SPA Для нас бассеин оказался холодный. Плюс в бассейне обязательно надо купать только в шапочке, что странно для отеля такого уровня. Все сауны и хамамы были по дополнительной цене.

Остановились в отеле на 2 ночи, встретили на ресепшн прохладным чаем, очень вкусным! Учли пожелание расположения 2-х номеров рядом друг с другом, за что огромное спасибо! Номера большие, со свежим ремонтом, очень чистые! Хорошие завтраки! Отличное расположение!

Le design de la chambre est sympa. La piscine intérieure n’a rien d’incroyable mais c’est un peu le cas partout en Chine. On y va pas pour se relaxer. Le petit dej n’a rien d’incroyable non plus mais idem c’est un peu le cas partout en Chine. Pour résumé, j’y étais il y a un mois et je ne garde rien en souvenir à part la deco des chambres. Il ne marque pas l’histoire mais fait le job pour le prix. Je ne sais même plus s’il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel, c’est dire…

Dit is één van de betere en mooie hotels in dit district. Fijne service, erg behulpzame conciërge die zelfs meeloopt naar het restaurant 2 straten verderop om het aan te wijzen.

Over het algemeen toch een zeer beperkt aantal werknemers die goed Engels spreken. Dat verwacht je in dit district eigenlijk iets beter. Het buitenzwembad ligt eigenlijk bij het ernaast gelegen Jumeirah living. Niets mis mee maar wel een wandeling door het hele gebouw.

Excellent location, excellent room facilities and overall very comfortable rooms.

The biggest issue was communication. For an international hotel, it is unacceptable that most reception staff barely speak English. Any request over the phone becomes almost impossible, forcing guests to go down to reception in person for even simple matters. This creates unnecessary inconvenience and wastes time. While the staff were courteous and professional, the lack of English-speaking personnel significantly affected the overall guest experience and is something the hotel should address urgently.

My room the light was a little dim

I had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Guangzhou. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well organized. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls and major attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

The property was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent as it was next to the K11 mall meaning our room had magnificent views. Breakfast was slightly mediocre but there is a variety of different cuisines offered. The room was also very clean and modern and everyday there are delicious desert soups delivered to the room giving it a personal touch.

Сингл кровать была всего метр. Обычно это должно быть 1,2-1,5 метра.

The 1 thing I can fault was the “shoe polishing service”, they didn’t polish my shoes at all or even clean them properly. They just wiped them down quickly

It was trully a five star experience from check in, lobby, room, breakfast, staff service, location. Love the complimentary local dessert every evening and music performance at breakfast. What stand out most for us was attentiveness and professionalism of the service staff especially the staff at conceirge. They greeted us warmly everytime, gave us some good advice on interesting places to visit and helpful with our luggages and shopping bags. We had a memorable stay at Jumeirah. Highly recommended.

The central location, cleanliness, luxury ambiance, interior materials, spectacular views from our room, amenities and the spa facilities were all amazing! extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The restaurants should have more halal options available especially since they have middle eastern concepts to some of their menus, Also restaurant staff need a bit more training regarding table service.

Great city views from the room as you are 50+ floors up. Room is spacious and luxurious with great Illy coffee in the room. The gym is well equipped and has a sauna.

It gives "Old Shool" lux feel. Massive oversized wasted spaces with average to bad decor. Incredibly overpriced. As a westerner, we found incredible local luxury hotels with boutique feel and attention to detail at a 3rd of the price. Big hotel chain days are counted, especially in China.

Очень приветливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь! Очень чистые и комфортные номера, с прекрасными видами на город и горы, высокие потолкии удобная кровать. Завтраки вкусные, обедали и ужинали в том же ресторане, где завтраки, повара просто молодцы! Расположение и инфраструктура тоже отличные, много зелени, до крупных торговых центров очень близко, на такси 10-15 минут, но можно и пешком.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was also of a good standard. Very pleasant staff who help with luggage and greet you.

When we checked in, we were given a room that smelled of cigarettes. After asking to change rooms, for some reason we were given a room that was a category lower and smaller than the one we had paid for. After insisting on changing this room too, we were finally given a good room, as shown in the photos on the booking website, and without any smell. All this took us almost a whole day, and the girl at the reception was clearly annoyed by our request, which made us feel uncomfortable. Perhaps we were accustomed to a high level of service, as we arrived here after staying at the Four Seasons across the street, and that was simply our expectation for this level of accommodation. Or perhaps we simply overestimated the level of this hotel.

The excellent room, very convenient, clean, the large size of the room, fresh. The view from the window of the room. The breakfast is diverse, tasty. The friendly and very polite staff. It’s near the subway and the flower square.
