El espacio, la limpieza, decoración y ubicación. El desayuno estaba delicioso, recién hecho cada mañana a la hora que lo pedíamos.

Amazing stay overall. The location was excellent, just a short walk down the alley and we were right at the entrance to the Medina and souk. Everything was within about a 20 minute walk, which suited us perfectly as we enjoy walking. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast each morning was freshly prepared and presented nicely by a lovely lady who also tidied the apartment daily, which we really appreciated. Although we did not speak much French, we were still able to communicate where needed, and she was always very polite, accommodating, and understanding. She made amazing breakfasts every morning and we managed to converse when we could. The host was very helpful, organising airport transfers and a desert trip for us, all efficiently and at a reasonable price. We also felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention to the small café at the end of the alley, the staff were incredibly kind and even returned something we lost.

The only issue was that we stayed from Friday to Tuesday and had the same towels for the entire stay, but maybe if we’d requested a new towel this may have been granted.

Le Riad est très bien situé, au bord des souks mais aussi près de la place Laarous où les taxis peuvent vous déposer ou venir vous chercher. C’est dans une ruelle calme de la médina. Nous avions une arrivée très tardive (1h du matin), mais après demande, ils ont très bien organisé le transfert de l’aéroport jusqu’au riad et la remise des clés. C’est très agréable de pouvoir rentrer le soir chez soi pour se détendre et diner un repas léger après le brouhaha des souks. Le chambres et salle de bain sont très bien équipés et joliment décorés. On a beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuner de Toiria, qui nous a régalé tous les matins avec un petit déjeuner bien copieux. Un tout grand merci à elle ! On recommande sans hésiter.

There was nothing to like about that property.

The mold, the scam, the cold, wet sheets, food, bad communication. Wasted holidays and money and time.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, riesengroß, sehr gut ausgestattet und das Design ist sehr ansprechend. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Das größere und das kleinere Bad sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Auch die Dachterrasse ist ein nettes Extra. Die Lage hat große Vorteile: die Unterkunft ist fast (!) direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar - nur wenige Schritte (100 Meter) von einem zentralen Platz (mit Taxistand) durch ein gut beleuchtetes ruhiges Gässchen. Jamaa el Fna fußläufig in 20-25 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermarkt "BIM" (Empfehlung) ganz in der Nähe. Kostenloser WIFI-Router hat super funktioniert. Der Hausbetreuer und die Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitete, waren sehr freundlich und enorm hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und einzigartig, durch das persönliche Service vor Ort. Selten wurden wir so nett und persönlich empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet! Der Flughafentransfer war von der Unterkunft top organisiert und auch von der Qualität her spitze. Insgesamt echt tolle und sehr herzliche Gastgeber!

Die Betten sind sehr fest und ein paar Kleinigkeiten würden größere Aufmerksamkeit/Wartung durch die Haustechnik benötigen bzw. sind nicht ganz glücklich gelöst (z. B. kaputter Safe und Lichtschalter, klemmende Schranktüre, lose (Antennen?)kabel aus der Wand, Problem mit Luftfeuchtigkeit (Jahreszeit Februar), ...). Frühstück ist mit ca. 8:30-9:00 Uhr relativ spät. Muss man einplanen oder sicherheitshalber im Vorfeld abklären, ob man damit zurechtkommt. Die Unterkunft wird als Riad angeboten, ist aber streng genommen "nur" ein (sehr schönes und wirklich riesengroßes) "Dhar".

Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí, me gusta la ubicación y la independencia que te da que el alojamiento no se comparta.

La cama es un poco dura y las almohadas no son nada cómodas

I have stayed in Marrakech before, but always in a hotel-type Riad. With this stay it was lovely to have more than just a room to come back to and relax. Toriya came every morning to make us a wonderful breakfast and she was so accommodating to our varying schedule or simple requests (like less pastries and more of her delicious homemade msemmen). Location wise it is close enough to make it very convenient for tour meet-ups and taxi access, but far enough away to avoid the street noise. I would stay again on future visits to Marrakech and highly recommend to fellow travelers.

The place feels airy and light thanks to the super high ceiling in the main area, with two nicely sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. Roof terrace is quiet, spacious and private. The location is perfect - quietly hidden down a few alleys but just around the corner from the bustling souks. A nice breakfast was cooked for us in the kitchen each morning, and Said our host is very friendly and professional and looked after us perfectly.

Le Riad était très bien décoré, très bien équipé il ne nous manquait rien! Le petit dej était juste incroyable, varié et copieux! Et merci à Said pour son accueil, ses précieux conseils et sa disponibilité !!

The lady that made the breakfast did an amazing job. The root top was also a great feature to this accommodation. Really spacious accommodation for a family of four.

Communication with the staff was only on WhatsApp, no 24 hour desk provided as advertised. Just asked to leave the 500diram in the draw as they had no card reader to take payment on day one, exit also leaving the key in the draw. Not provided with an invoice for the tax payment as we requested. Breakfast was always served late, after 9am therefore our day did not start till after 10am. On our last day we asked for an early breakfast approx 6am as our flight was early, but was refused. At this price you need more flexibility. Advertised washing machine, asked about it and was told no washing machine provided. I asked for them to remove it as it’s false advertising. Did not even offer to help with laundry. For Muslims no wash taps fitted near the toilet or Pray Mats provided. This should be standard in a Muslim country.

The property is spacious and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here

Modern, clean accommodation in a good location for the main sights. Very private and away from the noise of traffic and people. Transfers from and to the airport

We found the breakfast a bit intrusive and only used this option once. A local bar played load music until 1pm on a few nights during our stay which was audible at a low level within the apartment but it was not a major problem.

The location, the warm welcome by sahid, the beauty of the decor, the light from the glass roof, the comfortable beds, the great breakfast prepared daily by a wonderful local lady. An oasis of peace is the busy Marrakesh, walking distance from everywhere

One toilet had an intermittent smell of pipes. This is not due to the house maintenance but rather a problem of the city infrastructure. Everything is very clean and curated.

From the time we booked until the time we left, this property exceeded our expectations. Service was the standout -- Noureddin the manager of the Riad was so helpful in every possible way, including booking a full itinerary for us (Agafay desert, Atlas Mountains, Hammam visit), as well as transport when we needed it. Said the receptionist was so helpful althroughout our stay with our car bookings and even helped us get laundry done. The breakfasts were superb and there was daily housekeeping, which we did not expect. The Riad is in a quiet location so we slept very well, and yet it is steps away from the shops leading to the Souks. The upstairs outdoor area was lovely for sundowners and is also where we rang in the new year! I would stay here again if I go back to Marrakesh.

There was no washing machine but the staff helped us with our laundry.

Location, location, location! The location of the property was excellent. Situated just on the entrance of the souks, in a residential area, you got to experience local culture and daily life, whilst still close enough to take a less than 15 minute stroll through the souks to reach the main square, or a 2 minute taxi ride around the edge of the city wall. The breakfast was made fresh, daily by a lady and was spot on everyday - definately a highlight of the stay. The property itself was very clean and decorated by someone who obviously has an understated artistic flare and good taste. The manager was very responsive and always responded to my queries in a timely manner. For example the ac on the first night was under preforming. When I informed him of this, he sent the technician out to fix it asap. All in all the property was excellent, and we were well looked after through out the stay.

We went in probably the hottest week of the year. The glass sun roof made the upstairs extremely hot. Even openning the sun roof windows did very little to cool the place down. Not sure there is anything that could be done to improve this as the midday temperature was over 46 degrees. A small swimming pool on the terrace, even just a tub to dip the body in to cool down would have made this place perfect.

The place was gorgeous and so clean! The private chef each morning was amazing, she was very kind and the food was delicious. we have recommended this place to many friends!

you could sort of see the master restroom from the downstairs because there was a large window work only a sheer covering. it looks cool, but we were a little self conscious with our kids running around downstairs

Stunning property with exceptional interiors. From the moment of booking the host was in touch with Al the information we needed. From sending a driver to pick us up from the airport and who we could use to get around Marrakesh (you have to be careful of taxis taking advantage) to a cook how made us the most beautiful breakfast every morning. Not only is the property beautiful but the terrace is also a gorgeous space and a lovely place just to sit and listen to the bird song.

Nothing, everything was exceptional

everything perfect. just call the host half hour before arrival, otherwise you will get lost in the neighbourhood. but definitely go!

Everything‼️ it was spacious. Had a lovely terrace upstairs. Very clean and modern. Had a lovely breakfast made by our own private cook, which was all included.

The breakfast lady was lovely, but unfortunately difficult to communicate since she did not speak french or english. The beds for my taste too hard, but that depends on the person. When it rained it did rain in the hallway, but since rain is seldom in Marrakech it was no problem.

Clean. Modern. Fresh. Excellent service. Wonderful recommendations for driver (Mehty), tour guide (Amid), and Laila who took care of the riad. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book this Riad.
