Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y el hotel está muy bien ubicado. La conexión Wi-Fi funciona perfectamente, todo se encuentra impecable y la comida es de gran calidad. Además, la atención en recepción es excelente.
Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. En primer lugar, un miembro del personal mostró una falta total de respeto por mi privacidad, entrando a mi habitación con cualquier excusa (por ejemplo, para explicarme cómo funcionaba el baño cuando ya me había duchado o para insistir en dejar la ropa adentro). Por otro lado, el servicio de lavandería fue lamentable: me devolvieron la ropa sin doblar y con las mismas manchas que tenía, pero me lo cobraron completo. Para colmo, me llamaron a la puerta a las 5:00 de la mañana, arruinando mi descanso.

The bathroom facilities were not in a satisfactory condition. The shower was not working properly, and we were given a bucket to use instead. The tap was moving everywhere, making it difficult to use. Due to these issues, we decided to shorten our stay.

The room and bathroom, though clean, were very tired. Lots of small repairs and fixes left not done. A lot of stated services simply not there. If you could find the bar… good luck.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir bekamen ein kleines Zimmerupgrade, da im gebuchten Zimmer die Klimanlage nicht funktionierte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat auf Wünsche umgehend reagiert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, wir hatten eine Mischung aus srilankischem und europäischem Frühstück. Restaurants und Läden in großer Vielfalt sind alle in Laufdistanz.

Bed good, no bath towel until requested, no top sheet, no soap, hot water, drinking water, breakfast was pre ordained ordinary. Very limited experience from all staff. All very friendly but hopeless running the hotel advertised.

Photos do not explain reality. Specially boiled tap water in the kitchen has some white colour powder types of material once cooled. Suggest bringing drinking water yourself. Reception barely managed to speak English. Workers are not professional, but friendly.

Horrible hotel. The sheets were dirty. We got a partial clean set which we had to put on the bed ourselves. Worse: the breakfast next morning had living insects crawling in it that weren't supposed to be there! Least of the issues was mold and bad smell in the room.

The locations was good- Near to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and about 20mins walk from the fort in one direction and the railway station in the other direction
There were parts that were not as clean as they could be- Some marks on the wall and some dirt on the floor under the desk.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Very conveniently located to the bus stand, it's also within walking distance of most places within Jaffna city. The staff are absolute gems. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, including pampering us to eat more at breakfast. The room was decent.
Could have done with toiletries, but that's me simply pushing a bit much.
