Pictures are better than the actual facilites . On the days i was there, some construction was happening inside the hotel, that means noise, and a terrible view. Also, bad luck, my window points directly to a small Park and some house. A private party happened until 3 am. Nothing to do, zero noise reduction. So I would say, some rooms of this hotel are really noisy.

La alberca está bien, pero se ve mejor en la foto. La rampa de ingreso es un poco alta y me costó entrar xq estaba lloviendo y el suelo estaba resbaloso. Cómo venía en una subida la camioneta deslizaba, tuve q dar la vuelta y entrar por una calle de frente sino no pasaba. No tiene Restaurante

El costo sobre la habitación otorgada por encima de otros lugares en cuetzalan, no hay servicios a la habitación entras por donde entran los carros y tienen la mitad del lugar en construccion. Nos ubicaron en habitaciones muy separadas cuando en realidad venimos en familia.

Hotel offers a walking history of the city for free. The staff is very helpful in answering any concerns. Shower pressure was perfect and hot water as well.

Que las almohadas no tenían funda de protección, directamente la funda de almohada. Para nuestro gusto, el volumen de la música en el restaurante era demasiado alto, había que esperar a que cerraran para dormir. Habría apreciado un foco en la salida del baño, justo arriba del maletero.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025The location was perfect! So close to the main square and all the activity. The roads driving there were pretty scary, but we made it. The room was clean and comfortable.
We didn’t really have any interaction with any staff so I can’t say that they were attentive. But the biggest issue was the awful smell in the bathroom. When we arrived in the room there was an overwhelming, sickening smell of fake perfume. I said to my husband we need to find the room freshener and get it out of here, we never found it but quickly realised why they fumigate the rooms with that. Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever smelt anything as bad as that bathroom.

El servicio de limpieza muy bien, muy atentos a lo que hay que reponer, el estacionamiento muy amplio, se nota que hay organización con las reservaciones, al momento de llegar nos dijieron que el check era hasta las 3 Pero sin problema dejamos el carro y salimos a conocer mientras daba la hora para instalarnos.
La botana no estaba fresca y el internet es malo, pero en realidad si vas a estar fuera no es problema, solo regresas a dormir y ya.

The bed was really hard and the noise from the music at the restaurant. The hallway lights were a bit bright in the room.

I didn’t like when our oat morning we wanted to have breakfast . They told me 8:00am starts .. the. I went to restaurant they told till 8:30 cause wait staff haven’t arrived . Went back 8:30 told us another 20 minutes . We went back sat down and wait wait and nothing. We left cause we need to check out for another trip. Not honest about she. They have breakfast service . Went for dinner night before and was lovely.

Don’t forget to grab a meal at the on-site restaurant. The food is delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Due to its small size the room had no couch or chairs for resting.
