Holiday Inn Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town

Everything is good. Specially the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very big room. They have laundry room for free.

Need to add more Muslim food options for breakfast.

Good size for the room.

No drop off point. Was a bit of chaos in the morning when everyone were waiting for their transport.

Proximity to facilities

There was some kind of smell in the room that smelt like dampness which I didn’t like. Got air circulator but didn’t work. Dispute that it was clean

Me encantó

1) There was a cigarette smoking smell in the bathroom. We informed the front desk. 2) room key didnt work multiple times even after reseting it with the front desk.

Spacious, modern and clean with warm staff.

A little further away from the main hub of shops and restaurants in Tianhe.

Hotel was nice and clean and felt quite new. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Quite central and easy to catch a cab. (There’s even a guy that will assist you with this if needed.)

The lifts take forever. So if you’re going to a meeting, just add 5min to your time, to ensure you get a lift in time.

Location and nice room

No bar

Location Comfortable

No bar Food options

It was a great hotel had everything going for it I personally didn't like the city . Very limited places to go by just walking you needed a taxi for most places

The front desk staff team were very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Mr Max for coordinating deliveries, room service, and transportation during our 4-days stay. His excellent support and professionalism made our stay very pleasant. Thank you.

I'm here for visa renewal, and the location is super close to the embassy, plus, I can have easy access to the shopping malls nearby, which is great! Plus, I'm very satisfied with the room I got in, and the self laundry they offered.

I think the breakfast has room for improvement, but I'm happy with my experiences overall.

Hotel é excelente, novo, limpo, bem localizado. Cama excelente, quarta fica perfeitamente escuro e silencioso

No fresh air coming to room, don't go

nada a pontuar

I can say the location was pretty good

The breakfast at the restaurant was so good

Fresh clean Air Rooms

Location. Laundry room

Not properly cleaned

Location

It’s not properly cleaned

Large, modern room. Convenient to the metro and the modern area of Guangzhou.

The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Also, an odd arrangement with the lifts, requiring 2 lifts to access the guest rooms.

A good location with accessible restuarants and a convenience store. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a good breakfast selection was available. The staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay here again. Although I did not use the fascilities, there was a gym, a self service laundry where you could view the Machines available and time left from your TV in your room. Connecting your phone to the TV was also good to listen to music or watch your choice, as I did not find any English channels.

Clean

nada a reclamar

Good location and good size rooms.

The gym is VERY small with very limited equipment.

Muy buena ubicacion, personal muy amable

Very spacious, tastefully decorated rooms, some staff were pleasant and helpful. Good selection at breakfast and hotel location was good for the key city sights. Water bottles in the room were useful given the humid weather

The room layout was inconvenient, with toilet, shower and basin/mirror all separated from each other. To put things in the rubbish bin it required walking to the other side of the room by the desk. Some staff were helpful and went above to assist us, others just did bare minimum and were unable to communicate with easily. Could do with more of a personal touch like other hotels.
