Det var det værste sted, jeg nogensinde har booket et ophold. Ejeren var meget upålidelig og uansvarlig. Vi ankom til lejligheden kl. 23 om natten. I e-mailen stod der, at nøglen ville ligge i en nøgleboks ved hoveddøren, men der var ingen nøgle. Vi ringede til ejeren flere gange, men han besvarede aldrig vores opkald. Det endte med, at hele familien – far, mor og to små børn – måtte køre fire timer hjem igen midt om natten. Heldigvis fik vi vores penge tilbage fra Hotels.com, men det ændrer ikke på, at oplevelsen var meget ubehagelig. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale denne lejlighed. Det var en af de værste oplevelser, vi nogensinde har haft.

Awful experience... The host cancelled on us with just a few hours to spare, tried to get me to cancel the booking to avoid payng fees and then refused to respond to Booking.com emails and phone calls, creating a very stressful day for us.

The owner was communicative and determined to help, the apartment is large, has very good wi-fi, location is nice also. Сопственикот беше комуникативен и решен да помогне, станот е голем, има многу добар Wi-Fi, а локацијата е исто така убава.

The cleanliness was very poor, especially the bedding. Old sheets, even a torn pillow. The kitchen was also missing items. There was no good lighting, and there were holes in the ceiling in many places (probably leaking). чистотата беше многу слаба, посебно постелнината. стари чаршафи, дури и скината перница. во кујната исто недостасуваат предмети. нема добро осветлување, и на многу места имаше дупки во таванот (веројатно прокапува)

The owner of the property called me on the day of arrival that the apartment was no longer available and I should make alternative arrangements. Despite booking 2 months in advance, just imagine my state of mind after a 14 hour flight to know that the apartment i had a confirmed booking for was no longer available . Most hotels near Copenhagen Airport were sold out and although the owner agreed to provide a refund, i had to pay 3 times the price to book an alternative. This is absolutely unprofessional and not trustworthy Avoid this place at all cost.

Det ligger tæt på Metro, Fields mm. Lejligheden er nyere. Værten var hurtig til at svare.

Desværre var der en del mangler. Der var næsten ingen service. Ikke meget lys, det ene værelse var der overhovedet ingen lys. Meget beskidt køkken i skabe og skuffer. Vi kunne ikke lukke terrasse døren, så det trak. Stor vandskade der krævede at der stod en spand til at opsamle vand midt på stuegulvet. Sen tjek ind. Bøvlet at skulle finde nøglen.

Het was niet schoon, en weinig servies/ meubels etc om fully equippped te noemen

Location and the room allokation was perfect. Probably 7 min walk to metro and 7 min walk to grocery store. 1 room with a 1 3/4 bed and two rooms with a double bed. In the living room there was a sofa that you could probably sleep on as well. We will come back.

We missed some coffee mugs. There was only three. And I could use another cooking pot as well as a pasta strain, in order to cook our own meal. The lamp in the master bedroom and the lamp in the living room are both broken. So it would be nice if they were replaced as well.

Pleśń na sufitach oraz brak oświetlenia. Są tylko małe lampki w pokojach i na blat w kuchni. Jedna z nich nie działa.

Beliggenheden var perfekt i forhold Metro og transport rundt i København.

Der stod at lejligheden var “fully equipped” . Der var kun to kaffe kopper og meget lidt køkkenudstyr. Og så var der kun meget få dårlige møbler.

Ideal place to visit the center of Copenhagen!

Very nice accomodation for the price. Communication with the owner was prompt and efficient. The flat is located in a quiet (except on the weekend) neighborhood, has a livingroom with kitchen and 3 bedrooms. It is very spacious for a family. There is a shopping center not far, where you can find everything that you need. The sortiment is far better than in the ones in the city center. The airport and the city center can be reached within 30 min. This was especially an advantage, when we rented a car for a day trip to Billund and the car could be quickly picked up at the airport. Parking on the street is not really possible. The kitchen was also well equipped for our purposes, we ate mainly breakfast and snacks in the evening there. We found enough cutlery, glasses and plates for 4 persons. Water boiler, microwave, oven and fridge were all functioning. Light and lamps were available in every room.

I read the reviews in advance, so we were a bit prepared for the disadvantages. But for the price they were not that disturbing. Cleaning is very superficial, the flat is not a good choice for people with dust allergy, e.g there is a lot of dust under the beds. A thorough cleaning, iron-free bed linen and covers for the kitchen chairs (we brought our own) probably would significantly increase the ratings. Friday is partytime in the neighborhood, with music and loud people in the building. Is also okay, we were once young as well ;-)

Die Wohnung hatte Aufzug und 3 Schlafzimmer und kleinen Balkon. Lage am Stadtrand, aber gute Metroverbindung oder Busverbindung. Die Metro fährt aller 3 Minuten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine Restaurants fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Große Grünflächen fußläufig erreichbar.

Wohnung roch muffig nach feuchter Wäsche, da bei unserer Ankunft der Wäschetrockner mit unseren Handtüchern noch stundenlang lief. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettwäsche total zerknittert machte keinen frischen Eindruck. Die Küche ist neu, aber sparsam ausgestattet. Betten waren ok. Keine Deckenbeleuchtung in den Zimmern, nur jeweils 3 kaputte, nicht vertrauenserweckende Stehlampen als einzige Lichtquelle. Diese Lampen waren nur über den Stecker ein- und ausschaltbar, teilweise Isolierung kaputt. Eine Mitreisende erlitt an einer Lampe einen Stromschlag. Stühle im Wohnzimmer fleckig und verranzt. Auf dem Balkon kein Stuhl oder Tisch. Die Holzstühle konnte man nachts nicht draußen lassen. Ein Regal mit Stoffbezug in dem einen Schlafzimmer dreckig und verranzt. An der Decke im Wohnzimmer eine ca. 30cm große Tropfstelle mit Eimer darunter mitten im Zimmer. Vermieter war gut erreichbar, aber ignorant gegenüber den Beschwerden, v.a. mit den Lampen. In Kopenhagen ist die Parkplatzsituation sehr schwierig, Parkplätze nur kostenpflichtig in Tiefgaragen oder Parkhäusern vorhanden.

Serious water damage in the ceiling (in many places), literally no lights - take a torch with you if you’re traveling in the autumn or winter…

Het appartement is netjes en je bent vanaf het appartement snel in de stad met de metro. Ligt dichtbij het vliegveld en de host is erg aardig.

Je kunt makkelijk in de stad komen, maar slaapt niet echt heel centraal. je kunt de slaapkamers niet echt donker maken

There's lack of kitchen appliances. The floor is not clean. There's no light in the room

I did not like anything about this property. The noise, lack of temp control, bad pots and pans, broken dishes.. the list goes on....there was barely any cutlery and it was really awful place to stay

Cleaning. Barely any light in the apartment. Loud neighbours.
