Sijainti Nokia-areenan kyljessä

Sisustus toteutettu halvimmilla mahdollisilla materiaaleilla.

Asunto oli siisti ja valoisa. Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa oli helppoa ja sujuvaa.

the location is very close to the train station and the shopping centre. If you strictly follow the picture guide from the landlord, it is not difficult to spot the place and also to get in. Just one thing to mention, one of the pictures from the landlord is a bit out of date, there is no “Casino” sign anymore but overall the place is easy to find.

if there could be some instant coffee, that would be better and exceptional :)

Erinomainen sijainti, siisti huoneisto. Aluksi ohjeet luettuani sisäänpääsy vaikutti hieman monimutkaiselta operaatiolta, mutta paikanpäällä ohjeita seuraamalla kaikki loksahti paikalleen. Kyseessä onkin oikeasti hyvä systeemi. Vinkkinä viereisellä Nesteen asemalla on aamupala, jos ei itse halua väsätä.

Keskeinen sijainti on hyvä, mutta sen kääntöpuoli on kallis pysäköinti. Paikallistuntemuksella voisi löytyä edullisempi kuin ohjeistettu.

TV ei toiminut. Radiota ei ollut. Pieni huoneisto, mutta ajoi asiansa.

Sijainti erinomainen ja hiljainen.Sänky oli meille sopiva.Kaikki tarvittava löytyi . Kirjautuminen oli helppoa.

Pyyhkeet tuoksuivat jollekin oudolle ( tupakka?)Niihin kannattaisi panostaa.

Siisti ja moderni yksiö hyvällä ja rauhallisella sijainnilla. Sisään pääseminen ei ollut niin hankalaa, kuin etukäteen olisi voinut kuvitella, vaan teknologia pelasi. Todella hiljaista oli.

Fyysisen avaimen kuljettaminen mukanaan tuo aina oman pienen stressinsä (kaulanauha oli tosin hyvä).

No hubo nada que no me gustara

Viihdyin hyvin sen jälkeen, kun olin itse siivonnut kylpyhuoneen. Kiva iso ikkuna.

Kylpyhuoneen lattia oli yltä päältä täynnä tummia pitkiä hiuksia. Kahvia ja teetä ei ollut eikä minkäänlaistä jätteiden lajittelua.

Hyvä sijainti mutta silti rauhallinen (ei kuulunut mitään ääniä ulkoa tai käytävästä), siisti huoneisto ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi keittiöstä, pöydän ääressä mahtui tekemään töitä.

There was no sauna, and the TV screen was small, it will be more comfortable if set a big screen in the room.

Sänky olisi saanut olla leveämpi, muuten hyvä. Ohjeessa, jonka sai majapaikkaan pääsemiseksi, olisi kannattanut selvemmin kertoa, että ylläoleva pindora linkki pitää aukaista. Tekstiä ohjeessa oli paljon, kirjoitustapaan kannattaa kiinnittää huomiota

Asunto on siisti ja hiljainen ja kaikki palvelut käden ulottuvilla. Sopii mainiosti sekä lomailun tukikohdaksi että etätyöpäivään.

Nära Nokia arenan. Liten och snygg lägenhet med bekväm säng.

Erittäin helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Huoneisto oli siisti ja juuri sellainen kuin kuvauksessa oli kerrottu. Plussana erittäin keskeinen sijainti.

Kompakti yksiö, erittäin hyvä, iso vuode. Kaikki tarvittava kädenulottuvilla. Keskeinen sijainti. Juna-asema ja ostoskeskukset lähellä.

Sijainti on erinomainen jos osallistut Areenan tapahtumiin. Asunnossa on kaikki tarvittava. Sisään pääsi helposti ovikoodilla

Persoonaton sisustus, mutta silti hintansa väärtti.

Hyvä sijainti ja parkkitalo alakerrassa on mainio.

Lattialämmitys vessassa olisi kiva. Käsipyyhkeitä kaipailin.

Loistava sijainti. Opastus asuntoon pääsemiseen oli selkeä ja toimi hyvin. Asunto oli siisti, hyvät sängyt ja asunnossa pystyi kokkaamaan oman aamiaisen. Vuokraisäntä ystävällinen ja vastaili nopeasti kysymyksiimme. Hyvä valinta, tulemme uudelleenkin.

Perfekt lägenhet om man ska besöka Nokia Arena. Lägenheten är så nära att man inte ens behöver ytterkläder när man går över till arenan. Sen är det också nära till tågstationen och nära till annan service.

The location and the lay out of the little studio. Bed was very comfy.

The initial instruction for getting into the flat puzzled me a bit..very modern system..

Todella hyvä siisti paikka yksin liikkujaklekin, helppo löytää kun ensin löytää,ei turhia mutkia tapahtumapaikalta, ei takin odotusta. Hyvä aamiainen Laplandin ravintolassa. Loistava kokonaisuus viihtyä.

Kun ensimmäiset salasanat olin pyyhkäissyt pois puhelimestani vahingossa. Keljutti, harmitti kun jouduin soittamaan uuden salasanan. Sen jälkeen kaikki sujuikin ja ihmeellistä puhelimeen vastattiin heti.

Hyvä sijainti, siisti asunto. Avulias host.

Location

The apartment is new - small but still comfortable - and only a 5-minute walk from the railway station/city centre, with at least 2 shopping malls in the neighborhood in case you need to do the groceries. The host was kind enough to let me check in earlier. Everything you would need for a short-term stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like but it would be worth having some basic grocery products in the apartment like tea, coffee, cooking oil, etc.

When I belatedly got to the room, it was a very good experience, even if I did not have the possibility to take advantage of it on a one night visit. I had some problems finding the room, see below. But the host was very helpful in solving this by phone. The room was clean, nice, and very, very well equipped. If you want to you could prepare a meal and dine in house, iron your clothes, dry your hair, there was everything, etc .. The apartment is exactly beside the main entrance to the Arena. So if you are in Tampere for an icehockey match or a concert at the Arena, you could not be better situated. If you are only in Tampere for a fast meeting, as I was, it is very close to the railway station, which is good. If you are looking for an estetic touristic experience of old Tampere, the area around the arena is a bit dystopic. In that case I would look closer the the torrents.

This was the weak spot in my visit. Be VERY SURE that you get the location information from your host before you start looking for the place. The room is an apartment in a building next to the new Arena in Tampere, but not marked at all. So nobody (taxies, guards, the main hotel in the same building etc) knows anything were it is. It is impossible to find without the detailed information with the guiding photos the host usually sends you in in advance. In my, case I did for some reason did not receive this information. So I looked for the room for quite some while in the lovely Finnish winter weather. The upside is, that when I got hold of the host by phone, he was the most kind and service minded. He resent me the instructions that helped my find my way directly. He even left following an ice hockey game in Tampere while helping me. That is for somebody in Tampere, as we from other parts of Finland, understand and respect, is a great sacrifice of your own interests in behalf of the customer. But if you book a room here, be sure to double check you you get the info of how-do-I-find-it before you approach the Arena.

I found bunch of empy cans in the apartment. But that didn't bother me.

Code to building did not work and it too ages to get the hang of the electric key

Login system modern, you get a onetime login link and pin. Then at room you have the key. Rooms are made for living, not hotel living. Silent, so good sleep. Near train station.

Self service hotel, no amenities. Small tv, only 32" room descriptons say 55" Password for Wifi is default, so very long and crypted. Micro/oven needs hours of learning, Only one hand towel. Shower door is only covering one side, so the floor gets very wet, and no bathroom floor towel to dry, only a spatula to wipe most of the water.
