel from Austria to Capetown. Big thanks Meagan and William for the great support und your amazing hospitality!!

Honestly? It‘s been one of very few stays without any single complaint. Everything was simply great!

Flat was spacious with a great view and close to beach and shops

Needed a fob to get on and out the gate, the security had to scan drivers licence and car licence every time we came in and left, with 6 people this was a lot.

Cleaning staff should be thought off for providing, to clean during the stay. Make sure the oven is also clean as we found the oven tray still oily, was not cleaned.

Location is excellent and Padro was so welcoming

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The host, William, was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Unfortunately there was a water problem in the area and we had no water at the property. We had to check out the next day.

Everything about this place is exceptional. The space, the view. The location is easy to find your way around. Walking distance to the sea and shopping complex. Mr William and the security officers were very accommodating & friendly. My family did not wanna leave this place. What a place to rewind & chill, very therapeutic. Hot water always available. In actual fact, one should just bring herself because there are adequate relevant utensils.

Ideal für Ausflüge in die Region Kapstadt/Winelands/Cape of good hope. Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze, die gesamte Wohnanlage ist bewacht und die Gegend erscheint auch in den Abendstunden sehr sicher

The William Pedro was so welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very clean with modern furniture. The view was the best, looking at the ocean from the bedrooms and living area was magnificent. We will book again next year.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! The place was immaculately clean, equipped with the latest amenities, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and Table Mountain. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible. Additionally William went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. His assistance and recommendations were invaluable.

We enjoyed everything. It's a very quiet place, good view to table mountain and beachs. The beach is 4 min walk from the house. The house is very comfortable, ideal for family holiday. The host Mr William, is a very nice and helpful guy. Made a memorable stay for us.

The apartment was very comfortable, well furnished and exceptionally clean. We received exceptional service and a warm welcome from our host William. Excellent location and views, as well as a nice indoor braai area.

It was in an excellent location with the view of Table Mountain and Robbin Island. Also, not far from the tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean. It has an inverter for combating load shedding, which turns over seamlessly that you don't even notice. It has a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is beautiful, very well furnished and has spectacular views of the ocean and Robben Island. Watching sunsets from the balcony was fantastic! It’s very secure as well which brings one a peace of mind.

The apartment was very comfortable , everything was modernized and felt like being home. We received exceptional service and a warm welcome from William.

If there was one thing that could improve , it would be the shower heads, they kept wetting the floor but that is a very small detail.

They canceled my booking before I got there. They called to say the plumbing has issues and have not returned my money yet.

I didn't like that they made the property available and as soon as the booking was done they took the money.

Views were great. Great location, Comfortable, Amazing coffee maker, even have an inverter so didn't notice any power cuts.

One of the nights, there was amazingly no breeze coming in/ no wind outside and it was terrible hot. In all my years going to Cape town, I have never experienced that. As a result, we had no air con to put on, probably because it rarely happens, so a very hot restless night. 1 night only. So not really a good complaint to knock this wonderful accommodation. But if you have to have air con, then just know there isn't one yet? This could change of course.

William was a great host. This was our second stay and everything was superb. Thanks William!

Everything bout cape town is beautiful, even the accommodation we stayed in, waves edge and dolphin Ridge cp3. Very friendly hosts and very clean house, I would definetly go back and am considering even moving to Cape Town

Perfect location for our family vacay.. The views were stunning and the apartment was absolutely clean and comfortable. William and the rest of the staff was exceptional and accommodating... Nothing short of a home away from home... Looking forward to coming back soon... Sharon Timol

Clean, modern apartment, there is an electricity generator in case of load sheddings. A nice balcony with a beautiful Table Mountain view and BBQ. It’s closed apartment complex with security guards. Kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is nice, there are shops and restaurants. We were very satisfied with the apartment and enjoyed our time here.

It was a little bit cold inside, but we were in August - winter season, so just be aware of it. But there was a gas heater, so we were quite comfortable, but take warm pajamas with you. I think this advice is common for all apartments at this period of the year. There is a damage deposit, so be careful and if you see any damages, it’s better to make photos of it in order to avoid any misunderstandings in future. I would suggest to add a washing powder for a washing machine, it will be more convenient for guests, because you don’t want to buy a whole pack. It’s good that there were capsules for dishwasher.

After we payed the damage deposit and at check out they promised to pay the deposit a few days after our check out and this did not happen. We only got the deposit a week and some days later

The facility had everything we needed, and close to the shops, which is convenient.

There was not enough hot water to shower on our first day, no TV when there's loadshedding.

The Value for Money and location is what we liked the most. We arrived way late after projected arrival time but the lady was willing to wait for us to hand the keys and walk us around the property. The manager was checking daily if all is in order and if there is any help needed. Great Holiday Home/ Penthouse. I would go back anytime :)

We experienced a bit of an issue with the geyser, whereby not even one person could have a full shower without the water going completely cold, there were four of us staying in the apartment. Also a heater fan is desperately needed for the bedrooms in winter
